The host Konstantinos is amazing. He met us at the ferry and gave us a quick tour of the old town and brought us back to the hotel. He made us some coffee and snacks upon arrival and then sat with us for more than one hour on the rooftop terrace giving us detailed recommendations for where to go for dining, shopping and sightseeing on Paros. Each morning we enjoyed complimentary coffee and snacks and talked with the host to plan our day. The property is simple but clean and full of good vibes and positivity. If you need posh luxury this is not for you but if you want a feel-good experience from a caring and kind host, stay here. Great location next to parking and easy walk to shopping and dining. Excellent value. Odysseus the family dog always greeted us on the terrace so we couldn’t resist giving him a scratch behind the ears.

Hosts were the most amazing part of this gorgeous property. Konstanstinos met me at the port, despite my ferry being delayed and not arriving until midnight. He sat down with me my first morning and gave me a full run down of the island - what to do, where to go, where to eat etc. I changed a few of my plans based on his recommendations and I was so glad I did. I started each day with a delicious coffee and conversation on the rooftop. They have created a truly welcoming environment for everyone. Location is also great - walking distance to everything.

So cute and colorful. Super friendly service. The place is wonderful. The terrace is so nice. I was given a map with so many awesome recommendations from the owners. They were so nice to tell me the bus schedule and what villages to visit and where to eat. Just wish I had enough time to do all of it. So many cute details to make your visit pleasant here. They have a beach box for you to take things to the beach. They are just so nice and pleasant. They also had nice cold water in the fridge in the room.

Wish it was warmer maybe thicker blankets. Oh and maybe a trash can in the room besides the bathroom.

Location is very near to Port. it is just a couple of minutes walking distance. Host received us at Port and explained about city Parika and suggested great locations for visit in Paros. The House and Rooms are well decorated with lot of colors. We had a great conversation in the evening with Host. Host is charming and prompt in answering/clarifying or for support before and during our stay. Host has a great concern about environment . Free public parking is available nearby to leave the vehicle during day or night. Restaurants, markets and Public bus are available nearby.

We are really glad we stayed at Viva Margarita. Konstantinos was such a great host and the hotel feels very homely and chilled compared to other places we stayed on our trip around some of the Greek islands. The hotel itself is great, nothing too fancy, clean and comfortable with a great colourful chill out area on the top floor with a friendly dog and great views and coffee in the morning. Very good value for money especially as the location is perfect, everything in walking distance and right by the port. Our host gave us a lot of advice about how best to use our time, we took a lot of his advice and ended up in some beautiful places we would have been unlikely to have found otherwise, including at one point ending up in Antiparos on a beach that we had all to ourselves! We would happily recommend this place to anyone considering it for their stay on Paros.

This was very good value for money in the centre. The hosts are so welcoming friendly and hospitable which is the highlight. They welcomed us with coffee and cake and offered this every morning. They were extremely helpful when it came to recommending places to eat and visit too. The rooms were also very clean and tidy. Another great addition was their beach box option where you could borrow items free of charge!

There was nothing we didn’t like. For the cost and location this was a great stay. The room is very hot even with fans with no air conditioning but this is anywhere in Greece summer!

This was such a beautiful accommodation! I loved the colourful and feel-good decor, as well as the homely feel. My room was spacious and I loved having a balcony. The location was also excellent, very close to the town centre. I enjoyed having complimentary Greek coffee and a slice of cake every morning on the rooftop terrace. I have to give a special mention to my wonderful hosts. I've stayed at many hotels over the years but this one stood out because of how hospitable, kind and generous the hosts were. They were the nicest people and it's clear they wanted their guests to enjoy their beautiful island. Every morning they spent time with me to create a daily trip plan for myself and answer any questions I had. It really made my trip a richer experience. People can make a place extra special and I'm so happy to have met Konstantinos and Santa!

I'm never one to write a review! But this stay was incredible!They went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible stay! It honestly felt like we were staying with family. Only 10min walk into the main town. Room has everything you need in it. Wish we were staying longer, and if we were to go back would definitely stay here again! (also makes you the best ice coffee every morning, and sat down and gave us such great recommendations all around Paros! Perfect Stay, Thankyou so much for having us

We had a perfect stay in Parikia. We were welcomed at the port and given a quick tour of the town walking to the accomodation. Konstantinos was a brilliant and kind host who gave us a tonne of great recommendations that we never could have found online ourselves. The rooms are clean, cool and comfortable and the shared roof top is a beautiful place to start the day. There are also some snorkels and beach things for you to borrow as you wish. If you don’t have a car, I especially recommend staying here for the duration of your time in Paros. Thank you so much :)

Wow, such exceptional service from the host. Never have I stayed in any accommodation and received this level of services and friendliness. I was greeted at the port and we had a short walk to the hotel were we stopped on a couple of occasions to point out bus terminal, main church and to get my bearings of the area. The host also carried one of my bags for me (8kg). Once shown to my room, I was provided with a free map and coffee and discussed (for about 30 minutes) my interests and what to do, see and eat in Paros. Guests were also provided with free coffee/tea each morning on the roof terrace in a friendly environment where you can have a chat to other guests and ask further questions about the island
