This is my 2nd visit to White and once again did not disappoint. A family member joined us on this trip and they were awed at the view and beauty. The location for us is perfect. Drinking wine while watching the sunset from our terrace is a highlight. Fira and Oia are too crowded so we prefer Imerovigli. It is situated on the main walkway of the Fira to Oia hike and easy to get to. Many places on the island require a steep walk down the caldera to reach your hotel. This is not the case with White as it is at the top of the caldera. We had a junior suite with shares a plunge pool and hot tube between 2 rooms. This worked for us as it was family that had rooms next to each other. It is a very private area. The room was spacious and well appointed. The sunsets from our terrace were picture perfect. There are several good restaurants in Imerovigli if you don't want to travel. However the island has some very good food. We relied on the staff at the hotel for help selecting restaurants. Angello and George, who were both great, spent as much time as needed helping our group. We rented a car to get around and parking was a bit of a challenge by the hotel but we always ended up finding a spot. The complimentary breakfasts were tailored to you and could be as large as you wanted or as small.

The towels need to be upgraded

We truly enjoyed our time in White Santorini's Pearl Suite. The view was amazing and our balcony was the best spot to watch the sunset. Breakfast was nice and it was lovely that they brought it to our balcony and we got to eat in private. The room was spacious and clean. The cleaning staff came every day and changed both the bath and pool towels. We also liked the location, as Imerovigli was a very peaceful and beautiful place compared to other villages, but it was still a short distance to Fira for dining and shopping.

There was a lot of ants in our suite and we could'nt left any food or snacks on the table because of that. All has to be stored in fridge which was a quite small. The water didn't circulate properly in the pool either, and oil built up around the edges, even though we showered before going in. We were told not to use oil in the pool, so we didn't use sunscreen at the hotel for the rest of our vacation. This limited our opportunities to sunbathe, as I burn easily.

We stayed at this beautiful 4-star hotel in Santorini from June 14th to 22nd, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely magnificent, offering unbeatable views that truly capture the magic of Santorini. Our room featured a private terrace with a jacuzzi, creating a romantic and relaxing atmosphere that we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. We especially want to highlight the afternoon and evening receptionist (unfortunately, we never caught his name) who fulfilled every request with a warm smile and genuine care, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was exquisite, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The transfer service was also excellent, punctual and comfortable, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. In summary, despite these small inconveniences, the hotel’s stunning location, wonderful views, excellent service, and charming atmosphere made our stay memorable. We would definitely recommend it to couples looking for a romantic getaway in Santorini.

There were a few minor drawbacks worth mentioning: the housekeeping schedule was a bit inconvenient, as cleaning staff arrived around 10:30-11:00 AM while breakfast was brought at 9:30 AM—something to consider especially since the room includes a jacuzzi tub. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were somewhat limited; we were entitled to a fixed number of shampoo and shower gel bottles, which felt insufficient for a longer stay like ours. Lastly, the bathroom door didn’t slide smoothly, but every time we raised these issues, the staff promptly provided solutions.

We love our stay at White Santorini. The location (Imerovigli) is great, quiet, has amazing views and is close to some really good restaurants. In general we loved everything about our days in Santorini. We also did a boat tour recommended by the hotel, which was great and one day did the walk from the hotel to Oia. This was a 2hr walk, a bit difficult because it was a hot day, but totally worth it. One thing that travelers should know though (not specific to this hotel) is that the transportation to Oia is expensive at $40/way from Imerovigli if you take a cab or with a hotel shuttle. Buses are 1.60 Euros, but there's no direct bus back from Oia, only when going to. So, keep that in mind.

Lovely view overlooking the Aegean Sea. We had the villa away from the main hotel. It was a walk down to get to our room. There was access to the main road next to the room but it was the private access for another resort. Our villa was very spacious and well designed. It was nice and cool even without the air conditioning in the middle of the of July. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning, well presented and good range. Staff are certainly helpful and approachable, small issues all resolved or escalated in a timely manner.

WiFi was very slow and not working inside the bedroom area. The pool and hot tub were quite heavily chlorinated which is understandable for hygiene reasons.

This was the perfect choice for our stay. I was travelling with my daughter and wanted somewhere we felt safe. The staff were incredible, the views incredible, the staff helped us organise getting around the island. Breakfast was served each morning on the balcony. The location was away from too many tourists but also within 30 minutes of the other parts of the island we wanted to visit. Restaurants close by, and convenient store close by. 100% recommend White Santorini and only 10-15 minutes drive from the airport

Staff was on top of even the smallest detail. Breakfast was amazing (you pick what and when to have it served to your room). Concierge was extremely helpful in setting up quad and boat rentals, taxis, and even had sandwiches made for us when we were going on an outing all day. The location was perfect. Not only was the view unsurpassed, but staying in that part of the island was much less crowded and near everything. We never had to wait for a tablw at a restaurant, and the restaurants were incredible. When we return, we will stay there again for sure!

We loved staying in the cream suite with our very own pool, private entrance and balcony. The room was super spacious and facilities were great. The staff were all very kind and very professional. The reception staff were always available and ready to help. The views from the hotel is amazing and breakfast in the balcony was incredible. I also thoroughly enjoyed the massage I got from Eri, the on site physical therapist. She is a trained professional and masseuse - best and most relaxing massage I’ve gotten so far.

Tailor-made breakfast, available between 8.30-10.30 , delicious coffe, cheese, cold meat, pastries and omelette menu, also yoghurt and fruits available. The view is breathtaking, you can see a beautiful sunset from the terrace :-) The rooms are equipoed with fridge and coffee machine, we also had a private hot tub. There are several good quality restaurants in walking distance.

As a tea lover the only thing missing was a teapot. Parking is sometimes difficult with a rented car, a taxi may be a better option. Otherwise it would be hard to find any fault including the polite and helpful staff.

Excellent staff and stunning location. Breakfast served to the room each day according to personal selection. A 25 minute walk to Fira, 18 minutes to Firostefani. There is a bus station in Fira with a regular and reliable service to pretty much everywhere.

It’s not a spa, despite the name. The pool outside our room (107) is small but is the main pool for rooms that don’t have their own pool. Not particularly a problem as we were ahead of the main season. The pool man arrives everyday between 7:30 to 08:00 and it’s not a quiet process.
