Amazing staff, amazing location! A memory that will last a lifetime!!!

We do not have anything negative to say in our case but if you have any concern going up and down stairs please be warned that in order to access the property at its prime location you do have to go down 70-90 stairs.

Amazing location, spectacular views. No need to go to Oia with the crowds for the sunset, we all had a perfect view from our terraces each evening. More of an apartment complex than a hotel with a small reception/bar area, a kitchen at the back and a pool and terrace in front.The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and informative, couldn't do enough for us. Brilliant! Breakfast, served outside your room every morning was plentiful, varied and very nice indeed. Wine, fresh fruit and water in our room on arrival and they even brought a small cake and Prosecco with our breakfast on the morning of my partner's birthday. Lots of very good restaurants and super markets within a few minutes walk. A lovely, if not flat, walk to Fira with even more amazing views on the other side of Skaros Rock. Imerovigli is perfect for couples and a romantic break. For a much livelier nightlife you would probably need to head to Fira or Oia. Would recommend the all day bus tour by the way, great value and not rushed, wine tasting included. All in all a fabulous week at Regina Mare also helped by having nice 'neighbours' in the next room.

A lot of steps down to the hotel so not ideal if difficulty walking, luckily your bags are carried for you, but then again all the main areas are like that so certainly not a criticism of the hotel. We did find a lift belonging to a different hotel/spa, shhh, don't tell them, on the last few days which was a godsend and brought us out by the restaurants and shop, which was great. We are in our 60's so don't judge ha ha. Rooms are a little small but you're paying a premium for the views and wow are they good views, not to mention the great service.

The view is simply amazing. This hotel is one of the furthest down the cliff so all you see in front of you is the caldera. Sunsets are a must see event. From the site, you really don't get a good idea of this hotel. Pulled up in rental car and could not find hotel so i called and they sent porters up to help with luggage. Service at this hotel was the best! Gourmet breakfast served at your room every morning so you can start the day with a beautiful view and great food. The hotel manager and staff were incredibly accommodating and happy to interact with.

NOTHING! But I will put a warning in here that if you have physical disabilities or are not in good shape, this is not the place for you. To get to this wonderful hotel requires a lot of stairs and there is no lift. It's possible the hotel porters could carry you down and up just like they moved our luggage but probably too scary to go down stairs on someone's back. This location has everything you could want so no need to go up and down to get to the village if you don't want to but I had no idea of the stairs when booking. We need to go back again before we are unable to do the stairs because it was so worth the effort.

I would highlight especially the nice staff who are willing to help you with everything. My partner had a birthday at the time of our stay, the hotel prepared a free beautiful birthday surprise by prior arrangement. Nothing is a problem, we felt at home in the hotel. Very good breakfast and swiming pool. All services are within walking distance, but with the benefit of absolute peace of mind. Last but not least, I must then mention the magnificent view of the caldera, which is truly breathtaking.

A little older bathroom in the room and umbrellas by the pool, but nothing important.

We had an amazing time at Regina Mare! The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were fresh, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view was absolutely magical – something we’ll always remember. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to the team who helped us with our luggage – your kindness and assistance were truly appreciated. We are very grateful for all the help we received during our stay. We highly recommend Regina Mare to anyone visiting Santorini. We would definitely love to come back!

Everything

Every morning during breakfast our nostrils was filled with cigarette smoke while eating. Personally in 2023 I think high end hotels should not allow smoking on the premises. It leaves a negative memory. Not because we are doctors but because smoking harms and majority of lung cancer statistically is caused by second hand smoke. But this will not prevent us from returning. Do t be worried about loosing business you can gain more business by making it a snoek free premises. Not just rooms but all outdoor spaces. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Lovely location with caldera view from our balcony and it was perfect to watch the sunset from here. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Showers was nice and hot. Fresh towels was provided each day. The staffs that carried our luggages and bought breakfast to us every morning was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and wasn't too busy with amazing views of the caldera. It was very peaceful.

The breakfast gets abit boring especially during a 7 nights stay here. We was expecting watermelon since other greek islands we have been to always served watermelon during this time of year. However the greek yogurt was nice which we had daily. Breakfast could be improved. Other than that, everything else was fine.

We loved everything about Regina Mare - the location and views are simply spectacular, in the quiet but welcoming village of Imerovigli with uninterrupted views over the caldera and Oia to the north. The sunsets over Thirassi are to die for! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, it always felt like nothing was too much trouble. And the food and drinks were brilliant - enjoying breakfast on our balcony was a real highlight of the trip (try the homemade cake!). My wife has a severe gluten intolerance and the staff were great at helping us find the right options for her. We will be back as soon as possible. Efcharisto!

Nothing - truly a perfect stay!

The staff were incredible - Belan, Ali, and Moset provided unbelievable service on a daily basis! Jenny and Roland were amazing hosts that were readily available and eager to help with touring tips and suggestions. Communication upon arrival was excellent - they helped to arrange shuttle services to and from the airport, plus arranged for an ATV rental. We can not say enough about the spectacular staff at Regina Mare! Location was top notch - breath-taking views, private and quiet - we loved this adults only property. Breakfasts were awesome - and the head chef was very accomodating with our morning fitness schedule! We loved the Greek yogurt with granola, granola, nuts and honey! Delicious! We loved the daily menu selection to avoid waste and receive generous portions of what we liked.

Honestly - there was nothing we didn't like! We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend Regina Mare!

Splendid view, very clean, great location. The services are excellent (yeah, the breakfeast in front of Caldera is a big +) and the staff is very professional and friendly. Big thanks to Jenny who is very helpful and customer's satisfaction oriented. I spent a very pleasant week. I higly recommend Regina Mare to everyone who wish a relaxing and unforgetable week.
