Such a beautiful full service luxury hotel just outside of Nafplio, with all of the amenities one can expect from such an establishment. The room was comfortable, the staff courteous and the breakfast wonderful. The pool alone is just what the doctor ordered on a hot Summer day.

The only caveat is that the property is not close to the main area of Nafplio, where much of the attractions and dining is located. Therefore, one will need transportation to/from the center of town.

We chose this motel because of the great reviews from previous guests - Amalia Hotel did not disappoint. Our room was ready on time and the check-in was hassle free. Our room opened into the grassy courtyard and there was complimentary water, wine and sweets waiting for us!! A lovely gesture of filoxenia. The room was stocked with coffee and tea making utensils. There was also a bar fridge. The bathroom was large enough for both of us and well-stocked. Our room was serviced every day. The location was quiet and away from the hussle of town - we had a car and it was no problem. The pool was fantastic and well-kept with a life guard on duty. Plenty of pool chairs and umbrellas. The amazing breakfast was served in the restaurant - plentiful and well-stocked. The wonderful staff had my double Greek coffee ready every morning. There was a buffet dinner for 25Euro pp which we didn’t use but we had a look and it too was plentiful! There was a cafeteria which made a great club sandwich served with fries - large portions which we ended up sharing. The bar served any cocktail of your choice which we enjoyed on the verandah as we listened to the piano music coming from inside. We had such an amazing time that we extended our stay, which was no problem at all even though there was a conference going on at the time as well as the weekend tourist buses who were also enjoying Nafplio.

Amalia Hotel exceeded our expectations.

Good parking place with two chargers type 2 available . The reception, personnel , breakfast, room everything super ok ! Even the furniture is not new, it is well maintained, super-clean . The rooms are fitted with big new safe , bathroom well equipped and clean . Breakfast was much more diversified compared with other 4 stars known brands Not to forget about the welcome pack in the room...yummy. Thank you for the great time !

For us everything went ok .The hotel is located outside of the city - not an issue if you have a car or a few minutes by taxi .

Ι liked the comfy beds, the spacious rooms, the complimentary wine and sweets, the well attended property overall, the wide varietial breakfast and the lovely piano bar next to the fireplace.

The cleanliness of the toilet vessels into both of our rooms was poor. I know the property is quite big and the managers / supervisors cannot supervise everything anytime, but the cleaners put the disinfected paper band without having touched the toilets. It is a pity that such a nice hotel is deprived of the excellent grading due to the unwillingness of the cleaners.

The hotel was very good, the staff was amazing, the room was big, everything was clean and tidy. The space in the hotel was huge, a lot of gardens, big swimming pool, lots of bars and also good room service. One thing that I would strongly recommend to the hotel is to do some small renovation like the mochuets in the rooms, and some other small details like the smell to make the say a solid 10!

Overall everything was very nice. One thing I noticed in the beginning was a bit of strange smell in the rooms and the faded mochuet which it looked dirty, but no it was clean just the color had faded.

Our stay at Amalia Hotel Nafplio was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, were impressed by the stunning architecture and beautifully landscaped gardens. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary bottled water and luxurious toiletries and house wine 🍾 Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options to choose from. One of the highlights of my stay was the serene outdoor pool area, which provided a perfect oasis for relaxation. The location of the hotel is ideal, offering easy access to the historic sites and attractions of Nafplio while still providing a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, Amalia Hotel Nafplio exceeded all my expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and beautiful surroundings made for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nafplio!

Nothing at all

Almost everything!! The hôtel is well maintained despite its age. The premises are designed with ergonomics and comfort in mind. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is very nice and the pool is huge. Sunbeds were always available, and the few things we ordered from the bar were of good quality.

Only the room temperature controllers could be improved. But even with the current ones , our stay was comfortable

Spacious clean rooms, friendly stuff, big bathroom, lots of parking. Bonus: Some days there was a classical pianist playing. We were travelling with our 6 months old baby and while passing by the piano he started playing lullabies. Needless to say that the baby fall asleep easily.

To access the breakfast area with a stroller, you need to pass through the conferense room. In case of a conferense you need to carry the stroller via the stairs (the stuff will help though).

The hotel was exactly what we wanted! Comfortable beds for us and our 3 months old baby. Spacious room and perfect service. Breakfast was nice with a big variety. Pool was big enough and the set up very pleasant. The distance from Nafplio town was short and the access very easy. We will book in the same hotel next time.

Our only minor problem was that we had a room without balcony or garden and it was difficult to dry our swimming wear and beach towels.

The room was excellent, the bathroom very nice. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The pool was really nice and an excellent size. No problem get a sun bed

The only thing worth noting was the very poor WiFi. It was one of the worst i have experienced in a big hotel. I rarely got above 1.5mb download speed , with it often below that. The mobile signal was also really poor, so you were left without a working internet connection.,
