The real Finnish sauna, the reason we went there. For us the perfect location and a good price now . Good pool , jacuzzi and steam room as well. Very good deal, also because the spa was this time included in the price (normally not).. And a nice surprise that they gave us some treats and a better room for our anniversary surprise. Helpful and polite front desk.

Didn't really bother us but for a 5 star hotel some floors and corners would need some renovations. Especially in the spa there are some visible moisture problems around the pool. Some of the spa staff could be a little more active and welcoming and checking more carefully for example if there is heat in the sauna/steam rooms,if drinking glasses etc. Some of them just look at their phones all the time. It would make it even better if they covered some cleaning supplies and other storage stuff etc. behind curtains to upgrade the premises even nicer.

Hotel is in an attractive part of the town, near to bars and restaurants but feels very private. Rooms were well furnished. Two good swimming pools available. Buffet breakfast good quality and lots of choice. Helpful front desk staff and waiting staff. Hotel is a 20 minute walk to the Metro to get you into central Athens and the sights.

The hotel has lifts but for people with mobility problems there are some steps that are unavoidable inside and out. There is a ramp at the front of the hotel.

Friendly service. Great breakfast buffet with many options! They have something for everyone. Easy check-in and check-out. Nice pool and pool area. Very clean. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Wifi worked great. We are a family of 5 and had to rent two rooms. We asked if the rooms could be side by side and they were, which was great! Great location in a trendy neighborhood away from the main hustle and bustle of downtown Athens. Only a 10 minute walk to plenty of shopping, cafés, and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when in Athens.

Theoxenia Palace exudes golden age grandeur despite its relatively small size. It is a beautiful building in the leafy suburb of Kifisia, situated among historic villas and near a plethora of lovely cafés, bars, restaurants, and museums. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the pool is great. We absolutely loved our stay there."

Two of the female employees at reception were not very friendly or polite, but this was all forgotten when, at checkout, we were assisted by a young gentleman who provided wonderful service.

Located in an expensive residential and commercial district with very few tourists , very good restaurants and bars within walking distances, I like the neighbourhood very much

30 minutes and 20 Euros by taxi to Athens tourist spots WiFi was very weak and really need to be improved

Great location for Kifissia, proximity of business area in Maroussi, great restaurants close by, many options for dinner or drink wheatear you are alone or with company. Hotel itself is very clean, staff are very friendly and pleasant. I recommend ordering taxi transfer from the airport to hotel, as it wasn't more expensive than regular Uber. Rooms have traditional looking furniture (but it's new furniture, not old), which is aligned with hotel concept (not hi-tec, but traditional luxury hotel). During night hours, temperature outside was low for Greece, but heating system worked perfectly in the room. Breakfast was OK, nothing spectacular, but enough fresh options. My second time here and I'll definitely choose it again.

The staff were very helpful. The food was varied and delicious. The pool was lovely, even though the staff were surprised by us swimming at a cool temperature (14°C). A short walk down the hill to the metro and 20mins later you're in the centre of Athens. The view from the third floor room window was amazing looking across Athens.

This is a 5-star hotel that is aging gracefully. Parking was a bit of nightmare, but I was well-supported by the staff.

We really love this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood in Athens. The neighborhood is trendy with lots of great restaurants. The front desk is very helpful with restaurant recommendations and making reservations if necessary. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Staff is eager to make your stay special. The breakfast they offer is a great way to start your day. The pool in the back or the hotel is lovely. We cannot wait to return next summer.

The Hotel is a beautiful structure and facility. It’s location is picturesque as it overlooks a park and a historic Church. Kifisia was perfect for us as it was relatively quiet during the day and night and it was a very short walk to shops and restaurants. The staff are very polite, professional and courteous.

The Hotel needs some updating as it was evident that it has been somewhat neglected. However this would not preclude us from stay there again.

The outdoor swimming pool is superb! The room was spacious and the bed was comfy with good quality linens. I had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant all three days and the food was very good. The stuff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was ok, nothing spectacular, but had all the basics. The location is also very good, great access to restaurants and coffee shops near by, very close to the center of Kifissia, and you can get a taxi within 5-10 min from Charilaou Tricoupi. Overall, this is a good value for money and I would stay again.

The hotel shows signs of wear and tear, particularly the carpets where at some spots they look like they need a good steam clean.
