The location excellent for those wanting the port or close to the metro /trains . The whole experience was excellent from entering to leaving with smiling helpful staff .Lovely room extremely comfortable bed and pillows and nicely appointed, 10/10 for cleanliness. A restaurant and bar at your disposal . The breakfast was excellent the only thing we say is an explanation maybe to how the breakfast works might make things easier gp for everyone .We were given the menu and told we could choose 2 things each we were not informed that tea coffee and fruit juice was inclusive , Most travellers to Athens are used to buffet breakfast style so this is very different ,however it was all served beautifully presented and tasting excellent and obviously quality goods as the basis , I wouldn’t want you to change a thing . The whole hotel is nicely appointed and interesting things to read and see about its history. . Congratulations to the all the staff as you are all very much the driving force behind your hotels good name .

There is nothing you could not like

I was very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff during my stay. The presence of staff from different nationalities created a separate cultural richness for the hotel. The hotel is generally decorated with quality materials and offers everything you need. It is nice to have free high-speed internet and parking. There is nothing to say about the location. You are in the center of the port. Easy access to Athens center. The receptionist offered breakfast at C/Out. But I did not try it because I did not have time, but I promise next time... Very nice hotel, nice stuff and good food. new hotel, a good 4 stars hotel. Very nice the rooftop.

Location is very comfy to get to the city center but it’s not nice and impossible to find a free the parking. The only way is to pay 10€ per day. But what I don’t find nice is the room service after 19:30 pm. After a long day at the beach we came in the room and there was still no clean towels and the room not cleaned up. It’s annoying if you have to shower! Room it’s very nice but there is no place for your clothes. Literally only few hangers and one drawer and for 2 people it’s impossible!

Nice welcome from the man on the desk on 22 April, sorry we’ve forgotten his name. The hotel was so close to the port, we could see the ferry terminal from our little window! Close to metro. Great breakfasts! Super comfortable bed and pillows, fabulous shower.

The bedroom window was painfully small, not really worth paying for upgrade. The roof terrace was closed!! On our first morning the staff at breakfast were more intent on chatting than serving, difficult to get their attention, second morning was fine and the breakfasts are yummy!

location near the cruise port .Nice comfortable room ,clean and coffee and tea and water and fridge,also robes and slippers .Friendly staff , excellent breakfast in comfortable dining room for €10. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner in the dining room with excellent service. there's lots of coffee shops around the hotel and you can walk to the Greek islands cruise terminal. I almost forgot to mention their roof terrace with a bar to watch the sunsets and have a cocktail . it's only a short walk to Pireus Metro or train station.

Cosy room with stylish decor and incredibly comfortable . All the nice touches like the Nespresso machine and light dimmer switches,bathrobes ,tissue box and a perfect AC that makes no sound whatsoever. A really huge comfortable bed,a deep sleep. Nothing to fault this hotel ..it is a small piece of heaven so conveniently located right opposite ferry departures for the Cyclades. It really is a cut above the rest! The staff professional,friendly and polite and so attentive. Thank you,I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

I normally don't remember/don't get time to write a review but I have to give an excellent review for my stay. I booked this place because I had a ferry to catch the next morning. Despite my flight being delayed and arriving late, the receptionist checked me in instantly at 2am. I checked out the next morning at 9am even though I had my room until 12 noon. However, unfortunately, I had missed my ferry because I had trouble finding the ship at the big port. I returned to the hotel after missing my morning ferry disappointingly. However, the hotel staff was to ask if I wanted to check back into my room without hesitation (since room service has not been done yet) to wait until 12 noon I was elated by the generous offer since this is not common. (Also the room has cool features e.g. surround sound/music player system connected by Bluetooth so that you can listen to your favourite music by bluetooh). Lastly, after checking out at 12pm, the hotel receptionist asked if I wanted to leave my big luggage at the hotel since I don't have to drag them along while finding lunch before my ferry. Everything worked out well and I am very glad to have stay at Mitsus - excellent customer service and support.

The receptionist at 11pm was outstanding. We arrived a bit flustered and late and she put us at ease, helped us with our ferry tickets for the next morning, advised us of the change of vessel, and made sure we knew of the rooftop bar that served food (much needed). Top marks. The room was a total delight. Immaculately clean. Shower was heroic in size and function. Towels delicious etc etc. The lights were difficult to understand, which sounds pedantic but you have to experience them to fully know what I mean. Quite extraordinary. But I would still definitely look for this place to use next time I need to. We both felt lucky to have found the place.

We selected this hotel primarily for its convenient location, as we needed to catch an early morning ferry. Initially, I felt a bit uncertain when I saw the exterior, as the surrounding area didn’t appear very inviting. However, stepping inside the hotel was a delightful surprise. The reception staff greeted us warmly and were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our rooms were perfect for our one-night stay, equipped with fantastic amenities that exceeded our expectations. We took a taxi to the harbor, where we were spoiled for choice with numerous dining options. The taxi ride from the hotel was pleasant and only cost €10. Unfortunately, our return trip was less fortunate; we found ourselves in a taxi that only accepted cash and were charged €40 upon returning to the hotel! The rooftop area was somewhat underwhelming, but the downstairs space near the restaurant was a lovely spot for a few drinks before winding down for the night. We opted not to have breakfast, and check-out was smooth and efficient. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!

Nice new hotel, stylish and comfortable rooms. The service was really lovely, easy check in and check out. Location in Piraeus is so close to the subway, you are in Athens center within 15 mins. They offer room service, have a restaurant included and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Would stay again! Price value is good!

It’s a bit noisy if you like to sleep with an open window, but just keep it closed and turn the air-con on than it’s fine 😊
