- There was a wedding photoshoot that prevented us from going to the main pool but we went to another one (there are 3) - Too much stairs... even if we want to take the elevator we still have many stairs to take because of the hotel's architecture.

Loved the location and the superior room.

Breakfast doesn’t offer much although has the price of high quality one. For 28 € I only could eat a croissant and a bad coffee. I would suggest to work on it and the rooms are way nicer than the breakfast. Personally I went upstairs for coffee.

Location was great with spectacular views. There are a lot of steps though to get to everything

We were given a room with a bed up narrow stairs and you hit your head on the ceiling and I’m only 5 feet 3 inches. However the hotel moved us to a suite the second night to accommodate us

Our stay was so amazing- the pictures will never do the views any justice. We had room number 3, which had a private balcony, where we would sit and watch the sunset everyday, in the privacy of our own balcony. The hotel had the perfect location, in a quieter area of the island, but there is a shop and restaurants just outside the front. The staff were so helpful, giving us information about the island and booking taxis for us. Our flight home was late at night and we were able to stay for the day at the pool, using their facilities and there was even space to shower and get ready for our flight home. There were a lot of weddings happening at the hotel, but as we were celebrating our own wedding anniversary during our visit, we found it lovely to be able to witness so many wonderful weddings happen around us- this may have been more of a negative for some people.

Imerovigli was such a great spot for us as there is plenty around but it avoids the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia. The pool area was lovely, albeit the water itself was quite cold and not super enjoyable to get in with the weather we had. Bedroom was tidy and spacious enough and the bed itself was super comfy. Ensuite was clean and a good size. The option for dinner from the restaurant to be served on your terrace is a fantastic option too.

Lots of stairs which is expected for a cliff-face hotel. Got randomly called by another room in the middle of the night on 2 seperate occasions which ruined our sleel. When I discussed this with reception, I was told that we should just lift the phone off when we go to sleep which seemed like an odd expectation of us. Breakfast was nothing special and I'd probably recommend exploring the cafes nearby instead.

This an interesting place. I had no idea that Santorini is perched on the edge of a cliff and the water below is a crater. There really are the most ridiculous amount of steps but that’s the way I assume it has to be. It’s really important to know this. The rules around paying, filling in credit card forms, forms for registering. Make sure you have the actual card, can’t tap etc is very antiquated and very frustrating when you have to cordinate a large family so be well prepared. The food and restaurant and staff were very good. Important to know there are three pools but they are very small but they work. Tips are required in Greece which is also good to know from an Australian perspective. The staff are what make this resort.

A lot of steps and difficulty with filling in forms and charges via old fashioned systems. This needs to be updated. Rooms are small depending on what you have booked. Air conditioning was broken but fixed after a day in one of our rooms. It was 32c so it was important to fix which they did.

The view is incredible from all areas of the hotel. We were traveling with family and had multiple reservations to sort out. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and patient, showing us the different rooms so that we could make sure everyone was comfortable before moving the luggage. My own family of 5 needed rooms next to one another and were able to do so in two junior suites (rooms 123 and 124) that shared a patio. According to the description we would have a sofa bed but there was not. Staff were quick to set up a cot for us. The cleaning staff did an incredible job as did the men who worked tirelessly to carry luggage, etc. up all those stairs. The location in Imerovigli was perfect, with several restaurants and bakeries close by but without the craziness of Fira. We easily walked to Fira (20-25 minutes) and hiked part of the way to Oia, which was a bit more challenging but absolutely worth the effort. Highly recommend a catamaran cruise to get close to the volcano and to see the white and red beaches, which are hard to access by land. Sunsets from the hotel were amazing—no need to go anywhere else. We loved our stay at Andromeda.

The pool was refreshing but cold. For those seeking nightlife, taxis are expensive. Not an issue for me but something to be aware of.

The rooms were unique and comfortable! The view was stunning all day long. The pool was clean and sunbeds comfortable! Food at the pool bar was super delicious !!

They moved us from one room to another that was a bit hectic for us and for no obvious reason. We were there for three nights only so that wasn’t convenient. The most annoying was the price variance! We booked 3 months prior our travel, we paid double what our friends paid. They extended their stay during our stay together there and paid half what we paid three months earlier ! We arrived together. That was shocking.

Stunning view and beautiful location

Unfortunately our flight got canceled and we missed our first night. When we arrived they book us in a different room than the one I booked. They kept stating the smaller room was correct even though it didn’t match the photos. They gave several excuses for two days. They would not change until I had my husband speak with the manager and then they provided us the correct room. They were not disrespectful or unkind during this process and I’m happy we got the correct .

We loved our stay at Andromeda Villas! Our room was spacious with a private balcony and view of the caldera. The sunset from our room was better than that of Oia. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the customer service was superb. I forgot my coat in the room and they mailed it to make in the US. The location is great because the streets are too small for large cruise ship buses to come to so the area is more private. The trail leading to Fira runs through the center of the hotel and is only a 30min walk. Andromeda Villas has everything you could want with an excellent pool bar and restaurant on site. We will definitely return!
