The terrace offers a stunning view, making breakfast there especially enjoyable. The breakfast itself was varied and tasty, the room was spotless, and the bed extremely comfortable—great for a restful night. I would definitely choose to stay here again, though I’d likely book a different room for a bit more privacy and quiet. The staff at reception, as well as everyone working there were very helpful, professional, and made us feel truly comfortable throughout our stay.

The room and private terrace are separated by a walking path that's frequently used by people, which wasn’t mentioned in the room description. In the mornings, it can get quite loud during breakfast, as the terrace—situated directly above the room—serves as the dining area. However, this didn’t significantly detract from the overall experience; everything else was perfect.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and it was our best stay during our time in Greece. The hotel offers a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea. The hot tub just outside our room was incredibly enjoyable. The staff were friendly and worked hard to keep the facilities clean and beautiful. Breakfast was served à la carte and delivered to each room, which we really appreciated. The hotel’s location in the middle of Santorini is very convenient for visiting both Oia and Fira. The most beautiful trail to Oia starts right at the hotel’s doorstep. The onsite restaurant was also one of the best in town. I will definitely return!

On our checkout day, a staff member informed us that our taxi was coming to pick us up, but we ended up waiting in the sun for over half an hour without seeing our taxi. For such a highly rated hotel, this was disappointing. However, the manager handled the situation very well and resolved the problem promptly.

Just at the port now after leaving the most beautiful hotel in a breathtaking location. The staff especially Salome where so helpful and friendly. From an early check in to a late checkout they were so accommodating. Breakfast served in the room each morning over looking the Aegean Sea was delightful and plentiful. Half an hour walk into Fira which is beautiful and a good few restaurants and shops around the hotel too. Highlight was sunset in the hot tub. They also organised a transfer to and from the hotel. He arrived in a fab air conditioned Mercedes Van and gave us lots of the history and recommendations. We can't wait to come back.

location and great view

We ordered a transfer from the airport, but they forgot to meet us. After 20 minutes of waiting, the driver arrived. In the evening, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Unfriendly waiters, tasteless food. We really regretted that we booked a table there. Breakfast should also be improved. For example, add cheese to the menu instead of a large selection of sweets. The room is good, but it does not have a coffee machine, no black tea, no cotton pads, shower caps. There was no privacy on the terrace. On the right side there is a staircase that everyone uses. On the left you can see everything that is on the terrace of another room. The staff at the hotel is unfriendly. The prices are too high. We felt like unwanted guests at the hotel.

we took the honeymoon suite with outdoor hot tub with caldera view , thankfully we got it exactly as the poctures we booked because we need the hot tub to be a bit private and not seen by others while we're in it, i liked the location in "imerovigli" quieter than Fira and Oia and is located between them closer to fira , but that had a downside , transport is very expensive in Santorini and we wanted to take the bus we heard it doesnot stop in imerovigli , goes only from Fira to Oia directly only 1 stop

since the price is high we thought we would be getting more services : no free water to the room , no private shuttle at least once a day , no driver working for the hotel , breakfast was good but the filter coffee they provided the cheep filter peices not an actual filtered coffee , our room had a small glass window above the door which was very high and had no curtain the sun bothered us also the wifi lights were very bright when we tried to sleep ,

We stayed at the honeymoon suite at this resort and it was a fabulous honeymoon. The view is gorgeous, pictures don’t do justice to it. Breakfast is mediocre, but the eggs were really tasty. The jacuzzi was 24/7 warm, at night really a beautiful experience but during the day and the heat we didn’t really enjoy it. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and kind and always cater to you. They also rented an ATV for us. They have other activities as well and informed us about them well before our trip. The location is also perfect, Imerovigli wasn’t crowded and we had privacy in our outdoor jacuzzi, something that was important for us.

The view from the hot tub on the deck was breathtaking! The staff were amazing and the breakfast was by far the best food we had in Greece!

I liked everything.

The Kasimatis was a perfect choice for us, and everything exceeded our expectations -- from the staff (shout out to Nikos!), the room and facilities, the view of the Caldera, and the fresh breakfast brought to our room daily. There are a lot of stairs, but it's Santorini -- there are stairs everywhere! We never had an issue finding a parking spot in the public parking area, and the Kasimatis is centrally located to several superb dining options. If we are fortunate enough to visit Santorini again, we would return to Kasimatis by La Perla, without question!

It could use more hooks and shelves in the bathroom -- but not a big issue.

A special gem with wonderful staff located on the edge of the Caldera in Imerovigli you are guaranteed the best views and beautiful sunsets every night. It is also located with a direct path to the main town with the most gorgeous views along the Caldera. The staff go out of their way to make your holiday even more magical and right at home with their warm smiles and hospitality. The hotel is clean, modern and the food is delicious. The shower is spacious and I got upgraded for part of my stay to have a jacuzzi the entire time which was a highlight for me. They also have a little sink and wine glasses and a fridge which comes in handy for wine looking at the sunset or to prepare snacks for the adventurous days ahead. A special mention to Salome, Vanessa, Theonesis and Manolis. :)
