Lovely room. Great cleaners. Private balcony, good size with good view. Lovely decorated room with contemporary decoration. Nice communal garden areas.

Lack of storage in room. Daytime experience lacking. Pool area with inadequate seating especially for high season and limited service to pool area. Offered two beers on arrival after long day travelling, to be asked the morning after to pay for them. Presented as a welcome drink from the owner. Maybe miscommunication but left feeling misled into buying drinks that we did not particularly want. Felt a little like an economic opportunity.

The garden is amazing, also the view to the sea. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is good, especially if you enjoy an overall sweeter breakfast. The communication with the host is amazing and all the staff is welcoming, kind and helpful. We had a great time and would come back. Good options for free parking nearby.

We had an apartment (more like a duplex) and there was no A/C on the bottom floor. It’s a bit farther from the sea shore than expected, only a 20 min walk but uphill. If you don’t want breakfast in the room but a regular hotel buffet breakfast, it only starts at 9:30.

Travelling to Greece for our nephew's wedding, my husband and I couldn't be happier with our wonderful 5 night stay in our Maisonette at Villa Iokasti. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, a well set up kitchenette and beautiful ocean views from our room upstairs! The staff made us feel welcome and valued, especially Eleni and Katie, and even hosted a beautiful Pre-wedding Rehearsal Dinner in their restaurant - amazing local food and wine 🍷 was enjoyed by every one of our group! We also loved relaxing by the pool and strolling through the nearby village. Thank you for an incredible experience in Crete - we would to come back again some time !

Lovely owners and staff. Accommodation was excellent. Apartment was very nice and comfortable. Nice touches in our room for our arrival and a nice welcome and friendly goodbye from staff and owners. Rooms a good size. Bed was very comfortable. Facilities were fine. Nice pool area. Lovely wee place to stay. Will definitely stay there again. Location excellent. Food in restaurant and service excellent. Great friendly place to stay. Only place for us in future.

The property is absolutely stunning! It is beautifully decorated and the house was very clean. The swimming pool is lovely and also the restaurant is good quality. Villa Lokasti is in the beautiful town Kataloufari, where you can shop and go out for dinner for reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this stay to others!

The only remark that I have is that the kitchen utensils were scanty. Just enough glasses and plates, but no cutting boards or sharp knives. Nevertheless, we had a fantastic week!

Beautiful apartments, idyllic surroundings. The pool area was very clean and quiet. All staff were lovely and could not do enough for us. The bed was very comfortable and big! The restaurant itself was amazing with top-quality food. Thank you for making our stay so perfect. We can't wait to come back! 😀

There were some building works going on directly next door. A little noisy but obviously completely out with Villa Lokasti control and would not stop me from booking here again.

The perfect destination for a family reunion and wedding in Crete. The little village and surrounds were traditional Greek and local family-run restaurants such as Nicho's Seafood were outstanding. Eleni was an exceptional host. Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities at Villa Iokasti were so much more than we expected. The Iokasti restaurant also had exceptionally good food. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

Everything was perfect, from the spacious rooms to the clean pool and relaxation zones where we had our afternoon pre-dinner drinks. Just fabulous!!

From the moment we entered Villa Iokasti, both Eleni and Kate made us feel like family. Every member of the team was friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The complex is a little paradise with butterflies and home grown fruit. The pool was perfectly adequate and the maisonette we stayed in (number 2) was beautifully decorated and had a lovely sea view. Couldn't fault one thing about it.

No such thing

We really enjoyed our week long stay at Villa Iokasti. It has a great location near most shops and restaurants in Koutouloufari and the beach is a 15-20 minutes walk away. Our studio room was air-conditioned, clean, comfortable and came with equipment such as clothes drying racks and cutlery. The poolside and main dining/lounge area is lovely and beautifully decorated to match the summer Mediterranean vibes. The restaurant food was delicious, as was the wine from their own vineyards. The staff are helpful and courteous and the owners very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!
