I loved every minute of this trip. The staff, special mention to Danae, Panos (Andronis Luxury Suites) and Sebastian (Andronis - PacMan) were beyond accommodating and I felt as though they gave us a world class experience. The transport that was arranged for us to go exploring, another special mention to Alex and George our drivers, who were informative and kind. Our room was spectacular, we stayed in the Andronis Suite at Andronis Luxury Suites and when I say, heaven on earth, I absolutely mean it. The view was astonishing, the room was clean and tidy (and the cleaner was lovely too). Breakfast was always delivered on time with a smile. Lastly, the restaurant, Lycabettus, if I could import that food home with me, I would have. This was honestly, the BEST holiday experience.

Everything was perfect.

The rooms are very spacious. The view is incredible. The warmed up private pool is absolutely awesome. The breakfast was very good as is the spa. In general, the service level is very high and the little gifts they give each day really put a smile on our face

I didn't like how I felt like a cash cow. It felt like the staff, which were very pleasant and accommodating were also elegantly trying to squeeze out whatever additions to my bill they could. For example, they asked for twice the fee of a taxi to book the taxi through the hotel - twice the fee. There were also additional charges on the bill that we never made. These were removed from our bill upon request. However, I also saw another bill where the same error occurred. Considering how everything else was amazing this really put a sour note on our vacation and was a real shame.

The location is sensational, with an amazing view of the sea and mountains (if you have a room facing that way). The hotel is also conveniently located just outside a small town, so it's tranquil but you can get to other restaurants and activities within a 5min walk. Our room was nice and spacious, with a private pool overlooking the bay. The hotel in itself looks nice and modern with attentive staff.

The overall issue is value. For a high day-rate, our room was not properly noise-insulated, which affected our rest, and the breakfast, especially the bread and pastries, could be better. Lunch, drinks and dinner, though of reasonable quality, were not great value, especially considering some of the fantastic options within a 10min walk from the hotel. Same with service; we encountered an issue with a booked excursion, and the resolution could have been handled better. Overall, the experience was very good but could be enhanced to better align with the rates charged.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The views were absolutely breathtaking, offering a picturesque backdrop that elevated every moment. The culinary experience was phenomenal. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the impeccable staff. Their warmth and friendliness made me feel genuinely welcomed, and their attentiveness was unparalleled. A standout figure was the hotel manager, Giannis, whose presence was a constant source of reassurance. Giannis was always around the property, ready to assist with anything and everything, ensuring that every guest’s needs were met with utmost care and efficiency. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience to savor. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable and truly remarkable stay.

This hotel was by far the best we have ever visited and we travel a lot. From the service to the breakfast variety, the restaurant, the food quality. It was all amazing. The view from our room was also incredible. We also really liked how it wasn’t crowded and therefore felt more personal compared to other hotels. We will definitely be staying again!

Small gym but still enjoyed our workouts.

The gym is a little bit dated and seemed a bit odd that you are charged if you have more than one drink at breakfast (when breakfast is included with your booking)

It's one of the best located hotels in Imerovigli with an eazy access by foot (no steps at all) while Fira to Oia walk trail passing virtually through the hotel area. The stuff was super hospitable, kind and professional. The room was very clean and set a couple of times every day. One of the best vacations we've ever had!

The view, breakfast and service! It was my husbands 30th and the team filled the room with birthday balloons!

They have redone the pools in the rooms and the edges are now rough to touch whereas before they were smooth. The waterfall pool wasn’t clean, a lot of dead bugs so we didn’t use that which was a shame.

Private pool was great and very warm - appreciated as the start of May was a bit chilly! Wide choice of food at breakfast, however we hadn't anticipated having to pay extra to eat in the room. Bottled water was left daily in rooms along with a small chocolate.

Dinner restaurant pricey so did not use

It was great, quiet location between Fira and Oia. The caldera views from the room was beautiful. The private pool was great and it was also heated. The room was two floors and very clean and spacious. The hotel offered a car service that was able to take us to restaurants which was helpful given cabs on the island are hard to come by. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the restaurant was at the hotel. The spa at the hotel was also incredibly relaxing. Overall we loved our stay and would would definitely return again.
