The overall experience was excellent, from the owner always being helpful as well as the excellent customer service from all the staff. I was there the last week in August 2023, apologize for the late review some personal issues. The pool and jucuzzi areas were great, a relief from the crazy town that is Mykonos. My rental car broke down on the way back from the old Port around midnight, I was stuck just around a dangerous curve on the highway a blind spot for oncoming crazy drivers. To make matters worse my iPhone died earlier that day but there was an Aegean Gas station within view about 1 KM away which I walked to. I was able to get the attendant to call the Hotel front desk after numerous fruitless attempts to contact Avis. No sooner than I get off the phone to walk outside there was a Mercedes pulling up into the gas station who rolled down his window and told me to get in, the owner sent one of his staff members to pick me up I'm guessing in his personal vehicle. After getting back to the reception desk the staff spent the next 30 minutes after midnight trying to get a hold of Avis. Finally we found someone, and we relayed the urgent need to send a tow truck to get the car so it wouldn't be smacked into around that dangerous curve. The Tow Truck arrived withing 20 mins and I was able to get the car towed. My last day while waiting for the shuttle back to the airport my adjustment handle on my Swiss gear luggage came loose and needed a missing screw. Sure, enough Panos got one of his staff to fix my handle too!

Nothing really, but the walk to the port was a bit far and challenging for me because my torn meniscus in my knee was acting up. Parking and driving to the old Port was horrendous to be honest. Went to Paradise Beach, great experience but beware of the DWI checkpoints, waited in traffic for over an hour.

The staff was exceptional. We were greeted by the owner, Panos, who promptly upgraded our room despite a mistake in the number of guests when I made the initial reservation through Booking.com. Since the time of our arrival, we were pampered by the staff, including, but not limited to, the transportation concierge Kostas and the sunset wing staff member, Tassos. We have travelled extensively throughout the world to destinations such as Paris, Budapest, Vienna, Rome, Sardinia, Barcelona, Amalfi Coast, Lake Como, etc, and this is overall the best and most professional hotel staff we have ever encountered. Panos, the owner, runs an exceptional Hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for all travelers planning to visit Mykonos. In addition, the hotel grounds are impeccable, and the rooms are excellent. Moreover, the location of the hotel is perfect. Only a short walk or ride to Little Venice.

I can't say enough good things about my stay at Aeolos. I stayed here for 11 days. I came as a stranger and left as family, seriously. The hospitality of this hotel was outstanding. Starting with the owner, Panos, he was so kind and accommodating. He always a smile on his face and with cheerful things to say. As they say, it starts with the top. Everyone, from food servers, bartenders, house keeping, transport drivers(they would try and accommodate your requests to be dropped off in the old town of Chiara or the ferry lines) were just so gracious. I was greeted at the airport for pickup to the hotel which was really wonderful. I really had fun with the staff and as a solo traveler, they really made me feel at home. The room was really good sized and the AC worked really well. It was an extremely quiet space for me to sleep. I stayed in the Sunset wing, which afforded me a beautiful pool, bar, jacuzzi, deck off my room, and unbelievable sunsets. From 8-9PM, a live sax player and his son, played wonderful music into the sunset. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious. Some standout members on the team included but not limited to, Tasos, Kostas, Anzela, and Stelios. Thank you Panos for treating me like family and the awesome stay at your hotel. FYI, the noise from jets from the airport was not an issue at all. There would be an occasional flight above, but the noise was very short lived. It did not take away from my wonderful time staying here.

Honestly, I don't think anything.

The warm and generous welcome by the owner made a great first impression and somehow his style and kindness have been transmitted to all the staff I had the pleasure of interacting with. The place is kept clean and is efficiently run. The food is great, the rooms are nicely appointed, the pool areas are all pleasant. Mostly you are so well received and treated that you can't help but have a lovely time.

This is a 4-star property and a good value for it. The one thing that is a bit of an issue is that it is on a steep hill. It is easy to take downhill but it isn't very pleasant to climb and at night it can feel a bit isolated. Definitely take advantage of the lovely service offered by the hotel to drop you off in town and sometimes even arrange to have you picked up. Taxis are horribly expensive so that hill is something to take into consideration. I don't mind walking (it takes about 15 min downhill and 25 uphill, haha) but for someone with knee/walking issues, it can be a problem.

Amazing experience where we got to know the owner of the resort and he was very generous where he offered us to pick one of the rooms from the hotel and the location of the hotel is very strategic and convenient where you can stay in a calm area and yet have all the facilities next to you. The breakfast was astonishing where all the flavors are authentic with premium food quality. Also they offered us free shuttle from/to airport and we used the shuttle to go down to the town directly from hotel. Also we rented a car from the reception directly because they do know the car rental companies and it was a magical experience in all purposes and I would highly recommend that hotel.

This hotel - WOW! The food was absolutely delicious and tasted better than some of the main city restaurants. There is a free shuttle service to town, hotel, the port… anywhere you want! In the top pool when the sun goes down they have a saxophone player… so romantic. it’s truly amazing and the little bakery a few doors down is so tasty as well. It is a gem of a find and they can’t do enough for you and some nights we just stayed there! hot tubs open till 9pm on the pool area!

the walk back from the town can be quite steep so either pay 15€ (June 2023) for a taxi back or pace yourself!

The service provided by all the staff there was exceptional, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and maximise our stay in Mykonos - from the free shuttle to and from the airport, service at breakfast and by the pool side, and we were lucky enough to be given a room upgrade to the Sunset Wing. The hotel room was spacious, clean and modern, with everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The sunset pool area has a fantastic view out to see, and we enjoyed watching the sunset with a saxophonist playing in the evening. The breakfast was delicious, with so much choice. An amazing resort in a perfect location for Mykonos Town.

I loved everything!

Stunning Hotel,rooms magnificent,Panos the manager is an exceptional host along with all of his genuinely friendly and attentive staff.. This hotel is bar far the best I have stayed in the whole of Greece and the complete experience perfect for a luxurious and restful time away..thanks to all at the hotel! The breakfast tasty and fresh with a great and varied range and the hotel dining experience (KOZEN) was that of a high end restaurant at competitive prices with a menu for all. Should already be a 5 STAR hotel..

Nothing…absolutely nothing!

Well kept spacious rooms. The owners and staff were fantastic and a-tentative. Breakfast catered for a wide variety of options but lacked a little variety on a longer stay.

The properties located on the top of the hill which means at times of the year when’s it’s not so hot I.e. less than 30 deg C it feels cold. Something to bear in mind. When windy it’s probably a good idea to close the shutters. The owner would be well advised to ensure the shutters and anything that moves outside is well maintained to ensure it doesn’t rattle or bang in the wind

The location is absolutely the best – just a short walk from everything you need! The view from the property is stunning, especially around the pool area. There are markets nearby, delicious local food, and the staff is simply amazing – warm, friendly, and always helpful. The service is top-notch, the rooms are super clean, and the whole atmosphere makes you feel like you’re in paradise.

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded expectations – from the location to the staff and service. It was a perfect stay!
