We booked the sunrise suite but decided on the spot to upgrade for the sunset suite, which cost more but is totally worth it! The suites, view and pool are unbelievable! We always stayed for diner in our room with great room service and nice dishes - stunning sunset. Once of the best experience of my life

Not a huge deal but their’s a hiking road just below your swimming pool. Sometimes a bit “awkward” when you lay down on your transat and hikers are passing by and watching jealously

A Luxurious Gem with Unparalleled Views My recent stay at One of One Hotel in Santorini was nothing short of extraordinary. This newly built hotel, which I experienced during its soft opening, has quickly become one of my favorite places to stay. From top to bottom, this is a truly beautiful hotel, with amazing suites that exude both elegance and simplicity. The attention to detail in the interior design is remarkable, everything is thoughtfully arranged and fully equipped with all the modern amenities you could need. The view from the hotel is something else entirely. I’ve traveled extensively, but I’ve never seen anything quite like the panoramic vistas offered here. The caldera, the sea, and the horizon all blend into one breathtaking scene that is best enjoyed from the more expensive suite options. Trust me, the extra investment is worth it for the incredible views you see in the photos—they have multiple rooms with different perspectives, so choose wisely. The staff at One of One Hotel truly made our stay memorable, particularly Eva, who was an outstanding host. Eva’s kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care for her guests made us feel incredibly welcome. She was always ready to help with a smile, and her warmth was one of the main reasons we loved our stay here. The hotel is very fortunate to have her on their team. While the hotel’s location in Imerovigli offers a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, it is worth noting that it’s not in the city center. If you plan to explore more of Santorini, you’ll definitely need a car or be prepared for the cost of taxis, which can be expensive on the island. Renting a car is likely the most cost-effective option for getting around. One minor point is that the hotel’s sauna, spa, and restaurant were not yet completed during our stay, but I understand they are expected to open next year. In the meantime, we found a convenient solution by ordering breakfast through the Wolt app, which worked perfectly.

The experience of staying in One of One Hotel is the best value for money choice we have made for years. From the moment we arrived and witnessed the beauty of this place, to the last sunset we experienced, we felt as if we were underpaying for what we were living. The room was even better than the photos on booking.com be it in size, beauty or amenities. The privacy, quietness and relaxed atmosphere provoked feelings totally worth our time and money.

What can I say .... This place is magical for everything, for its location, for the service, for the welcome and the kindness of the staff ... it was a special stay in Santorini, the hospitality of this hotel and the kindness of Eva, responsible for the management of the structure to say the least excellent, always helpful and kind. The facility is newly built and opened, but nevertheless of great prestige and excellent service. The area I personally find is one of the best, because it is very close to the centre of Imerovigli and the amazing Oiae especially away from the too chaotic areas. Our room was the Sunset, the sunset was something indescribable, but not only from early morning light to late evening, this place was magical in everything, we will miss it so much . Amazing new hotel. Every little detail has been taken care of. Ample space inside the room, best possible view coupled with all the necessary amenities. The underground / cave pathway to the cave suites really stands out. The staff was really kind and helpful as well.

The facilities are brand new. The location is ideal. The room was very comfortable and with a very chic stone architecture. Probably one of the most distinguished hotels we have ever visited in terms of aesthetics. The staff was also very kind and welcoming.

Our stay in One of One Hotel was surprisingly more than what we could have asked for. This is a newly built hotel on a superb location in Imerovigli. We stayed in one of the Sunrise Suites overlooking the Aegean Sea. The suite was very comfortable and the aesthetic very different to what we have seen in other places in Santorini. Easy access with a car, parking space inside the hotel and people who made every minute of our trip hassle free.

The hotel's amenities (spa, restaurant and gym) are not open for clients this year. I can hardly imagine what a unique experience would have been if these amenities were also operational. This is why we are already scheduling our trip for next year.

What a hotel! Staff were super friendly/helpful and the view from our private pool was amazing. We actually canceled dinner on our last night to watch the sunset from the hotel room which was stunning. I was a little bit hesitant on booking the hotel as the photos were just renders. But after arriving was glad we made this choice. The hotel is also next to one of our favorite restaurants in Santorini called “fly-away” if you get a chance book it for sun set dinner. It’s amazing
