Five-Star Service from Demetrius at the Front Desk! Our experience at the hotel was made exceptional thanks to Demetrius at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure our group was taken care of. He welcomed us with a warm smile and instantly made us feel at home. Demetrius helped us navigate the town like a pro—recommending great spots to eat, shop, and explore. His local suggestions were all spot-on and really enhanced our trip. On top of that, he took the time to help us coordinate rides to and from our destinations, which made everything so much smoother. His professionalism, knowledge of the area, and genuine kindness stood out and truly elevated our stay. Demetrius is the kind of person who turns a good hotel experience into a great one. I liked everything about the property

Returned back to the hotel after cruise. Went back to Room 803 that we were checked in a week before. Room had an issue with the air conditioning not working. One phone call to the manager Vagia and right away moved us to the 6th floor where it was perfect. On the 28th of June it was birthday. Vagia went out of her way and bought a cake and her and the staff sang Happy Birthday!!! Dimitris also gave a great recommendation for a birthday dinner that was within walking distance. When times were super busy that entire staff was always calm and so very helpful. Would stay again. Cindy

Very close to the port to catch our cruise. The hotel made it so easy with the front desk people to arrange pick up's and drop off's. Elena, Aggeliki and Dimitris were always so helpful for whatever we needed. On the first night there, we had a small issue with our room, and within minutes they called the manager Vagia and she immediately got us moved into another room. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was great and that we were happy for the two days we were there before leaving for our cruise. They were so so friendly.

Brand new property, very close to Piraeus Port major ferry gates, lots of eateries around, upgraded room was quite spacious, with a l kitchenette and mini fridge. Very polite housekeeping lady. Polite front desk team. We didn’t have breakfast.

The air conditioning was terrible! It was placed at the entrance of the room and was blowing towards the aisle rather than the bed. One has no control over the aircon in the room, the temp is set to 24 C but the temperature of the room never went under 30 C. We couldn’t sleep well, second evening was windy, so with open doors and windows, we could barely sleep with the noise from outside. The hotel said some power related issues caused that but what did I do wrong? The lady at the front desk said she fixed it but it was never fixed🤷‍♀️.Luck of the draw!😔

The whole package was EXCEPTIONAL, especially the hotel manager Mr Constantinos Kyriazis. According to my opinion he is the best of the best. His behaviour and personal touch were unbelievable. Thank you for everything Constantinos. When I return back definitely I will select your hotel again.

The taxi fee I had to pay from the hotel to the port of Piraeus was extremely expensive. For 2 minutes drive was 15 Euros. I think the hotel should be more careful when selecting its partners.

We booked two inter-connecting rooms for ourselves and our two children. They were comfortable and well appointed. The area isn't the best but we wanted to be close to the port for our early ferry the next morning. The dinner restaurant (at the marina yacht club) recommendation was exquisite and a great welcome to Athens. Great for what we needed it to be

Perfect location. Close to port, metro and train station. Staff is so kind and helpful. Rooms are very clean.

The breakfast! Book here without breakfast its a disappointment. You have just one type of cheese, one salami and just cornflakes and yoghurt. It doesnt meet the four star hotel standarts. You ll find better things to eat out instead of paying the hotel for breakfast.

Really an excellent hotel close to the port of Piraeus, modern, clean, light and friendly. Warm welcome, cool aircondition, nice restaurant. Helpful people, cosy white interior, good lobby area to wait and enjoy. Business area and Fitness area. Good food and well equipped room with TV and light management, excellent bathroom and shower. My new FIRST ADDRESS in Piraeus!

We stayed for the night before a cruise, the hotel was a short taxi ride from the cruise port. We were greeted by wonderful staff who made us feel very welcome, even recommending places to eat and visit. They couldn’t have been more welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good and set us up nicely for the day. I would highly recommend this hotel.
