Wonderful stay! Best beds of our entire trip!

Staff was very welcoming when we checked in. Made us feel very welcomed. Then chilled a little afterward. I thought we had upset them somehow. While swimming we were told not to jump in the deep end of a 10 foot deep pool. There wasn’t anything posted saying no jumping or diving. My adult kids are bigger than most with disabilities and I got a little defensive when he approached them. A couple with their two young boys were swimming in the shallow end and he made us feel like we were endangering them by making waves in a bigger size pool.

The mattresses were excellent as was the shower cabin. A/C was stellar as well and we came during the heat wave (39C+).

There was no number catalogue for reaching the Reception or Room Service on the phone. Reception had to be reminded that Room Service was indeed a service and even then we were asked to pay cash instead of charging the room. The non-key-lock on the door, should be something that tennants need to be informed about during their check in. There was no "Do not disturb" sigh in the room.

Breakfast was very good. The pool is nice, although the closing time 19.00 was a bit early, especially when in the evening pool with lights looked very tempting. There was no visible reason why it couldn't be open for example until 21.00. Room was ok, but the floors could be cleaner and room would also need some work done. AC was located so that two beds where unbearably hot if it wasn't on very cold, and if it was on very cold, the nearest two beds were very cold. I heard there is newer wing with the hotel across the road, but we were facilitated in the old main building. Very friendly staff.

Excellent location in beautiful Nea Makri. We were given a modern, bright big room in the new building - loved it:).Breakfast was very tasty, staff welcoming & kind-they arranged taxis for us at good rates. Beautiful swimming pools (we did not use them because we prefer the sea). I would definitely recommend it.

We found some insects in the first night, being surrounded by nature probably they got in when the room was cleaned even though the balcony has nets. Informed the reception and they solved it - they spayed the room.

After being stranded in Athens by an air BnB I booked through booking.com (we arrived from England only to be told we could not stay!!!) I franticly searched for another place to stay, we stumbled across this hotel, and it did not disappoint! The hosts were exceptional, really nice people, we were put into the new part of the hotel and it was absolutely brilliant, really comfy bed, awesome shower, cold as ice aircon, indoor pool, steam room, outdoor pool, the area is nice and quiet not too much hustle and bustle, just how we like it, breakfast was absolutely spot on!! Mountain's on one side and the sea on the other literally 1 minute away. Can't believe I didn't book this in the first place!!! We will 100% be back!! Wish we were able to stay for much longer!!!

Very welcoming and friendly staff, allowed us to check out later and use the pool. We had lovely views.of.sea, and comfy bed, good sized room. Charming pool and tidy clean garden area, very refreshing and deep. Breakfast was very good, and freshly cooked items to order most days server was lovely and nothing too much trouble. Second row from sea, surrounding area a bit dilapidated but 1 minute from sea and 3 from marina and great choice of restaurants. Plenty of parking, a well run family hotel, in this quiet seaside town. Would come again! Very clean and cosy.

Older hotel so soundproofing not great , but as was expected. Everything was pleasant and place had charming air so no complaints at all .

Stafsa are really good in their job and helpfull. Breakfast was limited choises however was delicious. rooms are clean and have all needed facilities to make easy live at room

When we were at there the weather was windy and we need to went west of Athena to swim.Last few days sea was smooth and there are really nice beaches at Nea makri to swim

Location was just a short walk from the beach and the restaurants and shops. The breakfast was wonderfully done - lots of hot and cold choices and made to order omelettes. The pastries and fresh fruit were particularly tasty. The grounds and pool area was very nicely presented with lots of bed chairs and tables. The rooms need some TLC but were spotless clean and super comfort beds and we had a sea view and balcony with furniture. The maids did a lovely job of cleaning each day and provided new fluffy towels. The owners were such lovely people as were all the staff

The rooms are basic but functional but do need some TLC

Breakfast was good, outdoor eating area was nice near the pool, comfortable beds, friendly staff and very accomodating. Som left something at hotel and they were happy to post back to a relatives address in Athens. We’re very grateful.

View from our balcony not pleasant, due to a derelict building, but we didn’t use anyway. Our room had a sliding door that did not have a lock , however security shutters could be locked

If you have a day or two and you don’t want to stay in the main city of Athens then this is a place you can relax. I think it’s a family owned business and they treat you like personal guests and are very accommodating. Don’t be shy saying hello to them because they sure enjoying taking care of their guests. The pool is big and deep and the atmosphere of the hotel is like going to grandma’s house with old but homie feelings. Breakfast was good, restaurants and the beach are a 5 minute walk and the locals are nice too.
