Great location, perfect for a pre cruise stay. We travelled on the Metro direct from the airport and go off at the Piraeus stop which was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Staff were welcoming. We booked a superior room but the room was small and overlooked a wall. I double checked with reception to make sure we’d been allocated a superior room and was told that we had! The bed was ok, probably king sized and the bed linens were very clean and crisp. We asked for a quiet room and it was perfect, no noise at all. The roof top terrace was fabulous, a great vantage point. The best part of our stay was the restaurant, the food and quality were exceptional. As good as any fine dining restaurant. We hadn’t planned on eating in the hotel, but the menu looked good and the decor was relaxing after a long flight, so we decided to eat there and was completely wowed by the food. Highly recommended for a pre cruise stay.

The room was small and there was no where to sit, so we had to sit on the bed. On the hotel website, superior rooms are shown with a small balcony, but we didn’t get anything like this.

We were greeted by staff to carry our bags, the receptionist was friendly & helpful. We ordered a taxi to take us to our cruise ship, which got slightly delayed (only15mins) She immediately saw & took charge to chase this up, giving us the licences plate number to assure us it was on its way.

Only a small thing which didn’t spoil our experience. Some of the buffet hadn’t been replenished the fruit & coffee had run out. It took a while for the staff replenish it. Hot breakfast options available to order from your table. Which was delicious.

I reserved 10 rooms for a group of 21 people for my stay at Mitsis Hotel and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with getting the group settled quickly and efficiently. The outside area of the hotel may look a little unassuming, but the inside of the hotel was quite comfortable, relaxing and very eloquent. They have a lovely rooftop bar with finger food and the rooms with balconies have a really nice set up.

They have 2 restaurants that operate separately from each other (1st Floor and Rooftop Bar) and I wish they worked together so we could order the same meals at both locations. The bar on the 1st floor didn't make great cocktails, but served good food and the Rooftop Bar made great cocktails, but the finger foods were very limited and didn't taste as good as the 1st Floor restaurant. Otherwise, both settings were nice and accommodating.

I really loved the elevated look and modern vibe of the hotel. The room was small but surprisingly spacious and thoughtfully designed. The mood lighting gave it a chic, relaxing feel, and the rooftop bar was definitely a highlight! The bartender made amazing drinks and even treated us to a complimentary shot, which was such a nice touch. We stayed here while getting ready to board our cruise and really appreciated how conveniently located the hotel was to the port.

The only improvement I can think of is the room could have used a bit more lighting overall, especially for getting ready or packing. While the mood lighting was great for ambiance, a few brighter options would have been helpful.

The location excellent for those wanting the port or close to the metro /trains . The whole experience was excellent from entering to leaving with smiling helpful staff .Lovely room extremely comfortable bed and pillows and nicely appointed, 10/10 for cleanliness. A restaurant and bar at your disposal . The breakfast was excellent the only thing we say is an explanation maybe to how the breakfast works might make things easier gp for everyone .We were given the menu and told we could choose 2 things each we were not informed that tea coffee and fruit juice was inclusive , Most travellers to Athens are used to buffet breakfast style so this is very different ,however it was all served beautifully presented and tasting excellent and obviously quality goods as the basis , I wouldn’t want you to change a thing . The whole hotel is nicely appointed and interesting things to read and see about its history. . Congratulations to the all the staff as you are all very much the driving force behind your hotels good name .

There is nothing you could not like

I was very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff during my stay. The presence of staff from different nationalities created a separate cultural richness for the hotel. The hotel is generally decorated with quality materials and offers everything you need. It is nice to have free high-speed internet and parking. There is nothing to say about the location. You are in the center of the port. Easy access to Athens center. The receptionist offered breakfast at C/Out. But I did not try it because I did not have time, but I promise next time... Very nice hotel, nice stuff and good food. new hotel, a good 4 stars hotel. Very nice the rooftop.

Location is very comfy to get to the city center but it’s not nice and impossible to find a free the parking. The only way is to pay 10€ per day. But what I don’t find nice is the room service after 19:30 pm. After a long day at the beach we came in the room and there was still no clean towels and the room not cleaned up. It’s annoying if you have to shower! Room it’s very nice but there is no place for your clothes. Literally only few hangers and one drawer and for 2 people it’s impossible!

Nice welcome from the man on the desk on 22 April, sorry we’ve forgotten his name. The hotel was so close to the port, we could see the ferry terminal from our little window! Close to metro. Great breakfasts! Super comfortable bed and pillows, fabulous shower.

The bedroom window was painfully small, not really worth paying for upgrade. The roof terrace was closed!! On our first morning the staff at breakfast were more intent on chatting than serving, difficult to get their attention, second morning was fine and the breakfasts are yummy!

location near the cruise port .Nice comfortable room ,clean and coffee and tea and water and fridge,also robes and slippers .Friendly staff , excellent breakfast in comfortable dining room for €10. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner in the dining room with excellent service. there's lots of coffee shops around the hotel and you can walk to the Greek islands cruise terminal. I almost forgot to mention their roof terrace with a bar to watch the sunsets and have a cocktail . it's only a short walk to Pireus Metro or train station.

Cosy room with stylish decor and incredibly comfortable . All the nice touches like the Nespresso machine and light dimmer switches,bathrobes ,tissue box and a perfect AC that makes no sound whatsoever. A really huge comfortable bed,a deep sleep. Nothing to fault this hotel ..it is a small piece of heaven so conveniently located right opposite ferry departures for the Cyclades. It really is a cut above the rest! The staff professional,friendly and polite and so attentive. Thank you,I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.
