Beach front is very near and great and you can walk east or west to see all of the great ocean views that Crete can offer. Pool is great too. Lots of grass areas to just sit and chill. The location is just perfect. away from the mass tourist but just close enough for walking for a restaurants near by. The cleaning stuff is excellent and all the hotel areas are fully clean.

The bar by the pool is nice but nothing more. Breakfast is quite simple although nutritious. Cocktails are quite simple. It's a shame there weren't seasonal fruits like watermelon for example. And there's no pleasant music for the bar and pool guests. The room was too small for my taste, but it definitely had everything you needed, including a balcony with a stunning sea view.

Such a great experience. Loved the hotel. Beautiful looking, lovely flowers, lighting, entrance. It's designed perfectly and couldn't fault anything. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations of where to go. The cleaners were excellent and came every morning. The bar was very well priced and good drinks. Great swimming pool, pretty room, hot tub was great. Parking easy, powerful shower.

The immediate beach the hotel is on is rocky, and not a place you would sunbath or enter the sea. However only 5 minutes walk along the beach and you have free sunbedss, easy water access and sandy beach. The location of the hotel isn't great in terms of the rest of Crete so if you want to explore the best beaches, towns, scenery you will need a car or have to book onto tours.

We stayed at Pyrgos Beach with our children — the apartment was clean, the location was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We r happy.

Unfortunately, our stay was negatively affected by the Pyrgos Blue owner, who came to the shared pool area every day with constant complaints. Although our kids were simply playing, he told them not to jump, once he said not to use the small pool cause it is closing now, to speak quietly — and even said we were spending too much time by the pool. We were respectful and quiet, but still felt watched and unwelcome. It’s a shame, because otherwise the stay could have been truly relaxing.

The photos shown on the website of the hotel are beautifully accurate. Everything was so clean and considered. We were blown away. A breathtaking view from the room onto the water, a mini rocky beach with 3 loungers meant our little boy could make sandcastles as the sun set and a bar that serves the best Mai Tai ever. The entire place is incredibly peaceful, the pool has an area which was perfect for our son and the hot tub on the balcony was a luxurious treat which felt so special. The rooms are a great size (we’re a couple with small child) and cleaned to a high standard daily. The staff are incredibly helpful with excellent advice on the area, restaurants and taxi options. The ‘party’ area of Malia is close but not so close to be disturbing. Pyrgos really feels like a slice of paradise. There are large beaches fairly close by, the team will be best placed to advise which works best for you regarding what you’re after on your trip. We felt so welcomed, thank you so much for a wonderful stay. It was everything we hoped for and more.

The accomodation was beautiful, with terrace overlooking the sea and you could hear the sea while sleeping. The room was very clean, with everything you could need to have a quick breakfast, which you could also order from the restaurant. Coffee was complimentary which was very nice. The owner reccommend us some nice restaurants which didn't dissapoint.

Everything was excellent in terms of the accomodation. If I would have to look for something that can be improved would be to have a shower gel dispenser to the shower instead of the individual small containers. There are also mosquitos that can bother you during the night so please be aware how much you keep the doors open.

We orginally visited in 2022 and we loved it so much we had to come back again! This time we booked the hot tub room, this was spacious, we had our own lounging area inside and outside, we also had a tv with Netflix and Amazon prime. The property is clean and beautiful, truly stunning, and peaceful, you wouldn’t think you were 5 minutes away from the busy strip. You are a short walk away from the beach, and there is a lovely bar and food area, although there is no inclusive option the drinks and food are very reasonably priced with a great selection, and all the staff are so friendly and helpful!

Maybe some robes would be nice for coming out of the hot tub, other than that no complaints!

It was a good location away from the strip, easy access to the main beaches and villages. Lots of food locations around, food at the hotel was good and tasty. Although we only tried to the club sandwich. The pool was also good and we really liked how the access to the water front/ beach was part of the hotel. We would stay here again and perfect for anyone. Lastly when we went it was very hot weather and aircon in the room was perfect.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable and actual double beds instead of two singles.

The location was excellent and the atmosphere very relaxing.

I was a bit disappointed with the reception staff. When I asked for recommendations, the person I spoke to said he was “only working here” and didn’t offer any help. Fortunately, my other family stayed on the other side of the hotel and received good advice from staff there about where to go and eat.

Lovely little resort right on the beach. It’s rocky directly in front but a few mins down the beach is a sandy beach with swimming and lifeguards. The pool is small but perfect for the number of guests and sun loungers were in abundance. Manos at reception was so helpful and reception offers free coffee which is a lovely touch first thing.

We should have picked a larger room for our preference, but had a garden view with patio chairs and our own allocated loungers which was very nice.
