Friendly attentive staff (info, helped with luggage, arranged very reasonably priced pickup from airport, etc.) The junior suites are spacious. #1 has walk-in shower, perfect and safe for my parents. Lovely serene interior. Superb breakfast custom made with good selection to choose from. Pool has ocean view. Shampoo/body wash are in environmentally friendly containers. The location is tucked away so very quiet. Very easy to get to by car so no need to haul luggage by foot through the alleys and up/down stairs like in Oia and Fira. Only 15 suites so not crowded or noisy.

I wish the honeymoon suite had more space inside (a bit too much outdoor patio). All faucet waters are salty. The location is a bit out of the way without a car, but the staff tried their best to give us rides in addition to their regular shuttle service.

When they heard it was both our Anni and my husband’s birthday they Shri us and upgraded us to the best resort on the island- Avaton suits where we were treated like royalty. The place is amazing, location wise, the room the spa and the employees there were so devot to pamper us. This is a dream resort and the fact that we were upgraded to a thrice more expensive resort ( which has the same owner ) free of charge just to make us happier on out special days moves me again and again ever time I watch the pics

The view of the caldera and sea from our balcony was unbelievably magnificent and magical. We saw some spectacular sunsets. In addition, the staff brought our breakfast to the room so we could eat on the balcony. Great selection for the breakfast and the food was lovely and plentiful. Excellent hospitality and the staff members were stellar. They went above and beyond to make our stay fun and wonderful. Appreciated that they had a free shuttle to Fira and to Perivolos Beach. Loved the decor in the room and the towels were plush and luxurious. The little town of Megalochori was within walking distance and everywhere I looked I wanted to take a photo. The town is so charming, beautiful and picturesque. Many thanks to Kyriakos (I believe that was the Manager’s name), Sebastian, Princess and Georgios who were so warm and welcoming and made our stay so heavenly. I was sad to leave and hope to be back soon.

Caldera's Dolphin Suites saved our entire vacation! They took a last minute booking for 5 rooms and accommodated us seamlessly. It's truly such a dream. The rooms are very clean and feel really brand new. They were also very large and most included a table and additional seating area as well as a desk and chair. We didn't see a speck of dirt or any bugs anywhere. The facilities like the pool and cafe / bar were amazing too! So easy to get drinks and water. The view is also incredible of course. We would highly recommend it. We've stayed at several places in Santorini and I can say it's the best we've seen. They also have a dedicated reception that was able to help with laundry and other requests.

The lighting was a bit dim in some areas but that was okay because opening the blinds fixed that :)

We spent two nights here on Calderas Dolphin Suites. Everything was excellent. The location close to to all our destination Black, Red & White beach as well to a big supermarket. We had a big room Nr.10 and the bed was so comfortable so clean toilet and everything furniture disign are perfect suite and the view from our balcony...lookslike brand new Hotel. Breakfast: They will give you a list to select what/when and where you liked it to serve. It was superfŕesh and fine. The pool size is perfect and water already warm. Sunbed are cool and new. There is mini open GYM not to big but fully enough. Staff SEBASTIÁN and lady Princess at the pool bar cooked for us. They are nice always smiling and greet the guest they willing to serve and give some info if you ask them - they are so polite. The hotel staff are super nice and will help with anything. Breakfast is ordered daily and served in your room each morning, all reasonable requests fulfilled. The location is great, beautiful sunset views, nice pool area with outdoor showers. Each room has a patio to watch the sunset, and the location is a short drive or taxi away from all the popular tourist destinations.

Not much. This hotel is really nice, the facilities are clean and comfortable, and the people are super friendly. I strongly recommend.

The staff is so friendly and helpful and accommodated us when United changed our flight home by 2.5 hours messing up our plans to return to Athens. The food is quite good considering the small kitchen/bar, the views are perfect, our rooms were clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. You are just a little isolated from transportation (they do have a shuttle but it doesn't run frequently) so it's advised to get a car or just know taxis are expensive. You can walk to Megalochori in about 15 minutes to get a bus. We would stay there again, as it's not in an area overrun by tourists or cruise people and the staff really shines here. Good value.

We liked everything just wish it was a little closer to public transportation, which we knew going in.

The view is spectacular. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The location was great, away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities, but still very close to everything especially if you have a rental car. Breakfast was excellent - lots of options and very generous portions. The staff and service were wonderful.

The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been more drinking water provided in the room each day. We did ask for more, but were charged fore it. We ended up buying drinking water for the room from a local grocery store which was fine, but it would have been great if more drinking water had been included.

Staff - very welcoming, friendly and attentive to every single request, as well as assisting with suggestions where to visit/eat/shop around the island Rooms - first of all, CLEAN! Very large with plenty of storage and seating space. Amazingly comfortable and large bed, TV has a respectable amount of channels. Nespresso machine (daily refiff if capsules) and kettle, along with the required glassware. Beautifully designed bathrooms and a huge shower as well! Breakfast - served in-room or at the pool-side bar. Ample options to choose from, and served at an hour of your choosing View - no words…the most incredible caldera/sea view, from every room…and the subset is simply breathtaking Location - perfect for people who prefer a stay in a calm/quiet area, yet only a short drive away from every type of attraction/hotspot around the island Pool - beautiful, perfect temperature, ample seating, beds and shade all around…and the caldera/sea view is nothing less than stunning Bar - plenty of snacks and fresh juices available, quick service and fairly prices as well Fitness - outdoor fitness has plenty of shade, and the constant gentle breeze allows to work out at all times, eeven when it’s hot outside

I was recommended this hotel last year on a previous trip to Santorini in November 2023. A local guide told me and I quote ‘This is the best hotel in Megalochori’, so I booked two rooms to accommodate six people without really knowing what to expect. Let me tell you, it was hands down the best hotel experience I've had in all my years of travelling. My friends and I got served local Santorini sweet wine upon check-in, the rooms were spotless, had all the basic amenities and were cleaned daily. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing. The gym facilities had all you needed for a decent workout with the bonus of a view. The pool was decent and came with a beautiful view of the island. We had the option of eating breakfast in our room or out by the pool and the restaurant staff paid attention to what we ordered daily. The hotel has a free bus service that takes you into Fira and the local beaches we utilised (and they even offered to take my friends and me to a few locations nearby to avoid us walking in the sun). And finally, the staff. The staff at this hotel went the extra mile for my friends every single time, and they made our entire experience memorable I know if I'm ever back in Santorini, I will be staying here again.
