The best hotel I have been to in Greece, because of its high standards. Very beautiful and clean hotel, with a good location, helpful staff, great pool area with comfortable sunbeds (you could lend pooltowel, which is always a plus traveling with handluggage), great breakfast, beautiful room with a big balcony (with the view of Mykonos city and ocean).

One day before arriving to the hotel we emailed them asking to check in earlier and wanting transfer, the answer we got was short. The early check in was declined and they said we had to take a taxi if we wanted transfer (with no info of taxinr). When arriving early to the hotel to drop of luggage they were really kind and we could check in right away anyway. The day before leaving home they arranged a taxi to the airport for us.

Hotel Zannis is owned and extremely well managed by a charming and friendly Greek family. The attention to detail in everything from housekeeping, decor and outside areas is amazing, particularly the pool area, it's stunning and designed by the lady owner. The rooms are tastefully decorated and of a very modern design; some have excellent views over Mykonos Town and harbours from spacious balconies. If you plan to stay here, ask for a room with a view. A very tasty and well presented buffet breakfast is available, including traditional Greek options. If we travel to Mykonos again, Zannis will be our first choice. Thank-you so much for making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is near perfect if you're looking for 'small and friendly'. It's worth mentioning that although the hotel is minutes from the centre, it is located up a hill, but believe me, it's worth the three minute walk.

The hotel was clean, cozy and quiet! More of a family friendly vibe, if you're looking for a party resort this isn't the one. The view from our balcony was amazing, we could see the old port and the cruise ships. The breakfast buffet had many options and we enjoyed waking up and eating on the patio every morning.

The hotel is situated at the top of a very steep hill. Although it's not the end of the world, we often tried to plan our walks into town to eliminate the amount of up and down we did. Something to keep in mind if your main form of transportation will be walking, you're older or might have difficulty going up the hill.

Very clean and comfortable. The pool area was lovely. The marble floors everywhere, and the terrace at the back of the rooms with great view. Seems to be a family business which I liked. Little bit grumpy but they also take great care of the place.

The shower didn’t work properly. The rain head didn’t work so we had to use the hand held hose shower only. Not the end of the world but a bit tricky since the shower didn’t have a door and the toilet was just behind… so needed to make sure we didn’t soak the toilet. We didn’t complain or ask for another room. So not sure how quick a resolution would be.. we were only there for 3 nights and we had friends in town so didn’t have time to stuff around. Climbing the hill was a bit of a chore but worth it for the views

Lovely hotel on the edge of the town centre. A friendly family run hotel and the hosts made us feel very welcome. The room we had had a lovely view looking over Mykonos city and the port. It had a good size balcony, a mini bar and a very comfortable bed. The hotel provides a very good breakfast with lots of cold and hot options. They also will cook you snacks on demand which are reasonably priced and tasty. There is a large pool and we never had problems getting a sun bed.

There was no facilities to dry washing / wet clothing on the balcony

Everything. Perfect place if you want to relax and chill but also only a 5 min walk to shops bars etc.. Comfy loungers and the pool bar is open until midnight serving drinks and snacks such as toasties pizza and our favourite a great greek salad. We were a group of 11 and the outdoor area was a great space for us. The Best breakfast was included in the price.

The shower was a bit challenging trying to keep the water in the tray. But we got the hang of it before the end of our stay x

The Hotel was immaculate, clean,well maintained, sunbeds were great quality,pool very clean. Breakfast was full of choice.Staff were really friendly. Would recommend and definitely return if on Mykonos again

Nothing it was great.Bit of a uphill walk to the Hotel but that did not affect our enjoyment

I liked absolutely everything. The staff is very kind, helpful, the rooms are cleaned daily, the pool is amazing. In 3-4 minutes you reach the center. I would come back to Zannis anytime

I found the hotel excellent, the attention was friendly, Very clean, every day they organized and cleaned the room and changed the towels, very good location, with a nice view of the sea. Totally recommended.

Excellent location, easy access to the main town and at the same time far from the noise. Safe, good pool, fair breakfast and friendly staff.

Difficult parking, showers in the bathroom splash all over the entire floor. Pillow. Cleaning good but not below beds.
