My partner and I recently stayed in Santorini for three nights. We would like to express our appreciation, especially for the friendliness and cordiality of the receptionist, an older gentleman in his fifties, whose name, unfortunately, I cannot recall. Without us even asking, he took the initiative to prepare a takeaway breakfast for us on the day we had an early morning check-out. These kinds of thoughtful gestures really make a difference. We also want to mention the young bartender at the pool bar, though I can't recall his name either. He is a young man, likely around 22 years old, recognizable by the tattoo on his chest. He deserves a big thank you for his friendly service at the pool bar. The hotel itself was clean, welcoming, and had a beautiful common pool. We would like to thank the entire staff for their hospitality and hope to welcome them to our hotel in Rome one day.

Great resort with good facilities. As it was away from the main cities it was nice an quiet. The pool was great for cooling off on the hot days (summer) and the pool bar was very handy for a refreshing drink (fully stocked bar). The cocktails were very good. Staff were excellent and looked after us well. Rooms were very comfortable and lots of space with a good view of the pool and ocean nearby.

The only downside was you had to travel by bus to get to restaurants in Thira and oia. They did provide free transport a few times a day for this purpose. The restaurant inhouse was nice but a bit limited on choices.

Nice place. Staff very kind and helpful. One night i called the reception and ask if would be possible to turn on our outside jacuzzi as we would arrive back at the hotel in 1-2 hours knowing that jacuzzi was a bit slow to get full with water. When we get back everything was prepared. Awesome breakfast. They give you a list to choose what you want to have. So everything you get it’s fresh and tasty !! Thank you guys !

Nothing to dislike

The property is very pretty, pools very nice to relax at, the room was a good size with nice patio where you could eat from all day menu of good food well priced with excellent staff at your service. The shuttle service is good when it works with your timing to go to the town. NThank you to all the staff they were super nice and helpful at all times💙

The bed was super hard more than usual European hotels! Our room a/c was hard to manage to get to work during the day but for some reason at night it was ok… our room 102 had a smell either drain or a/c unit when it came on but I did not bother to complain about it… breakfast was very basic … if they made real coffee for you from good espresso machine not from basic machine and had a few more items like choice of yogurt/granola/baklava would have made it great for us! Location only to take taxi which is on average 30 euros one way rather painful but it’s not close to anything walking or either town.

We had an incredible stay at the Aurora Hotel in Santorini! The location is absolutely breathtaking. The room was modern, clean, and beautifully decorated with traditional Cycladic touches. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From arranging transportation to recommending local restaurants and activities, they were always helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, served

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and the pool area was beautiful. The breakfast offered a good range of delicious options. Shuttle into town and airport transfer.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Would also be good to have USB charging ports.

Great, new suites and facilities. The pool is amazing and the staff is extremely friendly. Due to the slightly poor location, they have free shuttle service to / from the airport / port and to Oia / Fira. That made it really convenient. They picked us up at 1am from the airport and still everything was smooth. They also gave us a really late check out which was really nice of them. The hot tub was just a cherry on top!

Breakfast, pool, and staff were exceptional! The owner is on property and she went the extra distance to ensure our bags were delivered next day (lost in Munich). They even have a complementary shuttle for airport, shops, or seaport transfer! Bartender George (from Athens) is fantastic!!! I would highly recommend this property! Very, very quiet, and infinity edge pools very clean and perfect temp! Really enjoyed watching the ocean sunrise right from the pool this morning....spectacular!

The workout room is in disrepair and not clean....needs work!

The place is just incredibly beautiful, the staff is super helpful and kind. There are transfers to the cities every day back and forth so we did not even rent a car. The pools, sunbeds are great and it is a quiet location. The beach is 100m but it is not suitable to go in the water because of the big stones. Whatever, the pools were great and you can go to other beaches easily. They have the most beautiful and harmonic breakfast room ever with a perfect breakfast. We were gifted to stay there.

Thank you for everything! The hotel manager was incredibly attentive, as were the reception, restaurant, and bar staff. The hospitality we received was truly exceptional — one of the best experiences we’ve had. On behalf of our entire group, we extend our deepest gratitude. We will never forget you. We love each and every one of you. Definitely visit this hotel — 10/10!
