Beautiful view, very friendly and helpful staff and gorgeous setting. Before we had even arrived the staff were so helpful arranging transfers, and when we arrived they were so accommodating arranging taxis and a trip to a local winery which was the highlight of our trip. We also ventured into the port town one of the nights (€20 taxi each way for a 10 mins drive so it is pricey), and had amazing local greek food on a recommendation from one of the ladies at reception which was lovely. The pool area was beautiful (no mad rush to the loungers here in the morning also which was nice) which a lovely view, the rooms were really modern, clean and nicely set up as individual units, and the setting was really pretty. Breakfast had a really good range and was of a high standard, the pool food options were nice and reasonable and the BBQ at the hotel we had one of the nights was a highlight (nice authentic greek food). I also had a massage one of the mornings which was such a treat and reasonably priced. Overall it was a lovely, relaxing and warm setting to have a chilled few days, and as a good base camp to explore the island if you rent a car/quad. Definitely good value for the price and I would happily come back/recommend it.

Couple of minor bits for the hotel/a guest to consider. Only a standard body/hair wash combo was provided. It would elevate the hotel further to have a few more toiletries on offer. On one of the nights there was a party going on nearby which was quite loud until 3am - it was just one night but worth bringing earplugs just in case. All other nights were quiet however.

Overall, I really liked the hotel. The room and the view exceeded my expectations, with the charming classic Greek style. It’s well located and within reasonable walking distance from Parikia.

However, I didn’t like that breakfast starts at 8:00 AM instead of 7:00 AM. Many guests, including families and early risers, are up before then, and by 8:00 AM the area was already very crowded. Also, the pool bar service only starts at 11:00 AM. For a hotel in this price range, service should begin earlier—around 9:00 AM would improve the experience, especially considering the pool is one of the main attractions. Additionally, the quality of the pool towels could be better, given the boutique hotel category and price point.

The view and location is absolutely stunning!! Love that they also look after the stray cats well

There needs to be a policy in place to prevent people hogging the sun loungers to keep it fair for all guests . Every morning for 6 days we were there the same people were laying towels at 7am and not using the loungers until late afternoon. The gym would be fab with an upgrade and some antibacterial wipes to clean equipment.

Really good location, close to Parikia. I think the breakfast was good compared to buffet breakfasts elsewhere. I liked the garden and pool area, it was beautiful. Plenty of parking space. I was happy that the pool was salt water.

It could have been more sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. I did not like that the doors were really thin, and locked by keys, rather than cards. I know every room is pretty much the same here, but we got the one next to the cleaning service room, and it was always open, and i could just see inside everytime i opened my room. I think you should specifically ask for a pool view or a bungalow type of room, because the ones inside the main building with the strange alleyway weren’t the vibe.

Most staff were very helpful, some didn't really know much about the local area etc. Overall, staff were great, especially pool bar staff who provided exceptional service and were very friendly.

A mix up with the 6 rooms I had booked leading to blame being pointed at me and rooms booked for extra days being on sold, leading to having to vacate the rooms earlier than expected. I felt the attempts to address the issue were not thorough enough and left my party out of pocket.

The hotel is outside the capital Paroikia. We had rented a car and were grateful to be away from the noise. The hotel is located on a bluff overlooking the bay. You can watch the ferries come and go, as well as look at the lights of Paroikia at night. Our room was in block 16, the furthest away from everything, and we loved it. We had a sea view (just pay for it - it's worth it) and the view was mesmerising. The room was modern with a clothes rack and a fridge. We absolutely loved staying here. The pool was salt water and pretty large - loved it.

The one hiccup was the wind (meltemi), which obviously the hotel cannot control. Given the location of the hotel on an exposed bluff, if the wind blows, it's powerful and loud. So, you have to close the window to reduce the noise, and then it's hot, so you turn on the A/C. This is no criticism of the hotel, but something worth knowing if you're a sensitive sleeper.

The hotel was gorgeous, with a backdrop of the ocean and a small beach right on the doorstep. The pool was gorgeous, and nice and clean. All over, the hotel was clean, well maintained, and just perfect for our holiday!

The food at the hotel left a lot to be desired. The buffet breakfast was decent (although after a week of it, there is little change in the food offered so we did get a bit sick of it), but the lunches and dinners were decidedly average, bordering on bad. Luckily we hadn't planned to eat dinner or lunch there often, but still a bit of a let down.

The view was spectacular and staff was very friendly. They were so nice about making change to our reservation since I booked the wrong date! Very much appreciated. We were able to walk into town in about ten minutes. This was the only hotel so far that did not include shuttle- although not a huge issue for us. They will book you a shuttle transport but it was €25 each way. The pool was beautiful but too cold outside for us to try.

There were no blankets in the room- just sheets. Would be great in the summer time but a light coverlet was still needed at the time we went. We used our travel blankets and the robes they provided for a little warmth. They probably would have provided us some if we asked but it was late.

The location is great, the staff were so helpful. We had the loveliest stay here and didn’t want to leave. Breakfast was fantastic, lunch was great and so was dinner (we had only paid for breakfast included but were so impressed with the hotel, we tried lunch and dinner too) - highly recommend!

Tv signal in the room didn’t work which isn’t a big deal, but wanted to mention.

Beautiful location overlooking the ocean

Transport should be provided by the resort into the town due to the location of the resort, as the local bus service was very unreliable. Often we would climb the hill to go to the bus stop and all buses were full so didnot stop. 20 euros each way in a taxi due to location.
