Location was superb, and close to three villages full of places to eat, shop and drink at. Rooms were spotlessly clean with fresh towels and sheets every 2 days. The views from our 2 junior suites were beautiful! Air conditioning was fantastic. Staff very friendly and reception very informative and helpful. Breakfast was good with everything you would want including fresh fruit but might have been nice if it had some surprises over the two weeks as it is the same every day. The 3 pools are all different and we enjoyed all 3...the top pool had pretty views and a quiet family feel, the large pool was beautiful with comfy sun loungers and pool bar but could get very busy at times with balls, and floats etc but our favourite was the bottom pool with a fab pool bar, offering lovely smoothies and food and very funny staff! The grounds are kept well maintained and are very pretty. It is up hill to the top rooms...not a lot in distance but gives the legs a good work out, so need to bear that in mind. We used the spa for some lovely massages, facials and treatments and Maria was excellent, very friendly and made our holiday extra special. Lastly they have fantastic weighing scales in reception to weigh your suitcases at the end of your trip - very useful and reassuring after buying lots of lovely things to take home.

Not a lot to mention, perhaps a few surprises with breakfast over the 2 weeks rather than it be exactly the same each day....but it does have a lot of varied things to choose from and is tasty. You need to be up to get a sunbed in a good spot around the pools by 8.30/8.45am each day as people do leave towels and unfortunately if you don't do the same you will miss out.

Beautifully maintained, and our villa was comfortable and very stylish with thoughtful design. The private pool we had was just gorgeous! We also had everything we needed for our stay, and the staff were just so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble even when we were arriving in the middle of the night. Breakfast buffet was always stocked, and the food fresh and delicious. I’m already booking for next year!

Very nice, calm environment and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The apartment itself was modern, cleaned daily (with linen and towels change every other day) but also the private pool area was well maintained (daily). Sufficient parking facility for our rental car and the old town on walking distance and Heraklion city center at approx. 25 min drive.

The property that we were staying at was lovely with a private pool. We were asked if we would like to be upgraded to a villa. The outdoor space was amazing with a larger pool and several different seating/ lounging options. That was fabulous.

Nothing, both were exceptional. However both had stairs which was okay for us, but may not be suitable for less mobile guests.

Location is excellent, pools are perfect, rooms spacious and comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen.

Would have benefitted from a more thorough clean in the apartment during a 2 week stay, or provide guests with a brush and dustpan to keep on top of it ourselves.

This is a beautiful complex. Extremely well maintained, ideally located for the town centre, super friendly staff. Immaculately clean with great pools/bars. Room was well proportioned with all the necessities for our stay. Clean towels and bedding every other day. Food at the restaurant was excellent with well spaced pool loungers.

Nothing at all- One minor point from an eco point of view is that the bedding and towels could go longer before being changed. It was very luxurious but I didn’t feel it was necessary to changed the sheets every other day.

Everything was perfectly fine. We stayed in the apartment on the first floor, the only drawback was the loud music in the evening by the pool, completely unnecessary considering that the facility is located outside of Hersonissos, and we, families with small children, had a problem with the children's sleep for a couple of evenings. Also, the air conditioner was only in one room, and in the main bedroom, which is in the sun all day, there was no air conditioner, so it was impossible to cool down that room when we were back from the beach. Everything else was really a 10

Our apartment was gorgeous! Huge spacious, and the outdoor area was fabulous. Great place to host our family throughout the week. We were two couples with young kids, it was perfect. The staff were also super helpful and friendly.

Minimal parking and small tight spaces. But that’s Crete in general and not a reflection on the property alone. Just don’t come with a big vehicle.

I can't say anything negative about this hotel. Comfortable, clean and the food was lovely and fresh. Highly recommend. We travelled as a party of 8 and the hotel accommodated us perfectly next to each other.

Our stay was perfect.

We stayed in a 2 bed villa with pool. It was a great room, really spacious and a lovely outdoor pool area. It’s so close to walk into the village with lots of lovely tavernas to choose from. A few small supermarkets also really close by.
