We booked to stay at this hotel while we were in Santorini for our wedding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make our stay here special. We received a lovely welcome drink and they very generously upgraded us to the honeymoon suite with a private pool. Our room had also been decorated with balloons and rose petals, a truly lovely and heartfelt touch. The room itself was extremely spacious, nicely decorated and has been done to a very high standard. The same can be said for the rest of the hotel. The pool and bar area is nice and modern with a luxurious feel. We struggled to drag ourselves away from relaxing on the beds in the pool to go out and explore Santorini! There is also a spectacular view of the sunrise if you’re an early riser! I’ve never experienced anything like the breakfast provided by this hotel. They offer a variety of options that are delivered to your room every morning at your selected time. The main menu also has a good selection and everything we tried was delicious. The staff at this hotel are what make it such a wonderful and memorable experience. The hotel manager Sofia, the reception staff, bar staff, maintenance workers, kitchen and cleaning staff are all genuine and warm people. They are so accommodating and cannot do enough for you. The location is about a 25 minute walk to Fira and 10/15 minutes walk to Imerovigli. The hotel can recommend a really good and reasonably priced taxi service also. We were very sad to leave and cannot recommend this hotel enough!

I recently stayed at this suite in Santorini for six days, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience. The place itself is beautiful, clean, and has everything you could possibly need during your stay – nothing was missing at all. The service was absolutely excellent, and all the staff were doing their jobs with genuine kindness and hospitality. The location is perfect, and the entire stay was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini – you will definitely enjoy every moment there. I also want to give a special thanks to Sophia, the manager. She is extremely professional, very helpful, and treats every guest like family. Her kindness and care made my stay even more special, and I truly appreciate all her efforts to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you for making my trip unforgettable.

I stayed at SantAnna with a group of friends to celebrate my 40th birthday in Santorini & I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. Sofia welcomed us in such a lovely way and gave us a really helpful intro on the hotel, excursions available and restaurant recommendations. She was on hand for all questions and help throughout the stay and nothing was too much trouble. She was the perfect host! & always friendly, chatty and smiling! The pool and bar staff (Chris & another whose name I sadly don’t have) were excellent, friendly & very helpful. The hotel was a perfect slice of luxury, the rooms are gorgeous & the setting exactly how the pictures show. The food & drinks were great, high quality. The breakfasts, particularly, were exceptional! I could go on and on but we’ll definitely return again!

We found ourselves not wanting to leave, and a huge part of that was because of how Sophia made SantAnna feel like our own private paradise. We’re already dreaming about our return. If you're considering a stay here - do it. And if you have the pleasure of meeting Sophia and her wonderful team, you're in for something truly special.

Would recommend getting a car - roads are not so walkable into town.

The service and the attention from the staff made this all possible. The atmosphere and the love for the hotel are evident in every detail. It is also incredibly clean here. We had a wonderful holiday thanks to them. Special thanks to Sofia, Iliana and bartender Cris, who made this all possible, and not to forget all the other staff members who were there. The cherry on top was the breakfast. It was phenomenal. The presentation and love put into it were fantastic. This hotel deserves 5 stars on all fronts. Honestly the most special stay at SantAnna from the moment we arrived everyone was amazing, the host organised our transfer who was there on time and so helpful, the welcome drink, the complimentary upgrade, the room breakfasts every morning were so delicious and so much food! The team couldn’t do more to help us, they really did make every part of our first time in Greece a reason to come back. A very short walk to the Carrefour for any snacks and for the first night a short (but very steep) walk into Imerovigli at the recommendation of the team to the most gorgeous sunset restaurant with amazing food. The pool and bar area were so beautifully done and made for an all round amazing stay. If we ever come back to Santorini I will definitely be staying again.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at SantAnna Luxury Suites, and it was truly a dream come true. From the stunning Cycladic architecture to the peaceful, intimate setting, every moment felt special. Our suite was spacious and beautifully designed, with a private pool and an incredible view — the perfect backdrop for a romantic getaway. The staff were exceptional, always discreet yet attentive. A heartfelt thank you to Sofia, who made our stay unforgettable. Her warmth, thoughtfulness, and personal touches — from arranging a surprise anniversary treat to offering excellent local recommendations — made us feel truly cherished. Breakfast was delicious and served with a smile every morning, and the tranquility of the property allowed us to fully relax and reconnect. SantAnna is the definition of luxury, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a meaningful occasion. We’ll treasure the memories and absolutely plan to return.

Everything was amazing!

Recently, we visited this amazing place that took our breath away. A small, boutique hotel with beautiful modern amenities and wonderfully spacious new rooms; located in a quiet area, away from overcrowded tourist centers, yet within reach of everything. We travel a lot; however, one thing I must highlight right away is the incredible cleanliness, something we have rarely experienced anywhere else. Towels are changed twice a day, bathrobes perhaps after every use, an incredible precision not seen elsewhere. But what truly makes this place unique is its staff. Starting in the morning with the delivery of your breakfast to your room, every question or reservation is expertly handled by the receptionists Iliana and Penny, but our biggest thanks and admiration go to the bartender Vaggelis; who not only mixes incredible drinks but also showers you with attention from morning till night. We have visited many places, but here we felt so welcome that we didn't even want to leave, even though you can easily park your car in front of the hotel… If you meet this friendly bartender, definitely have a drink for us :-) And if you are planning a trip to Santorini, give this place a chance, it may not offer the classic experience like the cliff hotels in Oia and Fira, but it has a unique atmosphere, amazing staff, all-day excellent menus, and breathtaking sunrises. Very modern and clean, small hotel with only 12-15 rooms so no crowding and plenty of space around the pool for everyone. All staff were so friendly and helpful and it felt like they couldn’t do enough for us, in particular the ladies on reception and the man at the pool bar. We booked a honeymoon suite so had our own pool and balcony and it was perfect! So spacious and had everything we could’ve needed and more. Breakfast was brought to our room every day at whatever time we chose, never a minute late. Every day there was a variety of different types of eggs, pastries, fresh fruit and yoghurt, a selection of bread and jams etc. along with fresh coffee and orange juice. Again we couldn’t have asked for more! Location was about 15 minute walk/5 minute taxi from Imerovigli and around a 45 minute walk/10 minute taxi from Fira. This suited us fine as we were happy to walk/ get taxis to dinner locations in Fira every night and it was lovely and quiet around the hotel away from the big crowds of tourists you see in Fira & Oia.

Everything was great, and I especially want to mention the staff who made my stay at this hotel unforgettable. Wonderful and very positive people work here. I received help with all issues, and this applies, of course, first of all to the staff at the reception, but all the staff were very hospitable, kind and friendly. Everything was comfortable, beautiful and clean. Delicious breakfasts and a wonderful bar and pool area. Very nice and comfortable hotel that you want to come back to again! ❤️❤️❤️
