Beautiful property with terrific facilities. The room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed, a large shower and contemporary lighting and fixtures. The pool and views were as spectacular as the photos. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the patio after returning early from a visit to crowded Oia. The path to Oia and Imerovigli is adjacent to and is accessible by steps on the left corner the property. Because the path slopes downhill as it passes the property the patio and pool area aren’t visible to people walking by. The breakfast was excellent and served in a room overlooking the caldera. Loukas was a gracious and helpful host, taking care of our requests promptly and cheerfully. There was ample parking.

Whole stay in this hotel was perfect. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms very nicely clean and big. And the best part was the view for sunset (from the room or from infinity pool). Actually I cannot imagine better place for sunset. Absolutely stunning!! Breakfast was good - you have to choose in advance, which was fine. There was something to choose from for every day.

There is nothing major. Only a small disappointment was temperature of the pool. In the morning hours it has only 22°C even in August (in the afternoon max 25°C). But maybe only due to windy weather.

I have searched through many booking websites, read numerous reviews in detail before choosing Caldera’s Memories as our 5-day holiday home in Santorini. I am super happy with my choice! Location wise it’s what we have been hoping for - away from the crowds in Fira and Oia, with sunset at our doorstep. Our Honeymoon Suite was spacious with a loft where our bed was. From our balcony we could see the spectacular sunset and from the side window of our loft we could see the amazing sunrise! Imagine a room which offers both sunrise and sunset!! The staff were superbly hospitable and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and generous. We were given a sheet of items to choose from the day before and the food was always served hot to our table. I strongly recommend travelers to try the catamaran sunset cruise trip and to rent a car, both can be done with the help of the most efficient staff of Caldera’s Memories. While walking to Fira and going back by bus was totally doable, it was much easier to travel to other places of Santorini in a car. There’s no private hot tub or pool in your own room in Caldera’s Memories, but they do have a beautiful pool and a hot tub in the windmill which you can book for 50euro per hour. There are a lot of hotels with so-called private hot tubs in your room in Santorini. If you see them in person you’ll realize many are right beside public pathways where you find people virtually standing in front of your tub watching you. The more I see the more I appreciate the beauty of Caldera’s Memories.

WOW – EVERYTHING about Caldera Memories is pure perfection! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were somewhere truly special. This place doesn’t just offer a stay – it creates magical, unforgettable memories in the heart of Santorini. We stayed in the ground floor suite, and it was a dream come true! It had everything we could possibly want – and so much more. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the most divine scent – it smells amazing! The suite is spotless, incredibly spacious, and so cozy, with huge windows that flood the room with light and showcase those jaw-dropping Caldera views. You can’t stop staring – it’s that stunning. And the infinity pool and lounge area? Absolutely breathtaking. It’s the kind of place you never want to leave. Add in your own private sitting area right outside your suite – it’s like your own slice of paradise. The location is peaceful and perfectly tucked away from the crowds of Oia and Fira. It’s about a scenic 40-minute walk to Fira and an unforgettable two-hour trek to Oia along the Caldera path. Imerovigli is just nearby with some fantastic dining options (don’t miss Avocado – it’s delicious with exceptional service!), plus there are a couple of convenient markets. The bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to get around, especially if you're doing tours. If you’re not into buses, consider renting a car – taxis can be pricey, but totally worth it for the freedom. Now, let’s talk about the incredible staff. They made our stay feel like home. Calliope is an absolute gem – she sat down with us one evening and chatted like we were old friends. Lukas was amazing when we arrived, organizing our pick-ups and giving us great tips to make everything smooth and easy. Firo brought our delicious breakfasts every morning with the warmest smile, and the housekeeping team kept our room absolutely immaculate every single day. Caldera Memories and the entire team truly deserve more stars than I can give.

It is such a magnificent property with the BEST views we’d had vs other Caldera view properties. Nevertheless, the fact that they don’t have a pool bar or food on site (except a catered breakfast) was a disadvantage for us (maybe not for others!), albeit you could order it to be delivered (we moved around by car). The bed was also not the comfiest we’ve had. But we were happy here, and it is still worth the experience - the views are insanely mesmerizing!

We loved the views, just amazing! The wide open uninterrupted view makes this place just picture perfect 24/7. The staff were so kind and helpful, especially Kaliopi (Poppi) going the extra mile with the recommendations and support for local information and help. She made us relax….no worries💕💕 The team also supported us to track lost luggage when transiting home via Athens. We cannot thank them enough for the relaxing stay and support - thank you💕💕 The breakfast was awesome too! So fresh and made to order. Highly recommend this property.

Everything was perfect.

Our stay at Caldera's Memories was a favourite of our trip. The hotel, the staff, the amenities and the view were all amazing. The hotel is well placed and the location to great restaurants is fantastic. We could not fault one thing. We will stay here again when we return to Santorini. Probably the best spot on the island to have the perfect sunset view, but... Caldera's Memories is much more. Cleanliness, kindness, availability to give fast solutions to all the requests. What about Kalliopi? Cuteness, education and dedication overload! Wellness on vacation is not just the perfect spot for a memorable photo...it's taking care of guests 360 degrees. They really got it!

Wow wow wow! This is such a gorgeous hotel. The infinity pool is exceptional, the rooms are very modern and spotless. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, nothing was ever a problem! There isn’t a restaurant/ bar but they allow you bring drink / food back from local shop which was really great. Location is 10/10 for the relaxing vibe with a stunning view, about 10-15 minute walk to local town. 30 minute walk from Fira. The breakfast was excellent and lots to choose from. Thank you so much to everyone working there for such a lovely stay!

Pool was a little cold, but didn’t bother us as it was soo hot out!

Staff are superb, nothing was too much trouble for Kalopi or Loukas. The rooms are always kept very clean and the breakfasts were wonderful, always delivered with some banter from Fury.

Very few criticisms, the location is slightly remote but we knew this before we booked and already planned to hire transport for our stay. Restaurants are close by in Imerovigli but it's an uphill walk on the Fira/Oia path and fine if you are relatively fit but would be a struggle for some. Lack of a bar will be an issue for some but again we knew before we booked.
