Very welcoming hosts. Really recommend it, they know all the ins and outs of the island and can give you great tips on where to go, what to visit and what to eat. They are also very kind and want to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. I really admire their work and kindness, they deserve all the good in the world! Thank you for coming to pick me up at the port, a small gesture which goes a long way :) I highly recommend the place also in terms of location! You are basically right next to the port and old town of Parikia and you can easily move around to other locations of the island without any issues. Lots of supermarkets and other facilities nearby. Would definitely go again :)
Nothing really, maybe just the Wi-Fi was quite slow at times, especially at night, but I assume it's also because there was more traffic during those hours, with guests being back in their rooms.

Konstantinos was an enthusiastic and helpful host, meeting us at the port and giving us a detailed orientation with maps before he settled us in. Always available to advise and help while his pet, the delightful Odysseas was a one-dog reception committee who would wait at the stairs to greet us. The location is unbeatable, with the port, bus terminal, Livadia beach and many nice supermarkets and restaurants just a short walk away. And a historic church literally a few steps from us. Perfect base for Paros even if you don't drive because the buses connect everywhere. Bright and cheerful place ... we enjoyed our time there.
No complaints, considering the kind of homelike budget hotel it is.

We absolutely loved our stay at Viva Margarita! The owners create such a welcoming and social vibe. Our room was amazing value for the price with a very comfortable bed and little balcony. The host sat us down with a map when we arrived and explained everything about Paros and helped us plan our day each morning with an amazing complimentary coffee and cake on the terrace every morning !!! Konstantinos beach and restaurant recommendations helped us get the absolute most out of our time on the island. Because of him we had some of the most amazing meals and stunning beaches to ourselves for hours. We stayed four nights and could have stayed longer.

Gorgeous charm, very colourful, vibrant atmosphere with very attentive hosts - they picked me up at the ferry port and gave me a very detailed verbal guide of the island, super helpful and friendly, really made my experience amazing! The room is perfect size, the bathroom is equipped. I loved the vanity and the balcony. The property was a 2 min walk to old market street with all the shops, and less than a 10min walk to the bus, which is perfect! Also close to nearby beaches and the main strip of restaurants where you can watch a beautiful sunset every night!
No complaints! The first night I stayed I found the ceiling fan quite loud making it hard to sleep, so I just switched it off as there was another fan too. I didn’t complain about the fan but the host knew and had it fixed the next day, and it made no noise after that. Very attentive! Appreciated the effort!

Absolutely lovely little hotel, fantastically characterful and colourful with fun decor throughout and a brilliant roof terrace! We were given free coffee and delicious home made cake and the hosts were so friendly, offering recommendations of things to do. We could borrow beach towels and umbrellas, and there was suncream available to use if needed too. The room was small but comfortable, and we had a little balcony to sit on in our downstairs room. Also loved the eco friendly ethos and solar panels! Also a sweet friendly dog!
There were fans available in the room but no air con - completely understandable because air con is less eco friendly! But in the middle of August the room was very warm! However still absolutely loved the hotel and would come back.

Konstantinos was amazing. Upon arriving, he gave a village map with recommendations on sites, food, desserts and how to spend my day. Even after I left, he gave me recommendations for my next Greece island. Truly made this stay and experience remarkable. I also had my own balcony where I was able to do laundry and hand up my clothes to dry on the accordion metal rack that’s nailed to the wall. I also had a welcome in house made dessert that was absolutely delicious and was informed they make it every morning and serve it during the morning hours as well.

We spent two days in Paros and had a fantastic experience at this accommodation. The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly—they made us feel very welcome from the start. Upon arrival, they provided us with a map and gave great recommendations for the best beaches, restaurants, and viewpoints, which really helped us make the most of our short stay. The owner even helped us rent a budget-friendly quadbike. Also enjoyed the fact that the overall running of the hotel was really sustainable and that a bowl of fresh water was left daily for the strays. The location of the hotel was perfect—just a short walk to the center, yet in a peaceful area away from the crowds. It struck a great balance between convenience and tranquility. One lovely bonus was their friendly and cuddly dog, who made the place feel even more homely. All in all, a great place to stay. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Paros!
The only downside was the mattress, which we found quite uncomfortable. We still slept through the night , but it’s something that could definitely be improved.

The hosts were exceptional. They sit you down when you arrive to run you through a map of the island and Parika with suggestions of the best things to see and places to eat, including helping you plan an itinerary for the amount of days you are staying! They offer coffee and cake every morning to start the day and are great to chat to and answer any questions. The island of Paros isn't the biggest or most touristic so having a locals insight is very handy and the personal touch made our trip feel very worthwhile. I can see that if you didn't know where to go and what to do, a trip to Paros could feel a bit repetitive and slow but with the tips of the owners you will feel very busy and get to some places you would otherwise miss. Very friendly. Rooms were also comfortable and facilities were all good. Would definitely recommend especially for the price it is offered at compared to other places!

If I could score this property higher, I would. The host was so lovely, and met us personally with a sign from the ferry to walk us to the hotel. From there he let us settle, before meeting us in the common area to provide an overview of Paros and his recommendations. This was very helpful, including bus routes and restaurants. Another massive bonus was how cute and affordable the hotel was. We have been travelling for several weeks, and this was definitely the cheapest of our stays. They also have a very cute dog, who is so well behaved and loved a quick cuddle.

- wonderful location!! 8 minute walk from the port harbour - amazing hosts, so helpful and even helped carry my bag from the ferry port!! - host was so kind to give us honest advice on places to see in Paros - host is very responsive and quick! - the hosts were upfront about this being an eco hotel which I appreciated and found it to be actually quite cool at night time (visiting in May) and didn’t need the fan! Also the hot water started after a minute despite it being night time :)
- minor thing: I was given the downstairs room (which I’m super grateful for with my luggage) but found the curtain didn’t cover the full window for privacy otherwise I felt very safe and there is hardly any traffic on the road the hotel is located
