The location is excellent, right in the middle of the village, but quiet for sleeping. Each unit seems private. Ours was very comfortable. The staff are lovely.

Our unit was newly renovated, so there were one or two small things they could use, however, the staff were really responsive, so really we loved everything. We had some ants on the kitchen floor during the entire stay, and that was the only drawback.

This is a lovely boutique hotel up in the mountain area of Koutouloufari. The village itself is picturesque, friendly and full of restaurants. Its only a short walk to Piskopiano where there are more lively bars. The room was gorgeous. It was spacious, modern and had everything we needed. The pool area is relaxing and well equipped. Tip: When you park at the free parking - find out where your room is. You may trek your cases down the numerous stairs to the reception to find out your room is up near the car park.

It's a lovely place, welcoming and nice staff. Chill atmosphere by the pool. Excellent breakfast. It's a small oasis. We had to shorten our trip and asked for a refund and the staff was understanding and empathetic.

When looking at the pictures we thought the place would be more luxurious. The shower was tiny -not suitable for a long stay for 4 people. The sofa bed is for children only. The town itself is extremely touristy yet relaxed and quiet. It is located on top of a hill with narrow sloppy streets. Moving the car to tour the area was a challenge. Breakfast costs 13 euro!! All in all I believe it's all about expectations - if we were young travellers on a budget trip- it would be amazing. For a family it was too challenging.

We had read all the great reviews before choosing the property and were not disappointed. Everything was excellent. Our apartment was large, spotless and extremely well equipped, we had been upgraded upon arrival . The whole complex was attractively set out, quiet and the staff were so helpful. We had breakfast by the pool each morning which we enjoyed. The complex is in the center of the village with plenty of restaurants of all types within walking distance. From or to the airport you can get a bus for 6.40 euros for 2 people. From the airport to Hersonisos you get off the bus at bus stop 20 ( each bus stop has a number on it) and either walk up the hill to Koutouloufari about 30 mins or take a taxi for 10 euros. The taxi rank is by the bus stop (20)

Very nice positioned hotel in Koutouloufari with great rooms and upgraded pool and bar. The staff are very helpful and informative.The pool bar served some lovely refreshing food and the weather was great.

Broadband and channels on room TV could be improved but not a necessity, there could be more sun beds around the upgraded pool as there were days when all the beds had been taken up at 10 am in the morning. On our first two nights we had booked the hotel had overbooked or issues with the room so we were transferred to another sister hotel which was a 5 Star resort, which was very comfortable.

Location is perfect and although in the centre of the village there is no noise. Apartment was clean and beds very comfortable. We had a huge balcony. Grounds very clean and tidy. All decorated well.

If we wanted beds around the pool I had to get up very early but we were in high season. Wish we had an umbrella and beds on our massive balcony.

Very cosy hotel with big rooms, very friendly staff. The music on the pool was perfect, the beds at the pool were so comfortables! The way to the room is really nice with a lot of plants and flowers. Many cute cats are coming. Really recommend it

The hotel is set in an amazing location in the village of Koutouloufari 1 mile from Hersonissos overlooking the town. It's up a steep hill, so the walk into Town takes 15 minutes and is very nice, a taxi back (8 euro) is recommended, the village in the evening has everything you require, many beautiful restaurants and bars with roof top views over the sea, very quaint shops selling good local quality products, 3 supermarkets, 18 hole crazy golf and car/bike hire, you won't need to venture into Town unless you really want to? The entire village is very tidy and a pleasure to walk around at any time of the day. The Hotel is 5* rated IMO. Part of the RCI Group the attention to detail is 1st class. The whole Hotel is immaculate in cleanliness, organisation, safety, information and decor. We had been upgraded on arrival which was a bonus, our room overlooked the harbour and across the Town it has a fully stocked kitchen, lovely bathroom and ours had a super kingsize bed in it, comfy lounge area and a terrace that easily fitted a 4 seat patio table. Breakfast is superb covering all dietary requirements, served by Katerina. Reception staff were one of the best I've experienced, friendly, helpful advice, local knowledge and time for a chat on your way back to your room. I had a medical emergency while in the hotel, the staff came and checked if I was ok, rang the medical centre, ordered me a taxi and escorted me to the taxi, their concern and attention was extraordinary. Travellers return year after year to this hotel, I for one will be adding to that list, I'm sure if you book this hotel you will be too.

Ok it's not a criticism (as they tell you themselves) the whole Hotel is built on the side of a hill, so it has steps everywhere! steps to reception, steps in reception, steps from reception to most rooms, steps to the pool, steps from the pool area to the breakfast room, steps from the walkways to most rooms, none of them are steep or dangerous just loads of them. If your fit n able there's really no problem, if walking up stairs is, then ask for one of the lower single number rooms only 2 small sets of steps to climb then!

The breakfast was a limitless buffet and offered numerous options for all tastes, lots of healthy options with a choice or breakfast drinks. The whole place was spotlessly clean, very well kept with well managed gardens. There is a pool with sun loungers around it next to the snack bar with somebody in attendance from 10 am till 6 pm. In the reception there is a wine bar serving local wines. The staff were very helpful, courteous and polite at all times. My apartment was exceptional; on two floors with it's own sun terrace, kitchen area, bathroom and dining/lounge area. The village is much the same, very clean and tidy, with everything you need very close by. Multiple restaurants, cafes and bars, great views across the bay and also up to the mountains. The town Hersonisos in the bay is a proper tourist town and very well able to cater for everyone with multiple shops, bars, restaurants and plenty of choice for car, atv, scooter and bicycle hire as well day trips and boat excursions. The east end is being developed with very large hotels being built. There are lots of small beaches, most have sunbeds which are available for rent along with bar and food services from the restaurants above the beaches. There are many places to explore by car and the roads through the mountains are very well maintained even though some are very twisty and narrow and you have to keep your wits about you. There are some astonishing views and well worth venturing out for.

There was nothing I didn't like but be aware that it is a steep climb back to the village from Hersonisos.
