- The view was wonderful. - The food was great. - The room was big and clean. - We got a room upgrade, that was nice ! - The pool bar provides pool towels for free - A breathtaking sunset view

- There was a wedding photoshoot that prevented us from going to the main pool but we went to another one (there are 3) - Too much stairs... even if we want to take the elevator we still have many stairs to take because of the hotel's architecture.

Location is perfect..we got the best sunrise and sunset views, right by the caldera. Facilities were great, though we didn't use the spa as it wasn't presented/advertised to us in the introduction by the reception team. It would be a nice addition to their presentation though apart from just the usual tours. The airport transfer was very good, they even carry your luggage up to the main road and load them into the van. Since we stayed here before, I can compare that we were treated better before , maybe because we got the biggest villa in the entire resort or maybe the staff is relatively new. This time, we got the last room by the pool. I can't blame them though due to the influx of tourists. The breakfast needs more variation. I celebrated my 50th birthday with dinner at the hotel restaurant Greezo after a whole day tour of the island only to be disappointed by my partly raw beef sirloin. I asked it to be cooked medium and they gladly recooked the meat. They compensated though by giving us one free dessert, 1 glass of rosé, 1 beer, and vinsanto. So, I was happy in the end. The staff are very friendly and that made up for all the little irritating moments and things during our stay.

After check in, our room air on wasn't working after two attempts at fixing it. Third time, the technician went to fix it while we were out for dinner. I didn't feel secure with that since we were not in our room while he did the repairs. However, I am still thankful the problem was fixed. The cleaning personnel missed some spots in our bathroom and we didn't get a change of towels during our stay. Since our room was close to the pool bar, there were a lot of ants crawling on our terrace and outside walls.

Amazing place with one of the best locations and probably the best view of Santorini’s iconic sunset. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent beds, mattresses, and linens—most are designed to maximize the view. The staff were incredibly helpful, flexible, and kind; they arranged everything for my wife’s birthday perfectly. Breakfast is a bit repetitive but filling. However, dinner at the restaurant was absolutely outstanding—worthy of a Michelin star! At first, the number of stairs might seem overwhelming, but the smartly placed elevators make it easy to get around without too much climbing.

We had an amazing stay, hotel is fabulous just as in the photos! Location is the best in our opinion, offering best views of the caldera, scaros rock, sunset and sea from every corner of the hotel, also easy walk to rest of imerovigli and about half hour walk to Fira. Our room was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay, pool area is also very chilled and nice (though they dont allow you to consume your own beverages or snacks). Staff is nice and helpful. Our only feedback would be to improve breakfast options and quality, and expand to include non-dairy and gluten-free options.

AMAZING VIEW!! Best on the entire island (yes even better than Oia in our opinion). Amazing/relaxing pool. Beautiful view from the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and will go above and beyond to help you in any way.

The rooms are not advertised accurately. Only 1/2 of the place is renovated. We thought we were getting a nice, new, big room with a beautiful view…. The room did not meet our expectations (see the comparing images). Breakfast was mid level. More like bread and dessert than healthy options. The stairs are no joke. You will get a workout in! Make sure your room is at the bottom near the reception. Those are less stairs, near the pool, and renovated! Lower room numbers are better. 100s are up by the street and not as nice.

Amazing Santorini view - but see below.

The room next door sharing the same deck which I assume cost the same had a better/more expansive view as ours was cut off by wall. Super dated - like a hotel room in Vegas from the 80s. For the price should be an updated room with new fixtures and style. Wifi was non-existent in the room. The wall with the door and window facing the view obstructed the view with old school design. Should be a big picture window and/or a sliding glass door. The sheer curtain is fine but way too much material blocking the view - which the whole point of the room.

The staff and the views were INCREDIBLE. The front desk, the people by the pool and the views were incredible. I would 100% repeat my stay if I come back to Santorini. Even when travelling back from a different island, I asked if I could spend some hours by the pool while I waited for my flight and enjoyed one last beautiful sunset. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING

I got a junior suite and the difference vs a non. junior suite was pretty evident. I would have liked the option to have an individual pool myself. This had nothing to do with the EXCEPTIONAL treatment from the staff

The location of andromeda in imerovigli is incredible. It is one of the highest points on the caldera cliffs, so you have amazing uninterrupted views left to Skaros rock and beyond, and the view across the caldera to oia. The hotel staff are really lovely. We were upgraded to a suite with private pool so no complaints. Also lovely village vibe nearby with restaurants, and if you want to dip into busy Thira, it’s a 25 minute walk.

Nothing really.

The view was exquisite-- one of the best in Santorini-- and the staff was friendly, the rooms were well designed and clean.

We stayed here because it had a restaurant but the food was not great. But we found that all the view restaurants had marginal food that they tried to promote as gourmet. The best food is on back streets at mom&pop restaurants like Anogi. The hotel is large-- it has 55 rooms-- so it can get noisy. If you want peace & quiet, book one of their Executive Rooms--it is worth it.

Our stay was so amazing- the pictures will never do the views any justice. We had room number 3, which had a private balcony, where we would sit and watch the sunset everyday, in the privacy of our own balcony. The hotel had the perfect location, in a quieter area of the island, but there is a shop and restaurants just outside the front. The staff were so helpful, giving us information about the island and booking taxis for us. Our flight home was late at night and we were able to stay for the day at the pool, using their facilities and there was even space to shower and get ready for our flight home. There were a lot of weddings happening at the hotel, but as we were celebrating our own wedding anniversary during our visit, we found it lovely to be able to witness so many wonderful weddings happen around us- this may have been more of a negative for some people.
