The room exceeded our expectations – it was impeccably clean and incredibly spacious, equipped with everything we could possibly need. The staff was nothing short of outstanding, offering top-notch service from the friendly faces at the front desk to the attentive team at the bar. Our driver was not only courteous but also extremely helpful, enhancing our overall experience. And last but not least, the food was a delightful surprise, offering a satisfying culinary experience during our stay.

While having our private pool was a luxurious perk, it turned into a slight inconvenience as staff members kept checking in on us every hour. This frequent interruption became rather bothersome as we were seeking some well-deserved privacy during our stay.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the food and breakfast were delicious with a warm, welcoming hotel atmosphere.

A few points for improvement: the pool in our room was not completely clean at first, but as soon as we informed the staff, they came immediately to address it. Despite their quick action, it still wasn’t 100% clean, as more frequent maintenance is needed. The pool glass walls were also dusty, which we cleaned ourselves. Another issue was that around 10 PM (the night before we check out), a staff member entered our room to check the minibar without prior notice, which we felt was inappropriate at that hour. It would have been better if we had been informed in advance. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay!!

The room with the private small pool and balcony was gorgeous and great to relax in with beautiful views of the sea (especially at sunset!). The room itself was lovely and very comfortable, got a good night's sleep in! The hotel is very well decorated and stylish with a lovely pool and spa and is a perfect spot to relax Staff were friendly and gave a nice welcome tour as part of the check-in. Even though the hotel is on a busy road, we could not hear traffic and thought it was quiet as well as very clean and safe!

We purposely did not eat at the pool/restaurant nor spend much time at the bar as we felt it was very expensive (even for Mykonos). More expensive then in some bars in Dublin! While a very minor quibble, the service at breakfast was only okay. Sometimes we had to ask a few times for our coffee/tea as they are made separately at the bar and often arrived lukewarm. Perhaps a nice pre-brewed pot of coffee would be more efficient?

The aesthetics, the staff, the breakfast was amazing! Everyone was super friendly. We initially didnt like the room we were given and a new room wasn't available for 2 nights which we didnt mind. The staff were great in letting us see the new room and changing it straight away!

The initial room - wasn't a sea room and so loud and noisy. But once we changed rooms, it was amazing! And there was no fuss about it from the staff - all very easy and smooth!

The designs are so beautiful and the facilities are amazing, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, I would highly recommend this place, the food was gorgeous and although Mykonos prices was very happy as the food was such high quality, the gym is small but has a great machine in there for all the needs, free parking, breakfast was 8-11am which was perfect

Only thing I can comment on is that you have to pay €25 euros per person to use the spa area for 1 hour, I think if it was free but you had to book a slot prior to arrival or when you arrive that would be so much better

we took the jetted room with sea-view i like how welcoming the staff are and professional. we were lucky to be served by Maria, Selvia , and the gentelman Demitris took us from the port to the hotel what was exceptional about this hotel was four points : 1-super clean 2-the toilet had a Handheld Bidet Sprayer 3-Design was amaizing 4-staff were very welcoming and professional

the breakfast was good, but i think they can easily make it better and to add more options luckily for us our stay didnot coincide with a scheduled pool party ( make sure you stay doesnt as well , if you are a family and looking for a luxurious calm stay )

Absolutely everything! The staff, the food, the pool, the spa, the location. The atmosphere is so peaceful and tranquil, even in the middle of July when mykonos is a party place, it feels like escaping to another world but still close to everything. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. My private pool was the highlight and the room was gorgeous! (Also the cute cats chilling around the hotel are so friendly!)

+ perfectly located on the island, in walking distance to the old town as well as a bit more local areas / restaurants / supermarkets + all common areas are in top shape, bathrooms, pool area, spa, restaurant, lounge + out room was beyond imagination, spacious, great balcony with a view, two sinks, separate shower and toilet, premium products all over + the breakfast options as well as taste, the coffee, the drinks - top notch in all categories From the moment we parked our car to the moment we left, everything was impeccable! The staff has received and hosted us with the utmost professionalism as well as friendliness. We enjoyed every single interaction. I couldn't praise them enough: Lefteris, Damian, Maria (from reception), Thanos, Asbah, Sylvia, Clevis, just to name a few - all warm, welcoming, immaculate - thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable especially because of the accommodation 🙏🏽✨️

- the area is hilly, especially by car, and tricky to get by by foot in the dark - spotty WIFI connection in common areas

The room was disappointing , broken power points , fridge was not working and taps on the shower not working properly . I did ask them to at least fix the power pint beside the basin as would she’s been handy and the fridge would have been useful but after bing asked 3 times of the room was good , and 3 times telling them what was lacking , 3times they said they would attend ( including the manager ) , I gave up .
