Absolutely breathtaking! This hotel in Santorini offers an unparalleled view that feels straight out of a dream. A perfect blend of luxury and nature's beauty, making every moment unforgettable. Where to start… literally the best place we’ve ever stayed. The view is incredible (we stayed in the Honeymoon Suite), the level of service from the staff was faultless & amazing (special thanks to Chris & Eva), the biggest breakfasts served every morning of very high quality, the biggest bed ever (even bigger than our superking at home), a beautifully decorated suite… Nothing was too much trouble… they gave us great recommendations for restaurants & organised a luxurious private taxi for us to go to Santo Wines on our last evening. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t want to leave! We also loved staying on the edge of Imerovigli… it was so peaceful & tranquil but with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We explored the village one morning & it is beautiful, picturesque & far quieter than Fira or Oia. Perfect for couples seeking a calm, romantic setting! Waking up to the most amazing caldera view every morning with our private pool & relaxing with the sunset every evening was pure paradise! If we return to Santorini we will stay here again without question!

The place was faultless but just be mindful the suites are situated on the Fira to Oia path so you will have people walking past. This didn’t really bother us (& I’m normally someone who insists on total privacy). Our terrace was high up enough it didn’t feel too intrusive & most people walking past were quiet & didn’t stop or stare. It was only really in the morning & early evening anyway as not many people walked past in the heat of the day. If you want even more seclusion, book the executive suite which is even more elevated. The other suites were a little lower down so may not have been as private. The view more than makes up for this though!

Arany Terra is a brand new hotel situated in the best location for sunset views in Santorini. The views from our room were spectacular, surpassing any other part of the island. We were fortunate to be upgraded to the Honeymoon Suite, which featured a private pool overlooking the sea. While the pool was manually cleaned by the staff, an automatic cleaning system would have been more convenient. Chris and his colleagues were exceptionally helpful, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants, boat tours, and beach clubs. Breakfast was served in our room each morning, and the portions were generous enough to save some for snacking later in the day. For those renting a car, the hotel offers ample parking, which is a rarity in Santorini. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and provided an amazing view. Despite the manually cleaned pool and a mini fridge that wasn’t very cold, our stay was fantastic. The helpful staff, breathtaking views, and comfortable accommodations make Arany Terra highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Arany Terra. We got married in Santorini on Saturday and wanted somewhere special to stay after and this fit perfectly. It’s clean, beautiful, the pool is amazing and it’s just slightly away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast is also amazing as well as the incredible view!!

The curtain kept coming down, the air con is right next to the bed and the toilet smelt a little bit (drains) but these were minor things that wouldn’t put us off staying again

A very comfortable stay. The view is amazing with uninterrupted views looking out over the caldera best seen from the individual plunge pool with a glass of wine. Special note needs to be made of all the staff who set the atmosphere for Arrany Terra. They were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Overall the room was very comfortable with a delightful breakfast delivered to your room. Ample and easily reached car parking; we found renting a car was quite useful to explore the island. Thanks for a lovely stay.

There’s not much not to like here but, and this is personal opinion rather than criticism, the bed was a little soft. The compromise of wonderful uninterrupted views was that the room felt a little open to walkers looking in as they hiked from Fira to Oia.

The staff were very friendly. The location and view were absolutely amazing. The breakfast served to us in our room was fantastic!

The hot tubs were not very warm. On the cooler days and evenings they should have been warmer. I understand that when it is above 30 degrees you don’t want it too hot, but when it’s not and is a bit cloudier and windy you want to be able to sit in the pool and watch the sunset without getting cold. I think the heating system is not functioning properly.

The view and the location was excellent (location outside town - which was exactly what I was looking for). 5 min walk to Imerovigli. The breakfast is very good and it is served in room. The view from the pool was excellent.

The fact that people passing by hiking would see inside the garden in front of the suite,, but fortunately during the period I stayed there it was not too crowded and in the afternoon (when was the best time for laying at the pool) it was almost nobody passing.

Let me tell you- I’ve been to Santorini twice. This place is the place to be. Immaculately clean room, sunset view right in the caldera that beat the sunset view from Oia completely. You can watch it from your own private hot tub and skip the crowds. Breakfast amazing and served right in your room. Comfortable beds and pillows galore. I recommend Arany Terra happily!! Can’t wait to go back!

This place is perfect

Everything was absolutely perfect! The location is just amazing, by far the most beautiful view in whole island! The room was breathtaking, extremely clean with every amenity you can imagine! The sunset from the room is one of the best experiences I have witnessed! The service is the very helpful and kind! Keep it up!

Fabulous stay with incredible sunset views! Right along the path between Fira and Oia making it a perfect location between the two towns. Incredible staff who did everything to make our stay as perfect as possible.
