The location, the pool, and the stunning views from all angles. Superb!

The parking was a little tricky so we parked on a nearby street instead. The room could have possibly done with a little more furniture as there was no sofa/chair in the rooms or speaker as shown in the advertised pictures. Staff were very friendly and always on hand to help however it felt as though there was no distinction at times between guests and staff, as they would sit at the bar and use pool loungers. Overall the hotel was fab and would recommend those looking for a modern clean hotel to check out Parea.

Lovely clean room built in the traditional style with a great balcony & marvellous view. Lux pool area with lots of seating. Very nice outlook - Aegean to the front, grapevines out the back. Delicious and generous buffet breakfast served each morning. Plenty of storage space, nice traditional shower. Staff were always available and very helpful & friendly. About a 15 min walk into town - the first 200m along a busy road, some of it without a footpath. We didn’t mind it, but you need to take care.

Just a couple of minor things. The coffee and tea seemed like a mission in the mornings - it needs an upgrade. Rickety breakfast tables. There was no table/desk or sofa in the room (although plenty of room for one).

Such a stunning hotel, we loved everything about Parea. The team are very welcoming and helpful with some great recommendations, it’s a short walk into Parikia where there are so many nice bars and restaurants. We didn’t have a car so it was also really handy to have 2 amazing beaches in walking distance, we spoke to others who also said the buses are very convenient for exploring the area. Bounteraki restaurant is only a short walk away and is not to be missed, same for Magaya and Alexandros bar for sunset cocktails by the windmill. We had a sea view room on 3rd floor, it was beautifully designed with amazing views of the sea and sunset and a balcony overlooking the vineyard on the other side. Nice toiletries and very clean rooms. Pool area is small but very chilled and never feels too busy. Nice bar, they don’t serve snacks but you can order from Wolt. Breakfast was really good, served from 9 which is a little later than other hotels but not a problem. Would highly recommend Parea to anyone travelling to Paros.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The hotel was absolutely stunning and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The pool area was great also with lots of areas to relax around and easy to get drinks/snacks from the bar next to the pool. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. The reception staff kindly arranged a cake for my friend’s birthday and brought it out to the pool area which was lovely. They also helped us arrange a quad bike for the day and transfers to and from the port. Our room was cleaned and towels refreshed every day.

The food menu could be improved - better options for lunch like sandwiches. However that’s the only negative thing so have to say everything else was amazing.

This was a great property, gorgeous pool, the room was huge and beautiful. The breakfast every morning was wonderful and the view to the ocean was amazing! Air conditioning worked well and kept us cool. We were pleasantly surprised by how large the room was and how nicely it was decorated.

There was definitely a smell that began coming from the bathroom during our stay... It smelled like either garbage or sewage and we couldn't figure out what it was which made leaving the door to the washroom open not an option. The parking lot was extremely small which caused us some stress around parking the rental car for the evening, having to park some people in which made for a not so restful sleep.

Parea Paros is absolutely stunning. My partner and I had the best stay and strongly recommend staying at this gorgeous boutique hotel. From the breathtaking aesthetic to the beautiful staff, I guarantee you, your stay at Parea Paros will be a memorable one. All staff are so friendly and they will go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience at Parea. Included in your stay, every morning a breakfast spread is freshly made for all visitors, comprising of Greek yogurt, granola, fruit, freshly made baguettes with cold meats, salad and cheeses, a selection of sweet and savoury pastries and cakes, with tea and coffee to complement your breakfast. Throughout the day fresh fruit is available at the bar. The location is perfect, with just a short walk to restaurants but if car/ATV hire is desired to further explore Paros, staff will organise it for you so it is right at your door. My partner and I could not ask for anything more. Thank you Parea!

Gorgeous boutique hotel in a lovely location on Paros. They say no breakfast but the ‘snacks’ (pastries, sandwiches, cookies, fruit and coffee) around the pool every morning between 09:30 and 11:30 were wonderful. All staff very welcome and helpful. They gave us a free shot around the pool the first night and the two of hotel staff joined us. Relaxed vibe around the pool with Ibiza lounge style music with occasional bit of reggae! 20 min walk down hill on a road to town. Easy bus to Naousa. Short walk to small local beach where you can swim or get a drink or some food in the beach side restaurant. Supermarket 10 mins. Overall wonderful relaxing stay.

Although only 20 min walk a small part is on a busy road. Don’t let it out you off just be aware. A lot of people seemed to rent cars anyway.

Absolutely amazing staff, so attentive and helped us out with whatever we needed! Great pool, great breakfast, great cocktails! Fantastic views to the ocean. Squeaky-clean and beautiful room, super minimalistic and modern! Short walk to the main city! Would 1000% book again! Really awesome accommodation for little money!

Not a problem for us, but if you have a rental car, driving to the hotel's car park is quite sketchy (if you're not a confident driver).

Beautiful , modern property conveniently located within 10-15 min walk to Parikia town. We spent 4 nights at this property and we absolutely loved it. The room was clean and spacious with good amenities, the coffee maker was a plus. A massive thank you to the staff who went far and beyond to meeting all our needs. The views from the pool were amazing.

2 things that could be improved: Breakfast- it’s so small.. it consists of fruit , tea and coffee, Greek yogurt and some cakes. So if you are a breakfast lover this is not the place for you Parking - it’s a small property with only a limited number of parking slots. Most of the times there wasn’t enough space to park so we had to leave the car down a narrow road but in doing so had to reverse on a steep hill(quite dangerous at night)

Quiet location next to a vineyard only 10 minute walk from edge of Parikia with a view of the sea. The rooms felt very lush and had a very large outdoor balcony. Grab and go breakfast pastries and sandwiches were great as someone who doesn't typically eat a full breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful to arrange transfers when needed.

Some of the pool furniture was a little shabby and it stays mostly in the shade so hard to utilize the pool in the shoulder season but to be expected I suppose.
