The breakfast was very good, with a big variety to choose, the personal keep it clean, and always provided more supplies. I like the use of real plates and silverware and the constant supply of coffee, including the Greek coffee.

The time for the use of the swimming pool was not good, we try to visit early on the day all that Athens had to offer and when we were able to came back to relax at the hotel one of the main attractions of the hotel the swimming pool was closed.

The view was so nice from our room. The big plus is that the hotel is far away from Athens centre so you can’t hear car sounds or people speaking it was so peaceful and calm especially if you live in Athens centre like us. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and the hotel left in our room a complimentary champagne and fruits which was really nice. Also the stuff members are so nice and polite.

The only thing which I think hotel needs to improve is some small room details (for example the shower floor gaps were a bit dirty because of being old) . It’s 5 star hotel so I think the smallest details matter. It’s not like it bothered me but just a recommendation.

The staff went above and beyond during our one night stay. They were extremely friendly and courteous. They discovered it was my partner's birthday and surprised him with a bottle of prosecco and a desert with a candle - so thoughtful! We also had a great massage in the spa. The location is not bad but you need a car to get around.

The hotel overall is a little dated but that seems to be the norm in Greece unless you go very high end. The spa staff and treatments were excellent but the hammam and jacuzzi facilities left a lot to be desired - water tepid, needs renovation.

We arrived at Life Gallery Athens at 5am feeling wretched after 24 hours of flight delays and little sleep and they looked after us like family with a thoughtful snack bag, generous late checkout and a lovely warm welcome. We crashed out in our rooms and loved waking up to the views and sitting by the pool in the beautifully landscaped garden. We were just sad we didn't have more time to enjoy it all. Thanks to all the staff that made this hotel feel more like a home.

Very comfortable room and great service. We stayed in the Physis Suite. The room was spacious and with lovely design, we liked the leafy outlook and the great amenities (we had everything we needed). Breakfast was great too. I know the location very well, as I used to live in the area, but it is a great location out of the center of Athens.

The hotel seems to have been renovated recently but the room needs a bit or renovation, especially the Shower. It would be great if the room had a smart tv instead of a regular one. Balcony furniture also need an update.

Amazing stay in lovely hotel sourounded by pine wood smeling wonderfull, we felt like at home sourounding by kindenes, and real love and care in every aspect of our staying from reception, houskeeping, restoran and pool staff and eaven taxy drivers (company which is hiered by hotel) Vasilis and Pangiotis was so kind and helpfull helping us to enjoy our stay emensly. Hope to come back for shure.

Our stay was great, we had a nice room, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was clean with a beautiful view.

I was taken back to wait two days for the Jacuzzi then find out it cost 50 eurs every use.in all hotels the Jacuzzi and pools are part of the paid stay.sad dissatisfied.

Beautiful design, very comfortable room and very kind and helpful people. The location is ideal for customers, traveling to the North part of the mainland. But also, the driving time to the city center isn’t more than 30 min. So, those, who are interested in visiting of historical places can easily use this spot and benefit on more affordable price. The nature around - stunning!!!!

Some cosmetic repairs are needed, better cleaning of windows and pools are advisable.

excellent hotel, especially for business on the northern outskirts of Athens, avoiding all the hassle of downtown and with quick access to motorways and roads to discover Attica and beyond, in a relaxing green area, and with equally relaxing internal atmosphere.

A good dose of additional professionalism in terms of politeness and reactivity for the lady at the front desk, ensuring a smother check-out, would be beneficial to all. As an excellent model could serve both Mrs Elisavet (if my memory serves me well) and her colleague of the night shift, who welcomed us the evening on our arrival. Eventually the manager on duty sorted out everything in a very elegantly efficient way.

Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the mountain in the green northern suburbs, amazing breakfast and wonderful staff.

Awkward spa opening times from 12-8pm, normally sauna use is for the morning or evening, I was disappointed we couldn’t use the facilities as one of the reasons I booked this hotel was the spa.
