Everything from the ambiance to the comfort 

Very well decorated (with great taste), brand new. I have travelled quite a lot and I was impressed by the quality/professionalism of the staff. We spent our honeymoon there and the kindness of the staff is hard to explain. They really went the extra mile to make sure we had the best time. Great food, from breakfast, lunch/snack at the pool (pork tacos are amazing!) to dinner (rib eye/lobster ;)), you will find great quality/tasty food. If you are a cocktail fan, make sure you try their cocktails (get a tequila sunrise with fresh orange juice/ you won’t regret it). Congratulations to everyone involved in this project.

Paros is a bit windy, especially in October. I recommend going during summer to be able to enjoy this amazing hotel better.

Everything was enjoyable and the staff very friendly and efficient. The Hôtel is very well deisgned and maintained.

Bad surprise when departing : I was not able to take the shuttle I booked because they do not allow to take luggage and prefer to charge 40 or 50€ for a 15’ private taxi ride to Parikia With a 800€ per night rate find it very inelegant and it is a pity to spoil an overall excellent stay and impression. Sometimes managers do not realize how and this is.

Minois feels like a true resort. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the design is very beautiful and soothing. The restaurant is gorgeous and completely delicious. But the best asset is the staff. The service level we experienced was above and beyond in every area. Concierge, management, food service, maintenance, and beyond. We are very grateful to this amazing group of people for making our 10th anniversary so special.

As it is only recently reopened, we were looking forward to some activities advertised that were not available yet. But the staff more than made up for it by helping to find and map out other options we could pursue on our own.

Hotel is in great condition and the rooms very well made, equipped and very estetic looking. Pool is great, service and food impecabile. I would say the staff does make a lot of difference by their help and kind nature. Received a free room upgrade as well and they have decorated the room for my gf birthday.

Beautifully manicured property - you can see there was a big investment behind this hotel. Phenomenal service from staff. You can see there is a lot of attention to detail in many aspects during the stay. Rooms are beautiful and clean with a great bed and spacious. The common areas are awesome. Restaurant and food was top notch

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The hotel is brand new and has really good facilities. The food is exceptional, one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve experienced. But that wasn’t the best part, the staff were extremely kind and attentive to details. It would be hard to name them personally but they’ve made our stay very comfortable . I would highly recommend this hotel for your Paros stay.

Property in very good condition and high quality fittings and furniture. High end 5star service and super friendly staff.

Some room types are a little unfortunately located with little to no sun or little privacy.

Everything was amazing - the staff, facilities, the hotel itself. The staff went above and beyond to cater for our needs and even surprised us with little treats everyday. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in so far and the hospitality is outstanding. We will definitely come back to stay here when we visit Paros again.

Nothing - everything was perfect!

Beautiful resort with nicely appointed rooms and super comfy beds. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Lovely pool area also.

The location is a fair way out of town and transfers and taxis super expensive the only downfall but if your not planning to leave the resort it’s perfect.
