The overall experience was excellent, from the owner always being helpful as well as the excellent customer service from all the staff. I was there the last week in August 2023, apologize for the late review some personal issues. The pool and jucuzzi areas were great, a relief from the crazy town that is Mykonos. My rental car broke down on the way back from the old Port around midnight, I was stuck just around a dangerous curve on the highway a blind spot for oncoming crazy drivers. To make matters worse my iPhone died earlier that day but there was an Aegean Gas station within view about 1 KM away which I walked to. I was able to get the attendant to call the Hotel front desk after numerous fruitless attempts to contact Avis. No sooner than I get off the phone to walk outside there was a Mercedes pulling up into the gas station who rolled down his window and told me to get in, the owner sent one of his staff members to pick me up I'm guessing in his personal vehicle. After getting back to the reception desk the staff spent the next 30 minutes after midnight trying to get a hold of Avis. Finally we found someone, and we relayed the urgent need to send a tow truck to get the car so it wouldn't be smacked into around that dangerous curve. The Tow Truck arrived withing 20 mins and I was able to get the car towed. My last day while waiting for the shuttle back to the airport my adjustment handle on my Swiss gear luggage came loose and needed a missing screw. Sure, enough Panos got one of his staff to fix my handle too!

Nothing really, but the walk to the port was a bit far and challenging for me because my torn meniscus in my knee was acting up. Parking and driving to the old Port was horrendous to be honest. Went to Paradise Beach, great experience but beware of the DWI checkpoints, waited in traffic for over an hour.

The warm and generous welcome by the owner made a great first impression and somehow his style and kindness have been transmitted to all the staff I had the pleasure of interacting with. The place is kept clean and is efficiently run. The food is great, the rooms are nicely appointed, the pool areas are all pleasant. Mostly you are so well received and treated that you can't help but have a lovely time.

This is a 4-star property and a good value for it. The one thing that is a bit of an issue is that it is on a steep hill. It is easy to take downhill but it isn't very pleasant to climb and at night it can feel a bit isolated. Definitely take advantage of the lovely service offered by the hotel to drop you off in town and sometimes even arrange to have you picked up. Taxis are horribly expensive so that hill is something to take into consideration. I don't mind walking (it takes about 15 min downhill and 25 uphill, haha) but for someone with knee/walking issues, it can be a problem.

This hotel - WOW! The food was absolutely delicious and tasted better than some of the main city restaurants. There is a free shuttle service to town, hotel, the port… anywhere you want! In the top pool when the sun goes down they have a saxophone player… so romantic. it’s truly amazing and the little bakery a few doors down is so tasty as well. It is a gem of a find and they can’t do enough for you and some nights we just stayed there! hot tubs open till 9pm on the pool area!

the walk back from the town can be quite steep so either pay 15€ (June 2023) for a taxi back or pace yourself!

The service provided by all the staff there was exceptional, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and maximise our stay in Mykonos - from the free shuttle to and from the airport, service at breakfast and by the pool side, and we were lucky enough to be given a room upgrade to the Sunset Wing. The hotel room was spacious, clean and modern, with everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The sunset pool area has a fantastic view out to see, and we enjoyed watching the sunset with a saxophonist playing in the evening. The breakfast was delicious, with so much choice. An amazing resort in a perfect location for Mykonos Town.

I loved everything!

Room clean, comfortable with a great pool and view of the sunset. Breakfast was very good. But the best thing about the hotel was the staff!!! The service was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and would help with anything you needed. Best and most friendly service we had on our trip to Greece!!!!

It is only about a 10-15 minute walk to town. The hotel staff would drive you there just about any time you wanted to go there. However the return trip was up a steep hill and difficult for anyone not athletic. We did walk it once but took the taxi from the station in town back to the hotel most times(10 euros). Very convenient. The town is very busy all day and night so we found that staying just outside was perfect.

Stunning Hotel,rooms magnificent,Panos the manager is an exceptional host along with all of his genuinely friendly and attentive staff.. This hotel is bar far the best I have stayed in the whole of Greece and the complete experience perfect for a luxurious and restful time away..thanks to all at the hotel! The breakfast tasty and fresh with a great and varied range and the hotel dining experience (KOZEN) was that of a high end restaurant at competitive prices with a menu for all. Should already be a 5 STAR hotel..

Nothing…absolutely nothing!

We had the 3rd stay at Aeolos hotel this summer Excellent, professional and friendly hosts, management and staff A beautiful hotel, updated, immaculate and with great facilities Great location in proximity of the town Breakfast very delicious and with a good variety of cold and hot options Excellent guidance, support and help with anything: helping hiring a car, finding nice locations on the island etc. It was my 50th birthday and Mr and Mrs Daktylidis, the owners of the hotel, made personally sure I had a great day and we all had a great stay, by being greeted at the arrival with a lovely bouquet of flowers, warm birthday wishes and delicious cocktails. On the morning of my birthday, at breakfast I was pleasantly surprised with a lovely birthday cake and a glass of sparkling . It made my day special. We were all very happy We will surely be back next year A huge thank you one more time to Mrs and Mr Daktylidis and their staff for our great time at the Aeolos We would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Mykonos

Good breakfast spread, 3 pools on the property and you can use any of them. Big bright rooms, spacious enough. But the highlight is that the staff are exceptional, super friendly, very hospitable and very helpful with any request you have. They even drove us for free to a courier place for some help we needed and also spoke to the courier folks due to language barriers. Panos the owner of the property is very genuine and accommodating for any request. Overall a great experience ( this being my second stay in this property ).

Slightly tiny bathrooms but still very clean and manageable with all the facilities etc

Everything from the moment I stepped in to do the check-in. Panos (the owner) and his welcoming smile, he makes you feel you are at home, on holidays, and ensures you have no worries all throughout your stay. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade and was offered to check 3 rooms to choose from (how spoiled I felt). I stayed in the sunset wing, beautiful sunset, and got to see a lot of stray cats from the back field. The whole team is amazing, specials thanks to Kostas, Thomas and Giorgos but also from the breakfast room and 9f course, the cleaning ladies. Everyone is working very hard. I ordered drinks and food (room service + at the pool area) and have nothing but good comments. Food was delicious. Had a late return flight, I was able to spend the day by the pool and showered in one of the rooms. They take care great of you. It was my first time at the hotel ( I have been coming to Mykonos since late 90s) and definitely won't be my last time there. Thank you Panos for everything !

You do hear and see planes, but you get used to it. If you want to avoid this, don't stay in this area of the island. It is indeed close to the airport. If you are not sensitive, go with your eyes closed.

My third visit to this wonderful hotel and I am still amazed by the friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff. Panos and his team go above and beyond to ensure every guest enjoys their stay. They offer a complimentary pick up and drop off to the airport and are also able to drive you to into town every night without a charge. The rooms and facilities are spacious and clean and we enjoyed many lunches at the pool bar. The food in the main restaurant is delicious and would definitely recommend to have dinner here. There is also a bus stop directly opposite the hotel so you are able to visit a range of lovely beaches. We loved our stay at Aeolos and will sure be returning!
