The Dome was spotlessly clean and tidy. The cleaner came every day and left the room as it was when we arrived! All the staff were friendly and always there to help even the hotel taxi driver was available when needed. Food and drinks were fabulous. Having your breakfast on the balcony and having your own jacuzzi outside was a real treat especially with the views of the sea and sunrise! Can’t fault anything!

The hotel is a 15 minute walk away from the centre of Imerovigli. That’s not a complete negative as it’s nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. Just be prepared for a bit of a hill to walk up.

The location of the hotel is perfect just what you need for a relaxing holiday. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was super amazing. The housekeeping team do a brilliant job. A big thank you to Mike and his team for making our stay a pleasant one. The indoor jacuzzi was wow... Already thinking of coming back.

The amenities list needs to be updated as they didn't have the washing facilities mentioned in it. The WiFi connection is quite poor in the rooms. If you plan on going to Oia and Fira you will need transport as they aren't easy to get to as public transport is not reliable and taxis are very expensive. It's best to have a rental car. There is no microwave in the kitchenette. The swimming pool isn't heated.

Beautiful property. You walked in and you could smell how clean it was. The beds are super comfortable. It’s a beautiful property and it’s away from the noisy main parts of the island. And you can be in your private pool without anyone else looking at you! The best part - breakfast being served in the morning. This is a unique experience and I hope they never change that. You select your breakfast items the night before and it gets delivered the morning after so you can enjoy breakfast in your pjs, with a beautiful view nice and quiet. Highly recommend. Location is also super close to Oia and Fira. We rented a buggy, 15min to Oia and 7min to Fira. Perfect.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The resort itself had a relaxing atmosphere and was conveniently located for exploring Santorini's many attractions. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Michael, the check-in staff, and Johnny, the waiter. A big thank you to everyone at Dome Resort for making our stay so enjoyable!

While everything else was excellent, the room's water outlets, including the showerhead and sink faucet, showed signs of rust. Replacing these would elevate the overall impression.

We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite room with private pool. Great size room and was excellent to have your own pool. This hotel is not located on the Caldera side of island, so you do not get a sunset view but you do get a sunrise view! It cost between Eu35-Eu40 one way to get into Oia! It is too far to walk!

I would suggest a small table and a couple of chairs be put in the room so you have somewhere to sit to eat breakfast inside out of the hot sun!

Fantastic service, loved that it was such a remote quiet location just 15min walk to shops, fabulous views from both our room and pool, private pool cleaned daily, call for room service and whatever ordered arrived within minutes

The space is beautiful and even more beautiful than the photos and the people were super friendly and super welcome. The staff was wonderful from the people at the reception to the cleaning lady.

The only thing to complain about was really the food, for the place in question the quality was terrible. I recommend that you pay more attention to this point because this hotel is really wonderful and should have food quality up to the height.

Quiet, wonderful view to the sea (not to Caldera). Staff is super and always available even for small request (e.g. phone battery recharger).

The resort is not closer to Imerovigli, therefore the food/restaurant location are limited if you do not have the car. Restaurant Oregano open only at 1 pm and has good but limited menu. Improving the opening time and menu will be the cherry on top do cake.

Excellent location with convenient road access and parking. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Andreas was quite helpful throughout the stay and an absolute gentleman. Breakfast in room and poolside was an excellent experience. Private pool was exceptional and cleaned 3-4 times a day and also on demand. Unfortunately, never managed to capture the sunrise views but so much to do at the island and in resort that we never had the opportunity but possibly worth the experience.

Everything was exceptional

The views were amazing. Such pretty scenery. The staff went above and beyond. It was calm and serene. We had a lovely time. My daughter has Autism and they made us plain orzo, with cheese at no cost, which we both really appreciated as she ate very little that holiday. They had a cake and balloons on arrival for her birthday celebrations. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Unfortunately, there wasn't a decent / full-length mirror. Only a small one in the bathroom with low lighting. It was difficult for me personally, not being able to look at my appearance once ready to head out. I applied my makeup in the dark bathroom and headed outside, thinking i looked pretty good until my daughter looked at me stunned 😲 a larger mirror in a well lit area would be wonderful.
