Almost everything! Most of all the exceptionally kind owner and her husband. Wonderfully friendly people. Great location only a few meters/yards from either the waterfront or Market Street. So easy to come & go. Very nicely furnished.

There are some things you need to know and accept before staying here. First, no breakfast served but you have a kitchenette if you want to prepare your own which is what I did. Second, payment was taken 18 days in advance of arrival. I knew that going in and although out of the ordinary, you need to know and be OK. And finally, hot water is mainly produced in the Greek islands, I think, by solar heating. Probably not going to get “hot” showers in the morning - got mine in the late afternoon or early evening just fine. Just some things to be accepting of.

Margarita was such a friendly, helpful host. She catered to our every need and was always available (literally next door) if we wanted or needed for anything. Her pet turtle which roamed around under our balcony was a bonus for the kids! We traveled with our two kids (2 & 3 years olds) so it was great to be able to avail of her washing machine when needed. The apartment was very convenient within easy walking distance of a large supermarket, plus a smaller shop around the corner, the town beach, cafe's, pizzeria and the beautiful old town.

The mattresses weren't the most comfortable, but I would still rate the overall stay as excellent.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The location is perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Mrs. Margarita was incredibly hospitable, offering us great recommendations for dining, parking, beaches to visit, and more. The room was spotless and had a wonderful private, covered sitting patio, giving us just the right amount of privacy. It’s only a short, easy walk to Parikia town, the shops, and a nearby food market, making everything super convenient. With the beach just a stroll away, everything we needed was within easy reach. This place was exactly what we were looking for, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Margarita and her husband were very friendly and welcoming, They helped us to settle in quite fast. We were early to check in and they made an effort to quickly clean up the room for us to check in early. The place is very quiet and has a nice garden in front of it. Close the doors and windows if you do not want insects to fly in. Any help you need, Margarita is just staying upstairs. She is very responsive, Carpark is available just outside the property. If not, there is a huge free public parking very nearby. There is a big supermarket which is 5min walk away.

The walk from the port to the property was not so near. It is a slightly more than 10 min walk. it could be quite tiring pulling the luggage during the walk. However, for the price we are paying, no complaints at all.

It was like coming home, with adorable Margarita welcoming you with big and warm smile, excitingly showing you around the appartment, giving you advices and every time we meet Margarita on her doorstep, it's always waves and cheers, she even offered to show us her house full of family treasures. The appartment was spacious, extremely clean, very comfortable, fully equipped, bed linen was immaculate, rooms are fresh with plenty of windows to catch breezes and fresh air or sun light. The location is perfect, off the main road - if you have a car to explore Paros, it is definitly a plus - but in a very quiet, safe and lovely neighbourhood. You are litterally 3 minutes walk away from the beach front or the center of Parikia old town or main shopping street, 7 minutes walk from the ferry port. We cannot hope of a better location or setting, we are surrounded by private houses, villas, lush gardens though minutes walk away from cafés, restaurants, and shops. If you plan preparing your meals at home (who would...there are so many excellent places for breakfast, lunch or dinner within minutes walk!), supermarkets and home catering are also minutes walk away on the main road behind the house. Evenings and nights are perfectly quiet. I highly recommend Margarita's place for anyone, individual, family or group who wish a highly pleasant stay in Paros, in a relaxed, spacious, quiet and comfortable abode, and also so close to the beach front, old town center, port and road. Every aspect of our stay in Paros at Margarita's was perfect, first would be adorable Margarita herself, who always makes her best you are feeling at home.

Too many good things to say about this place!! We were greeted by Margarita and her husband upon arrival, who are genuinely the sweetest couple I’ve ever met. They were easy to contact and assisted us with luggage, parking accommodations, etc. Margarita Studios is perfectly located, just a short walk to center of town without feeling stuck in the hustle and bustle especially during prime tourism for the island. Absolutely recommend this gem of a place to all types of groups; family, friends, couples, and even solo! Will definitely be staying at Margarita Studios again in the future :)

Absolutely nothing bad to say about this place!

If you’re looking for a homey and authentic feeling in the midst of a lot of expensive places on Paros this should be it! Beautiful and cute studio on top of the owner’s house. Really comfy! Because I travel budget I cooked inside, which was doable. The owners are unbelievably sweet and helpful! They welcomed me after I arrived at midnight during a thunderstorm. I arrived soaked and exhausted but they made sure I was cared for. I felt really welcome as a solo traveller. You can leave your luggage at their place if needed. Σας ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ!

Just a thought, In spring/summer it would maybe be nice to have sunbeds on the roof! However I visited in April so no need. Everything was perfect.

Staying at Margarita’s was a highlight of our trip. Firstly the location was brilliant, short walk 2-5min walk from the main town. The room was very comfortable for 3 of us. Margarita was what made this stay special - she greeted us like family on arrival and every day we stayed. She was incredibly friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. When we realised we’d made an error with our booking duration she was so accommodating. If we were to return to Paros we would absolutely stay with Margarita again.

I would like to sincerely thank you for an excellent stay in your apartment. Everything was a perfect ten! Margarita was extremely friendly, kind and helpful, which greatly contributed to a pleasant stay. I would especially like to highlight cleanliness of the room. Do yourself a favour and book a room at Margarita Studios. Margarita was an amazing hostess, genuine embodiment of φιλοξενία (philoxenia), and super friendly; she made sure we were comfortable and accommodated all our requests and queries. The rooms were a short walk from the center/port and were in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood; you truly felt like a local walking through all the small streets. Groceries, busses, ATV/car rentals, beaches, restaurants, shops; it was all in the palms of our hands.
