Great quiet location in the old town of Parikia; few minutes stroll along cobbled lanes to the waterfront harbour, ferry terminal, local beach, bus terminal, shops, eateries etc. Basic comfortable ground level room with nice garden terrace with table and seating. Room had fridge and small table with chairs and small wardrobe. Spacious shower with good hot water. Staff were welcoming and informative. Ask for anything you need such as kettle for room, extra blankets for bed. Nice swimming pool with a number of lounging and seating options. Small poolside bar. Delicious Greek style buffet breakfast was included at the poolside terrace (pastries, cakes, yogurt, fruit, boiled eggs, cheeses, meats, tomatoes, cukes, cereals, breads, juices, coffee tea etc.) Loved the resident cats and kittens.

Housekeeping was minimal. Replacing sheets/bedding was quite random but done if we asked. Towels were sometimes replaced every second day but other times not. Waste was dumped daily but the bathroom sink was never cleaned except when we did it (we were there for over a week).

Our room was right off the pool area on the ground floor, so no stairs and easily accessible. Very well kept hotel and grounds and inviting pool although the water was still too cold to try. A very short walk to the promenade and beach

The owner Michalis, and the staff Constantine and Panos were very helpful with our needs and questions. Breakfast was always plentiful, replenished often, but very little change. We were there 8 days so it got a bit boring, otherwise it was very nice. A common bathroom around the pool would be helpful too for people who have later ferries.

Incredible value for money. Travelled in low season in late October and we felt like we had the place, and the island to ourselves. Room was modest but comfortable, air con, and a large balcony with chairs to relax over the pool. Lounges by the pool were a great way to relax. Very short walk to Parikia town centre and restaurants. We debated whether to stay in Naousa, but are glad we were in Parikia as car hire was cheap (about €20 day) and easy to access from nearby the hotel. Basic but reasonable options available at the breakfast bar every morning. Very affordable price in low season given the pool, included breakfast and location. Would recommend for families even more than for couples.

No shower curtain made it tough to keep the bathroom and floor dry. No streaming or online options available on the TV in room, only local TV with 1 or 2 channels in English.

The staff at this hotel are excellent! After a canceled ferry, we had no choice but to stay an extra night on the island. The woman at reception was incredibly kind and accommodating. She called the port to confirm the ferry was indeed canceled and to find out the reason. She then offered to call the hotel on a different island that we were supposed to stay that night to explain the circumstances. Above and beyond service! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We stayed in a room with two twin beds that were quite long! Large private balcony. Simple, complimentary breakfast. The pool is amazing!

Nice small hotel close to the beach, port and town but in a quiet location We had a quadruple room with a double and 2 single beds, it had everything we needed as well as a small patio There is a nice pool with loungers A good breakfast was also included in the price The staff were friendly and helpful

The location was excellent & the rooms were clean, crisp & comfortable. We were traveling as a group of 4 friends & had plenty of room to spread out. The staff was incredibly welcoming & super responsive before & during our stay. The pool area was beautifully tropical & stunning with its brilliant blue pool! The included breakfast was simple but did the trick. It was a fabulous value & I would highly recommend!

We would be hard pressed to find fault. It would have been lovely to have a cappuccino machine at breakfast but that’s just a personal preference.

We had a really good time while on property, our room was spacious, and the beds were comfy. The location is close to a main parking lot and a short walk to everywhere within Parikia, although keep in mind that the town is quite big and you might make a lot of steps at the end of the day. Breakfast was quite varied and fulfilling. The serving and kindness of staff was the most important , whenver we nneded anything extra they were fast to assit and provide. So, if you feel that anything might be missing, just ask, and they would be open to help. They also had great suggestions for us whenever we had a question. At some point, we weren't sure what else to visit in Paros and the front desk lady suggested a day trip to Antiparos, which turned out to be one of my moms favorite highlights of this trip. I recommend it for sure for future stays in Paros/Parikia.

There was one little detail with the shower wall in our room. It was quite short for us, so it was a bit tricky for us to shower without splashing outside of the shower wall. All the rest was excellent.

If you’re tossing up between booking this property or not, this review will be your deciding factor. I loved the property. Easy to locate from the ferry terminal, extremely close to everything. The room was perfect in its simplicity, it had everything you needed and was a good size and clean. The staff were incredible, I don’t think ive ever met a friendlier, helpful group of people. I highly highly recommend booking here. Just amazing in every way, if I could give them a 100 star vote out of 5 I would.

I loved everything. Nothing to complain about other than the fact I wasn’t there long enough. I will be back

The Hotel was as described, close to town, friendly staff, rooms were large, really clean.Breakfast was basic but really nice and plentiful

2 out of 4 days we had no hot water for a shower, once at 7.45am and once at 1900hrs, another guest brought this up as an issue. The pool although large enough to swim in did not look that inviting, do not know if there were filter issues, the maintaince guy was hand cleaning the sides and running an external water filter each morning but the water still looked a bit murky. May just be an issue when we were there, it did not detract from our enjoyable saty though

We had great communication prior to our stay and received really clear directions to walk from the port. On arrival our host was wonderful and took her time to walk us through all her recommendations on the island, from beaches to bars and restaurants, to places to hire vehicles and other activities. The pool is really pretty and has plenty of shade from the surrounding plants and umbrellas. Breakfast was basic, but very good. We’ve stayed in 4 hotels on our trip to the Cyclades and this was absolutely the best value, really well located in Paroikia, clean and comfy. Thanks so much for a brilliant stay.
