✨ Impeccable Stay Near Piraeus Port This hotel is brand new and perfectly located just a short walk from the Port of Piraeus. We had a cruise scheduled for the next day, and staying here was the best decision we could’ve made. There are great dining options nearby, and the metro station is just meters away — we arrived directly from the airport with ease. Although we only stayed one night, everything was truly fantastic. As Genius members, we were treated to a complimentary breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious — a real highlight of our stay. If I return to Athens, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book here again. The next morning, we left our luggage at the hotel while we explored the city before boarding our cruise. The staff kindly stored our bags with the same warmth and hospitality that defined our entire experience. Thank you for the outstanding service — we felt genuinely cared for every step of the way.

Absolutely nothing to complain about — everything was simply excellent

On a rating scale of 1 to 10, we would give a 100 if we could! From the minute we arrived we were greeted with big smiles and professional,friendly management and staff. Generously given a very early check in.A glass of bubbles because it was our 30th anniversary. Fruit in the room. A balcony which was definitely a free upgrade. The hotel is modern and squeaky clean. The breakfast was delicious and the portions are very large. We cannot compliment Twinn Downtown Piraeus,Santikos Collection enough for their genuine determination to attend to every detail of their guest's stay and ensure each individual's comfort. Always helpful and willing to help with big smiles!!!!! The location is very central and close to the ferry port,shops and excellent restaurants. After 30 years of traveling around the globe this has got to be the best place we have stayed!We will definitely be back. This great team know what they are doing and how to be successful at running a fantastic hospitality establishment that ticks all the boxes.Well done and thank you for a fabulous start to our Greek holiday.

The staff were really nice and so so helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Fresh orange juice your choice of meal freshly cooked and they even provided gluten free bread which is nearly impossible to find in Greece. Bed was really comerfortable, shower was good. Hotel new and spotlessly clean. Receptionist recommended a restaurant around the corner which was excellent and stayed open late. if using metro to Piraeus get off at last stop it is much closer to hotel than first stop where we got out - our own mistake. Hotel was really convenient to ferry port.

Well located in Piraeus, modern but quirky e.g the floor is at two levels for no apparent reason. Very clean, friendly staff and a great breakfast (an extra for me)

Very functional property but missing some touches that I’d like if staying more than one night. Wardrobe is non existent - but there is a rail for hanging clothes. A drinking glass would be nice. The large TV hangs over the bed but can’t be watched from the bed. Huge Windows are private enough to not need blinds, but there are two external lights on the ledge that shine into the room…

Got upgraded to an enormous king size room and was allowed late check out at noon. Brand new, minimalist aesthetic which is rare in this price range, and located steps from the metro (direct to airport) and short walk to ferry port. Right in the center of Piraeus so everything you need at your fingertips, very good sound insulation from the traffic outside too. Super friendly and helpful desk staff when I checked in, and made-to-order breakfast! Some others are complaining about the aircon not working but that's probably because you opened a window/door which cuts it off automatically, and you can turn it on again when you close it. That's standard everywhere (usually you can't even open a window/door in a hotel room) so maybe staff should mention this at check-in so that people don't get upset?

Disappointed that the excellent sound insulation was not extended internally...despite using earplugs, the cleaner was banging around at top volume in the room next door and up and down the communal staircase, playing music etc for 4 hours starting at 6:00, so the lie-in I planned didn't pan out. I also got a shock when she entered my balcony from the outside to water the plants...the shades were up and I was dressed, but surely you could arrange for maintenance to occur later in the day after guests check out?

This boutique hotel just opened in January, 2024 and is delightful. Our room was not large but very efficient and had everything we needed. It was comfortable, clean and bright. The staff was friendly, informative and accommodating. The included made-to-order breakfast was abundant and delicious. The location was perfect for seeing the city and marina and also for quick access to the port. This hotel is perfect for a one night stay before debarking on a cruise.

Our bed abutted right up to the window which was rather inconvenient for the person on the right side of the bed.

Breakfast was great, good quantities, good variety. It would be helpful to know before hand that is not buffet and we need to order at the moment, so we would have planned more time to ave breakfast - which we did for the next days.

Considering the blinds in the rooms, it was not possible to have the room completely in the dark, so in the morning quite early there was light, which could be dificult for some people to sleep well.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were absolutely lovely.

It was a Sunday evening and there were not many options for finding food locally. I would have liked to have eaten in the hotel. I understand that dinner is not an option there - but something at the bar would have been nice. Olives, fruit, chocolate. I only had one night in Athens and I had potato chips and a glass of wine for dinner. Which is my fault, really, for not anticipating that problem.

So this is my second stay at the Twinn and it does not disappoint! Get off at the Dimotiko Theatro metro stop (1 stop from Pireaus away from the hubbub) and in less than 2 blocks you are there. Friendly and helpful staff, clean modern rooms with a bath and shower room to be jealous of. The beds and pillows are top notch. Coffee drinks are complimentary. I did not have the breakfast (extra cost), but the options looked good from what I saw.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. I needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours before getting on a ferry to one of the islands. The hotel was built this year so everything is brand new and spotless. I personally loved the room and the bathroom and the little balcony with a view of the sunrise. It was very quiet and we slept well. My only gripe would be the pillows which could be softer but pillows are hard to get right so not a big issue! The room is really clever in its layout, very modern and quirky but with lots of steps so I think not great for the elderly or those with mobility issues. Breakfast was great and unlimited coffee. I will definitely stay again. I also forgot to say, we arrived at 2.30am in the morning after a late flight and were greeted with a lovely, friendly smiling receptionist. It was a lovely way to start our holiday and Piraeus is literally less than 10 minutes away, as is the metro and lots of shops. It's a winner!
