Me and my wife absolutely loved our 5 days stay in SAY hotel.. and I think the main reason is the staff. Absolutely every member of the staff we came into contact with was exceptionally friendly, communicative and helpful. If at all possible, please find a way to reward them because as someone who travels europe a bit, and has been to lots of accomodations.. I can tell you that the staff in Say Hotel is really exceptional <3 Even the cleaning lady whom unfortunately we've never had the pleasure of meeting had found a way to leave an impact on us. It's the little things :) Breakfast was great - there's a medium sized buffet but it's a very good combination that covers full variety of peoples needs and tastes. They got everything from had salmon, fried vegetables, a la carte eggs which you can "customize" as you with and the staff will make it for you, ham and similar "meats", cheese selection, fruit selection, greek yoghurt, cereals, and a whole other bunch of sweet pastries and delicacies. Location is also quite unique. What we didn't realize until we came here, the hotel is in Kifisia - upscale residential and shopping district. Entire neighbourhood is very lovely, from the urbab plan and building architecture to beautifull parks.. roads are full of trees, pine smell is in the air.. and there's a lot of stores and restaurants around.. whatever you wish for. And all within walking distance from the hotel. So unless you want to stay in the center of the city this location is highly recommended. It's a 30min car ride to the Acropolis zone.. but you get peace and quiet. And last but certaily not least - our poodle dog was even more welcome than we were. Everyone was amazing around him and not even a single negative eyebrow was seen in regards to our dog being with us all the time. We've felt extremly welcome :)

Say Hotel is a small upmarket hotel in Kifissia , about 10 minutes walk from the main Kifissia village where there are many shops and restaurants . The staff service is excellent , the breakfast buffet has a fine selection and hot eggs can be ordered. The room is small but well appointed with plugs at bedside for phone charging , and the bathroom very modern , the hotel is 3 years old . Staff are very helpful, and nothing is too much trouble . Wifi works very well in the rooms . There are also a few restaurants just 3 minutes walk away, including Escobar ( a Mexican), TGI Fridays, an Italian, and an expensive fish and seafood . There is also a mini market and a pharmacy next door to the Mexican . We had a room looking on to the gardens of the large property next door with a lovely view of large fir trees and garden ponds , some rooms are facing the main road !!!

Nothing , everything was good for us . Be aware that there is no swimming pool .

The hotel is located in the popular Kifisia area with nice shops, cafeterias and restaurants. The breakfast was small but had enough variety, it was delicious and clean, specially prepared alternative mixtures, fruit salads were delicious, freshly squeezed orange juice was available every morning.. I left my heart in the tea room winter garden which is also used as a breakfast room. It was a wonderful environment. I recommend you to go there just to sit in that winter garden and read your book with a coffee or tea in a wonderful green view.The hotel is surrounded by perfect greenery, there is a lush park and garden behind and next to it. Although the hotel is on the street, it is calm and quiet. The decoration is simple and high quality. The rooftop bar is very enjoyable, despite the music and the crowd, you can easily have a conversation and it has a wonderful view. The service was a bit slow, but the staff was kind.

It was very sufficient and of high quality for a short trip.. There was nothing I did not like.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location across the street from Kefalari Park is fantastic. The rooftop restaurant has a terrific view of some of Athens' hills, and the food was good, too. Breakfast (which may or not be included in your booking) is varied, plentiful, and delicious.

The parking could have been more secure. (Open unpaved lot across the street) Then again, just being assured a place to park in Athens is a plus.

The room was nice and clean. The receptionist was friendly and had beautiful nails. The private parking is right next to the hotel, and you can also park the car in the nearby street for free. There are a number of very good restaurants in walking distance from the hotel, and also a nice park.

The rooftop bar was disappointing. The staff found a table for us but they gave us the worst table even though there were other better tables available.

Staff very polite and helpful. Lovely rooms and good location but a 15-20 minute walk to shops and metro. Hotel car parking available. Internet very good.

Only 2 small bottles of water were complementary on day one and none after that. Breakfast was fresh and good but limited choices ( eg 1 juice, only eggs on hot menu). Food was quite expensive but there are many nearby excellent restaurants

My personal congratulations and Thank you to the Staff and management of the Hotel! There are no words to describe, the quality of the food and service (during breakfast) or the dine in your room , food choices and quality! (Among my favorites - The burger, Greek salad, the filet mignon and the pappardelle (the pasta)!! Amazing conference center! Superb location! Excellent Parking space! Perfect Wifi,, but the most important of all "The Staff, always with a smile, truly wanted to help and assist!!! The 4th floor lounge/restaurant, well in the States we say OMG WOW!!! Breathtaking views! excellent good and wine choices If one has a choice and doesn't stay at your hotel, well, he/she is the biggest fool ! Thank you for letting me be part of your loyal for life guests!

Not much - maybe more cooked variety at breakfast and slight variation of options on main meal.

we have stayed before, its a nice hotel in a nice area, the room last time was quite small, but this time was larger and bathroom was great too. breakfast is really good,

its a bit noisy on the road, but if you specify a quiet room, I'm sure they would accommodate on the other side of the hotel

Air conditioning got me sick cause it is right in front of the bed and it turns on and off so cool then hot then cool then hot then sick
