The room was very good, cleaned well each morning. It came with its own pool which was also kept spotless The staff were very polite and helpful.

We stayed here in 2019 and the upkeep of the common areas has been neglected, Tiles loose at the swimming pool area and painting required in multiple places. The last time we stayed there was a mini bus to drop guests in and collect them from the town this has been discontinued which leaves the location remote, your own transport is now vital. The staff at breakfast looked new and was not on top of restocking the buffet. He could do with hygiene training as he was witnessed sneezing into his hand and then continued putting bread out with the same hand, a uniform for the breakfast staff wouldn't go astray, a T shirt and personal tracksuit bottoms isn't ideal. Aside of these issues we would stay here again.

Everything was perfect. The suite was big enough, we had space for everything and there was everything we needed: air conditioning, fridge, a small kitchen area, wardrobe to store our clothes, TV , hairdryer and so on. It was very clean, there is also a cleaning service every day. The cleaning ladies were very kind. The staff was generally very nice and helpful. The outdoor space was also very big and private, what we liked the most. The view was amazing. We had two dining areas, a place to bask in the sun, the jacuzzi was relatively large and deeper. There was also a shared pool, which we didn't use, we only looked at it from above, but it looked very nice. There was a breakfast included and the breakfast spot was also very nice with a nice view of the sea.

Maybe that the outside area was not cleaned every day like the inside area. Everything else was more than perfect.

The breakfast and restaurant food was lovely, all staff had a smile and a friendly word. Private hot tub facing the sunrise was amazing. Room size is great, literally a studio flat (without a kitchen). Everything was very clean and well maintained. Generally, hiring the car was a must- we went almost everywhere during the week and experienced Santorini as fully as we could on our first time there.

Location is not easy to get to without a vehicle, and is not near any shops, etc., but we hired a car for the week so were fine. Shower splashed everywhere if you faced the wrong direction as there was no screen. Nice design, apart from that.

We had a wonderful warm welcome from reception and enjoyed the attention we received for all our of needs. The rooms were lovely - spacious and bright - our 2 bed villa had plenty of room for our 2 year old and the beds were very comfartable. We enjoyed the restaurant and its lovely views. It was overall a very enjoyable 4 night stay!! Plenty of parking!

The breakfast was quite varied though a shame there were not more fresh fruit options available (that available was not so fresh) - the same for the fruit juice (considering the price of the hotel). Not a criticism but the beds were too high for our 2 year old (he fell off more than once) so I would think twice about bringing very small children here (and to Santorini in general). Afterwards, the staff could not have been nicer with him...

The location is amazing, if you have a car. The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular, but ok and the rooms were very nice. The staff was very, very attentive.

One bottle of water for two people for a two day stay? We found water at Lidl for less than 20 cents a bottle, so the hotel could have been more generous. And our martini did not have olives!!! So, we went out for drinks elsewhere.

The hot tub on our terrace and the hotel pool were great. The room (except for the step in the middle) and the view including sunrise, were amazing. Did I mention the private hot tub? The breakfast buffet (included) offered good variety of healthy options on a pleasant garden terrace. Staff was very helpful. Transfers from the ferry were great.

The king size bed was on a raised floor which involved a "surprising" step up or step down.

World best receiption, especially Lola, who provided us nicest welcome with best service I have ever experienced. Just like a friend has been waiting for you. The best location for sun rise. And this experience is definitly a bonus for visiting Santorini. We've got suite with hot tub and sea view. We love everything we've got there. And realises that sun set with beautiful view on Santorini is almost a every day experience. But sunrise is really not. We've got lucky to experience one beautiful sunrise from the 4 days we are there. And it is right from your balcony. You can even choose to experience that from your hot tub. Can you imagine? ! If you are an A type, highly recommende !

It is not far from island's busy area, but we need to take taxi back and forth. The road condition is not walking friendly , narrow, sharp turns and steep. Hence, it can be a bit costly for transportation.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful! Our room was incredible and had a beautiful sunrise view and private pool. We enjoyed the breakfasts each morning and got great recommendations on must-sees around the island. The front desk staff helped organize taxis to take us where we wanted to go and made it a point to help make our honeymoon the best it could be. We can't wait to come back again!

If we had to pick anything, the only drawback at all was that in it's quiet location, we ended up spending a lot of money on taxis because we were not on a bus route or within easy walking distance of one.

Brand new hotel, the view from the room for the sun rises is amazing! Is 5 min away driving from Fira, and there's a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff is amazing! Jessy was an awesome host, she gave us nice tips for places and restaurants and things to do! Breakfast was good! And in general everything was amazing! I will 100% comeback to this hotel! I wish I could upload the video I made but their Instagram is enough! Check it out!

The staff and the room were just amazing. They were always there to help, they're always nice and kind to us and they're willing to help you about anything(Taxi, restaurant reservation, car renting...etc). You can enjoy sunrise and moonrise from your room. The breakfast was delicious. Location of the hotel is not an issue, you can get wherever you want at max 20 minutes. We definitely recommend the hotel for anyone, it was one of our best experiences.

Only issue we had is wifi connection. Sometimes it may get really slow. But if you have mobile connection, it's not a big problem.
