Everything about our stay at Athermi suites was perfect. The view from our room was unbelievable and we would sit outside on our balcony or around the pool at every opportunity. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They helped us with taxis, car hire and any other requests we went to them with. Athermi suites is the most lovely place and we will be recommending to everyone and definitely be staying there if we come back to Santorini again in the future!

We would recommend Athermi Suites to anyone coming to Santorini. The privacy and views from the property are breathtaking. Walking around the village of Megalochori truly gives you a traditional feel and experience. The staff is exceptional and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Spyros and Aereona were amazing and so very welcoming. We had so many questions and needed assistance with so many different things and they truly helped us. We are already missing our stay at Athermi. The cliff side romantic dinner under the stars is truly a must do, not only is the view unbeatable but so is the food. If we ever come back to Santorini this is the only place we will stay.

We have stayed at this beautiful little hotel several times. The location is fantastic with a perfect view of the caldera and the beautiful sunsets. The rooms are very comfortably furnished. The pool area is particularly well designed with very comfortable loungers and a beautiful little pool that is beautifully lit up at night. The friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff deserves special mention. We have stayed in various hotels, but nowhere else did we have such a large breakfast selection as here and it was very lovingly prepared and tasted just as good. The same applied to the lunch and dinner menu. The surroundings are quiet and far away from the tourist hustle and bustle of Fira, Oia, etc. For us it was pure relaxation again and we will definitely be back. Many thanks to the whole team for another wonderful vacation.

It was all perfekt!

We had the Loft room and were very happy about our choice. The room is spacious and decorated with loving detail. The view is spectacular anywhere at the hotel. The staff deserves special mention, they were always available, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The food (breakfast, lunch menu and dinner) is exceptional and the chef also deserves a special mention here! The wine is well chosen and excellent and cocktails are also delicious. The pool is kept at a perfect temperature and is big enough to swim. We also liked the location of the hotel, in walking distance to Megalochori (a very pretty and traditionally Greek looking/feeling town with lots of cute little shops and restaurants - not as big and not as busy as Oia/Fira). There is also a great viewing point right next to the hotel with a view of the whole island (especially pretty at sunset). Bonus point for sporty/beach loving people: There is a path right next to the hotel leading down to the beach. You definitely need to wear proper shoes since it's quite steep with loose gravel (hiking boots would be advisable, we did it with trainers and just about managed but we're quite sporty and experienced hikers). If you manage the climb, the reward is an empty beach (pebbles and black sand) and beautiful clear water, perfect to swim. The hike back up is much easier than walking down.

The property is located in the caldera with spectacular views of the sunset, volcano, and even feels like you’re floating in the sky among the clouds if the weather is just right. It was about a 5-10 min walk to the closest little town of Megalochori where you could find a mini market, bakery, and a good assortments of restaurants, but the Athermi restaurant was so outstanding that we didn’t find ourselves going to other places much. It was also so lovely being at such a small resort where it never felt crowded or too loud. It truly was a couples paradise if you’re looking for pure comfort and relaxation.

We didn’t dislike anything about the property. Like I said, it was only closely located to a very small town that didn’t have too many stores but I think that was a positive to not have such bad traffic and big crowds or noise

Everything! It is family owned and the staff were friendly and above and beyond helpful. This is the most beautiful location we have been to. The views of Aegean and island were spectacular!

Everything .. rooms, service , food , location , pool , bathrooms , bed.. etc Right from when we parked our car and check in till we checked out. The room had great location of sea with the pool. The breakfast restaurant staff was awesome. The reception staff were wonderful, even the person who took our luggage to our room was very polite and helpful. We got champagne on arrival in our room . We also had dinner at the restaurant which was very delicious.

Athermi Suites is perfectly located, has a most picturesque view of all Santorini. The staff are exceptional and the rooms are very well thought through and offer a high privacy. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The restaurant of athermi is exceptional and everyone even not staying at athermi should consider booking a table as the dishes are magnificent and the sunset magical If you can book in advance and there are availabilities consider the dinner on the cliff with your loved one as it is the most romantic venue.

All was wonderful

The room was magical, we took the cave pool room and it was huge and beautiful, the views were breathtaking, the hotel staff were very friendly snd helpful, Spyros from concierge helped me book all my tours even before arriving and the restaurant chef cooks the best food we tried on the island, the restaurant staff girls were very friendly, honestly the hotel is perfect.

Only it’s located abit far from Oia (30mins)and Fira(15mins), you have to rent a car or do like we did we called for a car every time we wanted to go out, regarding the tour’s transportation is performed by the tour company so no worries.

The property is flawless and framed by incredible sunsets every night. Staring out across the sea at the sun slowly setting is unforgettable me. The restaurant is amazing - everything is delicious (especially the whole fish and deep fried cheese balls with caviar or some other delicacy on top) and the drinks are generous (I adore the Marilyn cocktail)! I especially love the women who work there, providing a flawless experience from the most wonderful breakfasts to night time post dinner drinks. I had a room with a spa private pool and it was the best room I have ever been in, in my life! The spa is permanently warm and you can get in it any time of day or night. I’m already planning my next stay here!!
