Friendly staff. Luggage drop possible long before check in. 24h reception. They can preorder a taxi. Room ok and spacious, wifi good, AC efficient. Location near port convenient for early morning ferries.

1. The AC blew directly onto the bed, regardless of rotation setting. We had to devise a cover through a beach towel to escape a certain cold. 2. Nespresso coffee machine, yes, but without any capsules or creamers or sweeteners (a few sugar portions were in place). This is a place for 1-2 nights only, hardly any guest will buy an entire pack of coffee capsules. The hotel should just provide 2-3 capsules for the guests (tip: buy compatible ones at LIDL). As it is now, it is more frustrating than an amenity.

Everything was modern, clean and well kept. The decor and furnishings all looked new. The well decorated, well furnished room was very spacious, and the bathroom a good size too, compared to other hotel bathrooms in Piraeus. It was great to have a big balcony to sit out on. The bed was comfortable and we could close the balcony shutters for a good nights sleep. There was no street noise. You can come and go as you please 24/7, after collecting your room key and outer door access card from Hotel Niki which is across the road, and which has 24 hour reception. if anything is needed. The property is well located, being a short walk to the port, the airport bus stop, restaurants and shops.

The room had an excellent location near the port where we would be taking our cruise. The room was spacious, absolutely clean, very well stocked and the guest service was impeccable. Everything was absolutely perfect, and this is from a guest who travels and stays in different parts of the world frequently.

Nice no frills efficiency with a mini fridge, and electric kettle, double bed and big screen TV and comfortable seating. Good hot water and shower pressure. Shampoo and soap provided.

The hand held shower head hangs loosely without an attachment to the shower wall, so you need to hold it over your head and wash with the other hand. I would have liked some tea bags provided because there was an electric kettle.

I liked the security, the location, the large balcony and the layout of the apartment. Having a kettle and a coffee machine with pods was great. There was soap and shampoo available too. Nice to see a full length mirror and a wardrobe with hangers. It was walking distance to so many places, the train station, the port, the laundromat and lots of cafes and restaurants.

I didn’t like that there was a plug in hob but not pot or pan to use with it and no microwave. Those would have been great. Also I don’t understand Greek showers where there’s a shower head but it just hangs loose, nothing on that way to hold it up. 2 of the nights I could hear some singing quite loudly but the rest of the week was quiet. I was confused because it said it was a non-smoking apartment but the inside did smell of old smoke.

The directions take you to Hotel Nicki which in itself looks unattractive with the reception next to a derelict looking building facade. It's disconcerting when you are looking for Elaea Boutique Apartments and all routes lead to Hotel Nicki. (Which is actually directly across the narrow street and from where you are received and taken to Elaea). Very confusing for first timers! In terms of the apartment the only complaint we would make was that the shower head was broken with nowhere to mount it for a hands free shower.

The staff was very friendly. The apartment was very nice, clean and big. The bathroom and the apartment it self was really new. The bathroom was very confortable. The facilities were really nice (coffee, sugar, tea bags were in the apartment when we arrived). The AC warked perfectly. The bed was very confortable.

I stayed only one night since I needed to take the ship the next day. The accommodation looked like new, and it is really close to Pireaus Port. Everything was clean and the room was bigger than expected. There are supermarkets around.

Very clean and modern facility. Nice big balcony. Nice big and clean bathroom. They are a little new apartment set up so much more space than a standard hotel room. Due to our late night arrival from the ferries and the grabbing dinner when we arrived we did not check in until after 11 PM which was no problem at all for this place. We will stay here for all future Piraeus transits as it was a very pleasant stay and would be a strong candidate for longer stays for sure.

Liked it all. Close enough to ferries and trains to make it an ideal spot for the Piraeus ferry to airport transfer.

This clean and bright apartment offers a peaceful and secure stay with the convenience of being near the harbor and town center. Enjoy a lovely rooftop balcony, friendly staff, and high privacy.

The only drawback is the poor sound isolation, meaning noise from adjacent rooms is easily audible.
