We liked absolutely everything. The swimming pool was amazing and the location of the accommodation was in perfect walking distance from the seafront and port. Katerina was super nice and helpful. A special shout out to Mario as well who was so friendly and helpful. We are already starting to miss the place!

Our extended family really enjoyed our week long stay in Villa Katerina. We rented a 2 bedroomed apartment and two double rooms. We loved everything about our stay. The rooms/apartment we're really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff and owner we're very helpful, welcoming and kind. The pool area was a lovely place to relax and chill and take a drink. It is beautifully maintained and decorated. Villa Katerina is just a short 3 min walk from the town beach, old town and 10 mins from ferry and bus station. We loved Paros and when we return, I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. I highly recommend Villa Katerina. Book it, you won't regret it :)

10/10 for Villa Katerina! This place was great - nothing luxurious but also not expensive, for the price we paid we were very happy! The location is great, you can walk anywhere in Parikia and I think it is more calm than being right next to the port for example. Our rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable, we slept really well. The swimming pool area is lovely. No breakfast included but there is a bakery nearby and also the possibility to order food from a nearby restaurant. The best part of our stay was the extremely lovely, friendly and helpful staff! Everyone at Villa Katerina was so welcoming and whatever question or request we had it was taken care of immediately. Thank you for everything!

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and we can only leave a glowing review! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness — Katerina was always helpful, friendly, and professional. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated in Cycladic style, and incredibly peaceful. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully each night. The location is perfect — close to the center and beaches, but still quiet and relaxing. We truly felt taken care of and at home. If we return to Paros (and we hope we do!), we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

a clean modern hotel in a good location - about 5 mins walk from sea front/old town, and 15 mins to harbour great bakery and delicatessen near by. Look out for the outdoor cinema, villa Katrina is just next-door to this. I particularly appreciated the rapid and helpful replies from the villa whilst I was still in the UK. yes the balcony is small, but there is other lovely spots around the villa to sit and relax in privacy, There is also the pool, set in lovely gardens. Very popular with children when I was there.

We missed our ferry so was late checking in and a long walk to find Villa, Rang the owner-v.understanding and her husband came out to find us & guide us back. Reception informative of bus times, maps of other towns and nearby supermarket. Villa cleaned daily and areas kept clean. V. welcoming & friendly. Had the balcony which was good, tv & fridge. Shower oil provided was heavenly! Would have given full marks if only offered b&b or half board options. But good value stay for the price paid. Would stay again if inclined to go back to Paros.

My mobility isn't fantastic so would have liked location nearer the Port- it's a bit of a trek on foot at night with cases/bags on a flat path-about 30'45 min for me, and a shortcut through a dusty stoney carpark.

A lovely hotel on the beautiful island of Paros. The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette. The pool was large and very clean, with wonderfully refreshing water. The sun loungers by the pool were beautiful and comfortable, and there were also various seating areas and a lounge — all very stylish. You can buy drinks and ice cream by the pool and order from a menu with a wide selection of food and coffee. Simply superb! We definitely hope to return someday! Highly recommended!

Lovely comfy bed ,nice modern room, close to the bars and restaurants . Pool was nice , the sun loungers were the most comfortable we have ever lay on, there was a self service fridge with reasonably priced drinks . Food was ordered in and delivered to the pool.

I asked for a nice room with a nice view from the balcony, as we were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to sit on balcony having a drink before going out. Have to say was hugely disappointed when we didn't get this, the balcony was so tiny and a view of the carpark. Katerina explained she just didn't have a room available like that at that time. I requested this month's in advance. The shower tray flooded the floor when u had a shower, drain must be blocked. Easily fixed I would think though.

We loved our room, it was spacious and super clean, had A/C and a little balcony, where we enjoyed our breakfast every morning. We loved the pool area as well, and most importantly, the hosts were really helpful and nice and they helped us with everything, from giving tips on where to eat and which places to visit, to helping us rent scooters for traveling around the island. The accommodation was conveniently located only a short walk away from the town, and there was a supermarket & bakery close by as well. We really fell in love with Paros and definitely want to come back for another stay! ☺️

We love the poor facilities in the staff treated us extremely well. It’s also walking distance to almost everything you could need and about 10 minutes to get to the port. The rooms are clean, although small.

If you get one of the budget rooms, they are all on the bottom floor and have very weak Wi-Fi. We had no Wi-Fi or data in our room and asked to be upgraded to a different room which we had to pay an extra €30 for.
