Excellent location. Amazing people. All staff, from cleaners to the owner, were always smiley and amazingly helpful, providing us with anything we asked for. The balcony was fantastic. The view of the mountain and the suburbs of the town was mind blowing. Very cosy rooms. Super clean. Having stayed in over 100 rooms all around Europe, this one has gained a special place in my heart, making my holidays in Paros unforgettable. CONGRATULATIONS.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the center of Parikia – everything is nearby: the port for ferries 🚢, restaurants, supermarkets, and beaches 🏖️. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment I arrived until I left 😊. They even helped me with great advice to rent a scooter 🛵. I definitely recommend this place!

The only small downside: my room was close to the street, so there was sometimes a bit of noise – but honestly, it didn’t bother me at all and wasn't an issue 😌.

My first visit to Greece, specifically the enchanting island of Paros, it is truly magical, just as I had always imagined, and staying at Kato Yalos made the experience even more special. Kato Yalos is a charming, quaint hotel perfectly nestled in the heart of Parikia. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathroom, although small, suited my needs perfectly. My room on the second floor offered a slight view of the town, and the lovely balcony became my sanctuary at sundown, where I could relax and reflect on the day's adventures. I felt safe and at peace throughout my stay. The owner, a kind and extremely helpful young woman, made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Her warm hospitality, typical of the Greek people I’ve had the pleasure to meet, added a personal touch to my stay. Considering the excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and the heartfelt hospitality, Kato Yalos offers incredible value for money. It’s an experience I’ll cherish and highly recommend to anyone visiting Paros.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kato Yalos and found it to be a wonderful experience. However, there are a few things that might be noteworthy for others. While I found the rooms and bathrooms to be spacious enough for me, some guests might find them a bit tight, especially for a family of three or four. Nevertheless, it's still quite manageable and comfortable. Additionally, there is a bit of noise that can be heard, but it wasn’t disruptive to me and added to the feeling of being in a cozy, familial home.

Great location, 1 minute from the beach, 10 mins walk to the port. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great air conditioning. Kettle and fridge in the room. Near to lovely restaurants and short walk to old town. Amazing sunsets from seafront 😍 Could definitely recommend for a handy base to explore Paros

accommodation ie the whole hotel is extremely clean. air conditioner, fridge, TV work flawlessly. some hygiene products are available free of charge in the common areas. the location is exceptional, a few minutes to the bus station and the ferry. the staff is very friendly. I am extremely satisfied with how things work in the hotel.

Very nice and caring lady at the reception, always happy to chat and give good advice where to go made me feel like at home, my room was ready when I arrived 4 hours before check-in time - very convenient, close to everything, the beach is 2 min. walk, clean, comfortable room, good value for money, would stay again

The room was cozy and will equipped. It is located close to the beach. The staff is very kind and offers good tips on the islands.

The rooms are not soundproofed well. The owner asks to respect quite hours, but in my case I had neighbours talking until 4 am. If the other guest respect the quite hours, it should not be a problem though.

- perfect location, walking distance from the port, beaches and bus stop - room was clean - welcome basket and information pack was a nice touch - friendly staff - I was able to add on an extra night and they were super accommodating and took care of my bags during the process

- the shower was quite restrictive as the toilet system was in there, which meant the shower curtain would cling to you when showering

Good location to beach, restaurants and shops. Bathroom is on the smaller side of things but we managed. Host is lovely and is willing to help out and offer advice for what to do! Definitely recommend
