The hotel is extremely well positioned for both the Ferries and Metro which is on the Square. We were on a cruise and its around 1.5 miles away and an easy walk but maybe not with suitcases. Taxis are outside the hotel and it was 10 euros to the Cruise terminals. Metro station is right on the doorstep, and ferry terminals are over the road. The restaurant was excellent, and the food was exceptional as was the service and cleanliness of the cutlery, plates and glassware. We ate both an evening meal and breakfast there, and couldnt fault it. The hotel reception staff were accommodating and very pleasant. The room itself was clean and of a good size as was the bathroom. Had a great sleep in a pretty decent and very comfortable bed Internet and wifi was in excess of 100mb on my mobile speed check and was included in the price. If we go back to Athens for a stay or embarkation for a cruise it will 100% be the place we choose again.

Location was excellent, right across from the metro, the train station and Piraeus harbour. Taxi rank on the corner so taxis available at all times. The hotel does not have parking but there are plenty of car parks in the area. I used the Acropole one 3 mins away as it is a 24 hour one. The rooms were very good, tastefully decorated with comfy beds and with the small added luxury of picking your pillow, 4 different types on offer! I normally take my pillow with me as I need memory foam and support, so the pillow option for me was a lovely touch. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning!!

The included breakfast was a little limited, but for an extra cost a few other options were available so not a major problem. Also the breakfast finishes at 10 everyday, slightly too early for me! But these little things wouldn't stop me from returning. A great city hotel!

Renovation of the room was modern, great work from the team of the hotel( cleaning ladies,reception and restaurant)

the bed could be 1.80 instead of 1.60 I would recommend for restaurant use all the sous separate like for caesar salad and pancakes, and if you have in menu french toast it should not be served as a cheese toast with al of honey on top, but the team of the restaurant saw that we didn't eat it and next day offered a complementary pancakes which 10 out of 10 for effort, but still i would keep it classic way of cooking for classic dishes

The location was great, just a short walk from the port. Check-in was quick and easy, which made a good first impression. The room was spacious, the bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom had a great shower with strong water pressure.

There was quite a bit of dust, especially on the wall behind the bed, which made the room feel less well-maintained. For a 4-star hotel, the amenities were underwhelming—no conditioner, slippers, or bathrobe, which left things feeling a bit basic. On top of that, the building had a constant slight vibration, which was a bit distracting.

The location is unbeatable for the traveler to the islands, conveniently located across from the port and next to the subway/train station. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, making the guest feel both welcome and well taken care of. the breakfast is self-serve buffet style, and perfectly adequate. The rooms (I have stayed in two different ones) and spacious enough and equipped with storage space, safe, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The bathrooms are modern, and toiletries are provided.

Due to the location, it can get a bit noisy. In the winter, the A/C cannot be set to cool (only to OFF), so on warm days opening the window is not really an option.

The hotel is perfectly located for the port, metro and taxis. The staff speak excellent English and are very helpful and friendly. We stayed twice, one night at each end of our holiday in the Cyclades. The rooms are well appointed and the beds comfy. We were very happy with the choice at breakfast, which included a hot selection. We ate one dinner at their restaurant, Bacaro, which was excellent. Both nights we had a great view from our room over Athens and the port area. The hotel is especially well placed for ferries to the Cyclades and Saronic Islands, as gates E7 and E8 are less than a 5 minute walk away.

Excellent staff at the reception of this hotel, which is located right next to Pireaus port and M1/M3 metro stations. It is very clean and the rooms are very well equipped. The beds were super comfortable! We ordered room service from the hotel's restaurant and the food was amazing.

The shower had no cabin (maybe because of a room for disabled access) and water was splashing everywhere. The water pipes ran through our room and it was very loud at times. Unlike an amazing dinner, the breakfast was rather underwhelming in terms of choices. There is no parking at the hotel but the staff guides you to a garage a few streets away.

THE HOTEL WAS GOOD BUT RECEPTION WAS INADEQUATE FOR THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE CHECKING IN AND OUT. EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL I PHONED AFTER DEPARTURE TO SAY THAT MY ADAPTOR, CHARGER & IPAD HAD BEEN LEFT BEHIND. I REQUESTED A TAXI SERVICE TO PICK THEM UP & TAKE THEM TO THE SHIP, STATING THAT I WOULD PAY. THE RECEPTIONIST SAID THAT I WOULD NEED TO COME IN PERSON, SO I CAUGHT A TAXI BACK FROM THE SHIP & HAD THE DRIVER WAIT (HE CHARGED A LOT). I GRABBED MY PARCEL & LEFT AS THE SHIP WAS DUE TO DEPART. WHEN I LOOKED IN THE BAG, THE CHARGER & ADAPTOR WERE BOTH MISSING. AS THERE WAS NO AVAILABILITY OF THESE ITEMS ON THE SHIP, I WAS SEVERELY INCONVENIENCED. IT WAS MY FAULT FOR LEAVING THESE ITEMS BEHIND, BUT I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT SOMEONE HAD KEPT THEM.

THE TINY RECEPTION AREA WASN'T OF AN ADEQUATE SIZE TO DEAL WITH THE LARGE VOLUME OF GUESTS CHECKING IN AND OUT.

Everything! A warm welcome, and polite and friendly front desk staff,super clean hotel,room size was perfect and very comfortable bed. The shower unit huge and a good strong jet,lovely toiletries.The Nespresso coffee machine is a major plus,the room decor and choice of colours soothing. The breakfast was lovely especially the roast veg,the staff extremely professional and in general the excellent service by all employees. The hotel location couldn't be more ideal, opposite the ferry terminal and 2 mins from metro station to the centre but most importantly to the airport. The front desk staff were so accommodating and allowed us a late check out at no extra fee and even recommended the best place to eat grilled meat...Fotis's place just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. We re definitely going to stay at this hotel every time we're in Piraeus.Thank you all at the Port Square hotel

Nothing except for the fact that I couldn't regulate the temperature in the room as the AC is set on a certain temperature for all rooms on the same floor. I need a very low temperature to have a comfortable sleep and the windows are locked for safety I guess. But the staff kindly sorted this out by unlocking one and leaving it on the incline position ( in line with security regulations). The only disadvantage though is that this would still be too warm for ME in summer as the outside temperature is always high. Noise level with window open is ok as there's no traffic. My husband found the temperature of the AC comfortable so it depends on the individual. Thanks 🙏 for unlocking that window 🪟.

We were going on a cruise so this hotel was perfect to stay in as it was only 10 mins drive from the terminal. The menu here was nice and also at a decent price. Room was spacious, always cleaned well. Had a fridge in the room. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was when I said to the cook behind the breakfast counter that there was hair in the scrambled eggs, she just got some prongs and fished it out, didn't change the batch or anything. There's just a few things that would benefit the place: A rooftop terrace. More fruit options on the breakfast. More cooked options on the breakfast buffet. Having more than one English channel on the tv. Milk in the tea making facility.
