Great location, breathtaking views with sunrise every morning, friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to help, no noise disturbances, extremely private accommodation, tasty breakfast which is brought to your balcony/outdoor area every morning at whatever time you like, private pool with a large outdoor area to relax and recharge, comfy bed, large bathroom and shower area, TV with all your usual streaming platforms, excellent massage service which comes to your room, perfect location just between Imerovigli and Oia, amazing value for money!

Nothing, it was perfect. Although, I would recommend you hire a rental if you’re staying for a long period as the property is located on a hill. It will make your trip stress-free being able to come and go in your own time. The staff will also arrange taxi for you if needed.

We have just returned from our honeymoon in Santorini and stayed here at Lithi Luxury Retreat. It beyond exceeded our expectations from other information and reviews. Situated facing the East sea sunrise, it was simply breathtaking every morning. A very peaceful, quiet and secluded feeling for a very private getaway. A few minutes in a car over the top of the mountain into Imerovigli faces you over the famous caldera view and Oia. The staff at Lithi were exceptional, they were very helpful in recommending some beautiful places to visit and restaurants, which they were very happy to help us book. We suggest you ask also, with all suggestions being first class. The breakfast provided each morning was lovely and they were happy to accommodate. Rooms and cleanliness again fantastic.

Absolutely everything. Our stay was magnificent. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The sunbeds were really comfy as were the giant bean bag seats. The little nook where the outdoor table was, was just perfection. We enjoyed our breakfast out there every morning and it was a perfect escape during the day if the heat of the sun was too much. The breakfast that was served every morning was out standing with loads of variety, we were stuffed until well after lunchtime. The resort is up a very steep hill but we hired a quad bike for our stay, which was delivered directly to our apartment the day after landing so it made for a fun drive haha! The location of the apartment was incredible. Yes, up a big steep hill but once you were up, the view was stunning! Every morning and night I was in awe of the views. Truly breath-taking. It was also perfect to view all parts of the island. Kinda in the middle so you could choose which side of the island you wanted to travel to watch the sunset. It was the best trip I've ever been on and Santorini will always be a very special place to me. Thank you Lithi for the wonderful stay and making this trip one I will never forget.

Honestly, nothing! Everything was perfect. I seen people note that the pool was incredibly cold. Yes, it was cold but only initially and it was a welcome feeling due to the sun being so, so hot! Even if you don't like going in to a pool completely. It was perfect for sitting on the edge with your feet in it while reading a book.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for comfort and great service.

The accommodation was beautiful and overall everything was great. Just a small note: the location is a bit further from Imerovigli than expected and the road is quite steep, so having a car or scooter makes it easier to get around. Also, adding a little milk with the breakfast coffee would make it perfect. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

Lithi luxury retreat was an absolute paradise, Maria and the rest of the team were so warm and welcoming and our every request was met with a smile, they even gave us a late checkout in another beautiful Villa and organised a gorgeous meal just for us, we can’t thank the staff enough, we organised our own transfers but Maria offered to sort them for us however we didn’t need this, bottles of water were brought with breakfast that was beautifully presented and delicious with plenty of choice every morning at the time we requested, when housekeeping was due we got a call to check it was okay to come, these villas are very private, beautifully designed, very comfortable, very clean with stunning views of the sunrise, the moon and only a short walk from the caldera side, We literally have nothing but praise for Lithi luxury retreat and we will definitely be back

Nothing not to like, honestly never had such great hospitality they are an incredible team

As soon as we got out the airport transfer we was greeted at the entrance to villa 1, was given a villa tour and the spacious villa looked amazing under the moonlight with the illuminated pool being the main highlight,The beds were just the right firmness and the bedding was changed each day, the breakfast is served and was a delight,The Hotel staff were always on hand to arrange Taxi's and one morning pointed us in the right direction to get on the hike trail to Fira (about a 50min walk, be prepaied for the hill climb as the Lithi is on a steep hill) ...It has total privacy and is away from the busy areas of Santorini, I was happy to pay taxi fees as I wanted to have a few cocktails and not have to be a driver, So one way trips is 25 euros to Fira, 35 euros to Oia and we also paid 40 euros to get to Perissa beach, if you have a driver Id say get a car.........Everyone goes to Oia for the Sunset but Id say the Lithi has the best Sunrise view on the island and the staff even gave us a secret place to go view the sunset without going to Oia....Thank you for an amazing place of stay

The final step to get out the infinity pool I found a struggle with my bad knee, it is like a triple high step

I had a great stay at this hotel. What I enjoyed the most was the beautiful ocean view and the private pool — it added a special touch to the experience. However, the pool was not heated, which was a bit disappointing, especially considering the price of the stay. I believe it would be a big improvement if all pools were heated. On the positive side, everything was very clean, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.

The privacy and comfort were unmatched. Our room and private pool felt like a peaceful sanctuary—stylish, spacious, and beautifully designed. Every detail was so well thought out. Breakfast was different each day, freshly prepared and served right on our terrace at the time we chose—such a treat! The team was always ready to help and even called restaurants to make reservations for us. Everything felt effortless and personalized.

Not really a bad thing, but the access road is quite steep and not super easy. That said, it didn’t affect our stay at all.

It was super private , clean , spacious and beautiful. Amazing view and everything you need for a lovely stay. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Pool was heated and very good size. You can do food delivery so you don’t have leave if you don’t want to. Super romantic. Sound system and privacy is the best we’ve experienced so far. We really enjoyed ourselves
