Clean, simple yet chic room. Very convenient location - easy walk if you are traveling via ferry and also to the bus station to travel around Paros during your stay, as well as to all of the restaurants and shops in Parikia. Frankie the host was very communicative, helpful with recommendations, and responsive to addressing any issues. Good AC. Secure luggage storage for several hours between check out time and when I needed to be at the airport. Room had a tiny balcony - too small to really use and looked over a gross patio with a dirty mattress - but was a great place to hang beach towels, swim suits, etc.

Zero soundproofing in the rooms so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and even the front keypad beeps from the floor below. There is a flight of stairs to the rooms and while Frankie was super nice to help me with my luggage upon arrival, it was a huge pain when leaving (as a solo female with luggage for a 6 week trip). I thought other reviewers were overreacting to the shower/bathroom situation, but it really is the most poorly designed bathroom I've ever seen - I didn't have a proper shower my entire stay.

Frankie was an excellent host checking in on us periodically and had all the information needed when asked. Room was convenient to the town centre, restaurants and ferries. Rooms are on the first floor which is reasonable.

613701398576 1800804016 Only consideration is the bathroom (room #6). The shower, toilet and hand basin is all contained in a very small area which has you showering in a tight space next to the toilet. Might be a challenge for some.

Frankie welcomed us very friendly and made sure that our check in and out was easy. He also gave us information about where to shop, eat and do and offered us to contact him if we have more questions during our stay. The room is very well equipped and centrally located in Parikia - everything was right around the corner. The bed was super comfortable, the shower had a good water pressure and the aircon was working without any problems.

It isn’t very soundproof, but during off season there were not many people, so for 3 nights it was still durable. The bathroom is relatively small but nice.

Excellent. Perfect location, perfect room (air con, wifi, bed, space, bathroom, etc), customer service on point (helped with directions, instructions, recommendations, and always available + room service every day which was thorough), also priced really well. Overall 10/10 experience so glad we booked here

Nothing, I wouldn’t change a thing

Loved the location. It was only a minutes walk to the square, port and beautiful back street of Parikia. Frankie was next level wonderful with his assistance for us. The room was really lovely and always clean. we would definitely recommend it.

The bathroom was next level small. you had to squeeze in to fit on the toilet and the shower was not much bigger. But we did have a choice of a slightly larger bathroom but smaller room.

Frankie is an exceptional host. He warmly greets you upon arrival and provides invaluable advice about the local area and the entire island. Whether you need recommendations for a beach club or assistance with an ATV rental, you can always count on him to help you out at a moment's notice. The location is unbeatable—just a 1-2 minute walk from the port and less than a minute's stroll to the heart of the city.

Excellent communication from Frankie regarding our arrival time and method followed by a warm greeting at the port and very short walk to the apartment. Lovely little apartment with spacious balcony overlooking a quiet street. Frankie went through everything about the apartment efficiently and offered us advice about the local area. We hired cycles for the 3 days we were there which he kindly allowed us to keep secure at the bottom of the stairs.

This accommodation offers the best value for money. We stayed here for 5 days before switching to Naousa for another 5 days. We regret not booking our entire stay here because it was excellent, and the distance between the two villages is short. You can easily stay in one place and explore the whole island from there.Frankie was very attentive to our needs and provided fantastic recommendations. Location was great - only a few minutes walk from the port and bus terminal. Nice clean room - comfy bed. Nice little balcony. Room serviced daily

The shower - so small and although the water pressure was excellent - you couldn’t move around and everything got drenched in the bathroom. No water provided but did have a coffee machine

Host contacted us with all the information needed to get to the appartement. The street of the appartement is quiet, with just around the corner all the shops and restaurants. After our stay we could store our luggage as our Ferry would leave late in the afternoon. The appartement was very clean and there was a daily housekeeper to replace the towels and clean the room.
