Our Stay at Nobu was exceptional - the amazing team made it a perfect stay for us, they would go above and beyond to ensure we were more than happy throughout the day. We could communicate by WhatsApp for any extras which is always a plus. nothing was too much! The views are incredible, nothing we have ever seen before and the food as expected from breakfast right through to dinner was amazing. This is the perfect holiday if you are looking for an exclusive 5 star break. An extra special mention to Thanos, Fadion & the team who served us at the pool (can't remember everyones names) and of course the Resident DJ you all made our trip very memorable.

Some feedback - - Cost of water was super expensive as well as any alcoholic drinks. - Sun loungers (as team mentioned to us to mention) - need to be fixed or changed, they are super comfy by unfortunately the backs of them are all broken. - Wardrobe space in room - very little - Drive up to hotel could do with the wall being extended all the way up to the top of the hill so doesn't feel like you're off road on arrival. - Bar area with comfy seats looking out at the amazing view - possibly the old breakfast area could be changed into this so there are a few more areas to sit other than just the pool or restaurant.

Nobu Santorini is a sanctuary on an overcrowded island. It exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Staff is great and attentive, very kind and helpful. Early check in we received was very appreciated. Pool area is super sleek and beautiful. Property is very well maintained. The hotel is in perfect location for both sunrise and sunset views and believe me they are out of this world. I definitely recommend Nobu as ultra chic and cool spot.

The only negative comment throughout our stay would be that we did not like the sunset by the pool policy for 'non-guests'. People from outside can book the best seats to watch sunset and then if demand for cool view is too high the outsiders are prioritized. I think it's badly viewed by hotel guests who should always be number one priority for the hotel.

The hotel sits atop volcanic cliffs near Imerovigli, offering uniquely wonderful views of the caldera away from the crowds. It’s ideally located to explore the island as it’s between Oia in the north and Imerovgli and Fira to the south. Sunset here is pretty magical and the food is hard to beat. The staff is incredibly attentive, personable and knowledgeable. Service was outstanding at all times.

Aside from a couple of small design improvements, which could make the room more functional, everything was perfect.

During our 3 night stay at Nobu Santorini we especially enjoyed all the staff. they are very friendly and welcoming. the room was great too, it was hard getting out of bed in the morning because it was very comfortable. We noticed all the tourist taking pictures of the view near the hotel, so i think it might be the best view you get in Santorini.

The Nobu restaurant is not at the same level as other Nobu’s yet, the menu is not as big and the dishes are not as refined yet. We expect this will change next year as this year was a soft opening. Also, when it gets windy there is no place in restaurant where you are not exposed to the wind and it gets uncomfortably cold. On the other hand the breakfast was amazing. Probably the best we’ve had at a hotel!

Amazing location , great views and not overcrowded.

Plunge pool would get dirty very quickly after morning clean. But this was a minor. Prefered to chill out by the pool l.

Breakfast was amazing, as was the restaurant food. Bedding was very comfortable and shower had good water pressure.

No parasols in the whole resort. I understand it was windy however there needs to be a solution. On the last day as we had checked out I think I got a bit of heatstroke as I was in the sun all day. The staff assured us that they would come up with a solution for next year when they open fully as this was the soft launch, however I wasn’t aware I had booked for a soft launch, paying over 1k per night for the room.

The service, the breakfast, the standard of room and cleanliness of their entire place. Pool area was brilliant.

The drinks and pool menu was expensive and limited in choice.

Location is spectacular and the breakfast is simply wonderful. Everything about this place was exceptional.

Beautiful hotel, the view is stunning. The staff are all lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The most perfect stay.
