The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Metro station. Very comfortable with a solid food offering. Friendly staff. Good value for money!

We enjoyed our stay at the Savoy hotel and thought the room was very spacious and clean. We ate dinner the day we arrived at the hotel restaurant and thought the dishes were really good (we particularly enjoyed the beef gyros!). The breakfast was good and we appreciated the option to make our own fresh-pressed orange juice but we would have preferred that the continental breakfast options be more varied and the bread be fresher.

As previously mentioned we would have liked for the breakfast to be more varied and the bread fresher as well as the pillows to be a bit firmer but none of these things detracts from the fact that the hotel is very hospitable and clean and a great option for those that need to be in close proximity to the port (for example if you have a cruise departure and need to arrive the day before!)

The location was fabulous. It was an easy metro ride from the airport and a 10 minute walk to our cruise ship. A small grocery is nearby. ATM across the street. Cafes and restraunts are plentiful. Excellent breakfast with scrambled and fried eggs, ham, great cold selections fresh squeezed juice machine.

The water for the bath didn't get as hot as we like and the bathroom is a little bit tight, but neither was terrible. Everything else was great

It is an old hotel but with new areas, so I'm not expecting a palace I was only there for two nights to sleep while visiting some friends in the area. I liked the downstairs foyer and the street tables and chairs are great for a drink or while I was waiting for friends to pick me up to head down to the Port restaurants. - The staff are very nice and they understand the value of customer service. One worker even opened the elevator door for me when I first arrived. - I will definitely stay here again in the near future.

we liked the location but we had some bad experiences that Our bed sheets were dirty and it seemed like they were used and they were not clean.The receptionist he was so polite amd he changed them immediately in the middle of the night and the receptionist proposed to have free accomodation in the future.we are travelling a Pireus so often it is so good behavior .We would like to accept this offer. We really like the hotel so definitey we will continue to choose it.

2 additional rooms booked directly through the hotel were not available, nor did they have a record of the reservation when we arrived. After showing the email confirmation I had received, the person at the desk , Dora, was kind and accepted their error and found accommodation for 2 couples though the hotel was fully booked.

Excellent staff. Good location for travel. Had a good food menu to choose from. Little gym in basement was a great addition.

Minor points : No water in gym or towels. With the summer period a water fountain or dispenser surely is a necessity. Staff seemed stretched in bar area. No fault of there own but getting a drink outside of restaurant area was difficult. Otherwise a great stay

At first we were at a room that was very outdated and noisy. Than due to a problem in the air conditioner they moved us to another room which was much better. Breakfest was ok for me, had all the things i need. The staff are wonderful,very kind and willing to help. I also really liked the machine in the lobby that you can buy water bottles, it was much needed.

The room was outdated, small shower, small elevators. My recommendation is to order a mini suite room

The staff was awesome and very helpful. The location was perfect for leaving on a cruise the following day. The room was just the right size and the breakfast was an added benefit.

Our room was sufficient but quite small. For the same price my sister got the penthouse room. Just a bit strange. Not really any complaints though as the staff were great and extremely accommodating.The breakfast was wonderful.

The room size and bathroom size were small as well as the bed.
