The staff first and foremost were incredible and genuinely helpful. Lost my phone in a restaurant, managed to track it online so could see where it was on the island. After explaining the situation to reception, the hotel manager / owner immediately made a call to his contact at police asking them to help me find it. After two hours, it was found and when I returned to the hotel, they were just as ecstatic as I was! Rooms are spacious, bright and clean. The only thing I would say the lower floor isn't super private, but generally a quieter hotel anyway! Spa was fantastic, although a little more expensive than what I'm used to paying for in 5-star hotels, great service ans treatments. The full-sized skin / body care gifts was a generous thank you. Quieter location, short walk uphill to get to the village. If you're looking for comfort, luxury, but with a personalised and boutique-hotel-like feel, then this is the place for you..

We loved it here! We arrived early in the morning and they were more than accomodating and let us relax by the pool and kept our bags and even offered us breakfast. We had drinks on arrival and everthing was perfect! Our room was lovely and the jacuzzi was perfect temp! Highly recommend to anyone. I personally think this is the best hotel in Santorini and away from Oia makes it quieter and honestly the views were better in the town especially at sunset which is only a very short walk. Supermarket close by too!! Thanks for the best stay!!!! ❤️

The staff, owner, and room were excellent. The food was delicious! The owner even cooked for us our first night. Angela the Concierge was so sweet and knowledge! View was amazing. You can see the entire sea from your room. The pool in the room was fabulous it was warm and made it hard to even want to leave. Accessible to FIA by a 10 minute walk and 15 minutes to Oia by taxi.

Absolutely Perfect Birthday Stay – A Dream Week in Santorini! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Cresanto Luxury Suites was truly exceptional from start to finish. We were celebrating both our birthdays during the same week, and the team made sure it was the most memorable celebration we could imagine. Each of us received a personalised birthday cake, beautifully prepared by the hotel’s chef — such a thoughtful and personal touch that meant the world to us. The service was outstanding throughout. Angella and Donia were simply incredible — attentive, warm, and always one step ahead of our needs. We felt genuinely cared for every moment of our stay. Even the owner was present, making sure every guest felt welcomed and happy, which really speaks to the level of passion and care behind this place. The suites are stunning, the atmosphere is calm and luxurious, and everything about our experience felt tailored, personal, and unforgettable. We can’t recommend Cresanto enough and are already dreaming of coming back.

Really nice hotel , so clean so peaceful, lovely facilities , really long pool , every suite have private jacuzzi . Staff was very friendly , Armando and the bar man was really great , so helpful , and we couldn’t ask any better service , the receptions guys was so helpful as well , the front of house Angela the concierge was very helpful , she booked the car for us and booked the dinner for us , they just amazing people , also the management Gorge was on it all the time as well , he could do everything for you , also the cleaners they was spot on and constantly trying to be helpful and they even waited for us few times and trying to help with everything, these guys made our stay very comfortable. Hotel , staff , facilities and location all great. Would definetely stay again and highly recommend , the hotel is a short walk from some fantastic views in Imerovigli , maybe even better than Oia !

Breakfast could have had better cooked options. Scrambled eggs for example were very greasy. Poached eggs , options would have been good. And more fruit like Blueberries as I like my granola with lots of fruit ( not the wet fruit salad mixture in a bowl ) Pool could be heated as this time of year it makes for a very cold swim !

Excellent location midway between Fira and Oia .. so it was very quiet but within easy access to the tourist spots.. the room size was huge, it faced east so we saw some spectacular sunrises.. thanks to Angela and Flora at Reception for guiding us with a smile every single time to the best restaurants/ things to do.. booking our taxis and being so personable. Ivana at breakfast was always smiling and didn't mind my specific breakfast requests. Dimitri the waiter thankyou for the biggest of smiles and welcomes.. whether you served us breakfast at 9 am, drinks at the pool at mid day or we saw you at 11 pm for our late night drinks.. you work long hours every day but the smile and service was always bang on:) Angela Flora Ivana Dimitri you weren't just staff doing your job you were genuinely interested in making our trip comfortable:) Thankyou. The housekeeping was excellent room was always spotless and no one ever tired of bringing us English tea to our room no matter what time we asked for it:) your staff make your property even more special Cresanto and we cant wait to be back:)

Beautiful location, very spatious and comfortable rooms. We had the jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi is good if you like it at 32°. Breakfast buffet varies everyday and is really nice.

- The wines we tasted (by the glass) were nothing short of disgusting. This is a shame since we know from our experience in Santorini that the island has a lot of amazing wines. - The hotel restaurant cooking is bad. The tuna in the tuna tartar was still frozen (like crunchy-frozen). When we said so to the waiter he told us « ah yes, that’s because it’s very fresh ». Basically, use the hotel for the rooms and the pool, just don’t drink or eat there (except for breakfast).

Just finished what I can only describe as a magical 5 night stay in cresanto luxury suites. From the moment we checked in till we checked out we were treated like royalty. Every staff member we encounter during our stay were so friendly, polite and always willing to help or offer some advice. First off I would like to say this property is absolutely amazing. The whole place,the rooms, the walkways, the pool area and surrounding gardens are spotlessly clean everyday. The rooms themselves are definitely worthy of 5 stars. But then you add the staff to it and it takes the whole place to another level. To Aspa and her colleagues who work and manage the front of house,they are so polite and happy to help with big smiles on their faces and everything is done really quickly for you. To my good friend Costa who works the bar and makes the most amazing cocktails thank you sir,I enjoyed the little chats we shared while you prepared drinks for myself and the wife. To the cleaning staff who take care of the rooms, again so friendly and polite and very considerate of the guests. They go about their work also with smiles on their faces and they do a brilliant job To the young man who brought us to our room on the 1st day. His name escapes me but he had glasses and like a little beard. So polite and informative of the property and surrounding area. To the man who I'm sure is the boss in the nice shirt and trousers!! but told me he was the garden boy😂😂 so friendly says hello to everyone he passes by and makes sure everything is good the you. It's a lovely personal touch that the boss is in and around the property and is so friendly to all the guests. The staff who look after the breakfast area each morning, thank you all so much. Breakfast is absolutely beautiful and plenty of it. We didn't eat in the restaurant but we had pool snacks, club sandwich and omelette and both were fantastic.

My stay at Cresanto was so so warm, welcoming and efficient. Efficient and easy location; we weren’t too far away from anything which made life much more easier. Having heated pools and sun bed by the suites were so useful if you just wanted a chill day. Concierge at Cresanto is high quality. Angela was very very helpful with managing the birthday surprise for my partner. Each day I saw Angela in Santorini I experienced a sense of comfort. 🫶🏾 Every single member of staff welcomed myself and my partner everyday they saw us. Costa (cocktail guru) always kept us laughing and went above and beyond for anything asked of him. The breakfast in the mornings were something I often looked forward to. I enjoyed the range of different bits of food. I appreciated how each day there were some food items slightly different. I also appreciated the catering towards Vegans. The suite which I booked (Presidential suite) was very spacious. I appreciated having two toilets and a very large bed which was extremely comfortable. The suites allowed for us to play music due to the soundproofing of the suite and not have any limitations on space. The housekeeping crew were A1 and very helpful in tidying up areas that sometimes we didn’t have enough time to tidy. Everyday there were new towels and bath robes. We couldn’t figure out if we could stream shows from our devices to the TV unfortunately but the team are always readily available via telephone for any questions or queries. Lastly, we enjoyed using the gym. It’s equipped with basic and some advanced equipment but was a little messy. We were fortunate enough to have the gym to ourselves which was nice. At the time we got there (8am-ish) and throughout our workout, there seemed to be no staff member actually allocated to watch over the gym which could be the reason to it being a little untidy. A cleaner did come through but there was no active staff in the gym.
