I chose this hotel for its closeness to the port for our upcoming cruise and it was great value for the money!!! We ended up staying four nights here and were really happy that we chose to stay here instead of in town. It cost 10 Euros to get to the cruise port. The staff exceeded our expectations with their friendliness, assistance, conversation and genuine smiles. They made you feel valued and went out of their way to assist, advise and chat. The reception staff spoke excellent English - special mention to Nagia, Anna and Adonis in reception and especially Vagelis who made us feel valued. They are excellent ambassadors for the hotel. Even the cleaning lady had fun banter and we enjoyed our stay here. The area surprised us with the many eating options, whether for a coffee, snacks or dining. Even a 24 hour bakery. The hotel has a good breakfast and a fantastic restaurant attached where we dined our first evening. A good ten minute walk to the bus stop of the Athens Hop On Hop Off Bus as well. We bought a 48 hour ticket so one day we did the Athens city tour, and the next day the Riviera tour. Nearby there is also shopping and a buzzing, cosmopolitan eating area along the water - which the staff would be happy to show you. The hotel has a lovely foyer and sitting area outside. It is a little oasis in the port of Piraeus and I happily recommend this property.

There is only one lift, so occasionally a bit of a wait. But this is not a problem if you are not in a rush. Only once we walked down the winding staircase.

The hotel is in a relatively quiet area, not a lot of foot traffic, which is what we wanted, walking distance to the piraeus port where one can easily catch a ferry to different greek islands. Our room was quite spacious. Facilities were clean. Generally, the establishment is well maintained. The restaurant is a must try, especially their flat breads, chicken dish, as well as their penne greek inspired pasta.

We arrived early, but no one offered any of the complimentary refreshments such as water, coffee, and cookies. We only found out about the complimentary refreshments that are available at the lobby by chance, a day after arrival. There were also no updates given on our room readiness. After waiting close to two hrs, we had to get an update at the front desk. Therefore, there is room for the hotel to improve how they welcome their guests. First impressions are important. The restaurant has to work on their breakfast dishes. It is one area in their menu that needs a bit of an improvement.

I liked the location of the hotel, very convenient and closed to the port and marina; the metro station is two blocks away. The room was modern, clean, tided up and big enough with plenty space. The crew was really kind, from to the reception to the breakfast team, all smiling, receptive and available the whole time.

There is only one lift, but the stairs are conveniently located, so if you are fit, you can easily use them as alternative. Otherwise, if you are at the 6-7 floor, it may take a while before you get to the reception. Just in case one is on a rush ;)

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept better than I do at home! The location was perfect—close to the port, 2 min on foot. The amenities were top-notch: the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the common areas were beautifully maintained. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and genuine care from the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will be happy to return on my next trip.

The bed is very comfortable, soft pillows- the bed linen feels good on the skin, the room was super clean, all the staff was really kind with us and helpful whenever we needed. We had a cruise and the location was ideal, close to the port. The breakfast has a bit of everything, well made!

The windows aren't completely soundproof, you can hear the clubs around. They gave us a such small room compared to the pictures- btw less luxury than its looks like on the site. We reserved some massage in the room, however the masseuses are not very friendly besides the massage that wasn't good.

The location was great. Shopping and restaurants were all within a short walk. Seven minute walk to more shopping and the hop on / hop off bus stop which connects to 2 other hop on / hop off bus lines. The yacht harbors were also walkable (less than 2 miles) but make sure you can go up the hill for a little bit when you return. Felt safe at all times no matter where we walked. The STAFF was outstanding all the way around. They answered all our questions, gave us some good tips on what to visit in the area, where to eat and how to get around. We are happy we followed several of their recommendations. No disappointments. The room was very nice and very clean. Breakfast buffet had a nice variety of different breakfast choices and was more then plenty. Would have liked to see some greek feta cheese but loved that they had Lattes.

1. We should have stayed longer. 2. I would have liked to have greek feta cheese with the breakfast.

The location (walking distance from ferries gates and metro station for train coming from the airport). The room’s modern style. The food quality and variety for breakfast (it was Greek divine). The easy check in and check out process with 24 hour open reception (we arrived closed to Midnight).

Prior to my trip, when I contacted to ask if it was safe to take the metro instead of arranging for a taxi or private pickup, the person that replied made it sound like the hotel was a far walk from the metro station, I guess trying to book me with their private pick up company which is super expensive. I’m glad I took the metro. It’s only a 3 minute easy walk from the station to the hotel and it safe me about $110 euros (that is how expensive it was their pick up service).

The breakfast items were displayed very well, but only minor niggle I would have would be that I thought it was strange not to have cutlery or additional plates on display. If you were having a bowl of cereal, you had to ask for a tablespoon which were kept behind the counter! Then if you used your one only plate which is on your table on arrival for some items, it was cleared but there were no plates, big or small on display if you wanted to have a croissant or other item with your tea. Again , to get a small spoon for your tea, it had to be got from the staff counter! I have never seen this anywhere before and maybe the hotel has a reason or a policy, I don't know, just an odd system! However, the food itself was top class.

Everything was excellent. Staff just couldn't do enough to help with anything asked of them. Just thought the cutlery and additional crockery availability as mentioned above was strange. I would like to know the reasoning for it? As said its a minor niggle that would certainly not stop me returning or recommended this hotel or its staff.

Newly renivated inside and exceptionally clean. The breskfast was a superb treat. My pick - the hot bar with local filo pasty. You have cereal&yogurt too if you prefer to be on the light side. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Quiet, although it is literally around the corner of mains streets. Very vlose, 5 mins walk, to both a tube station with direct connection to the airport, and to the ferry port for services to the islands.

I was fine with everyting. However, if you have not experienced Southern Europe and the Balkans, the area can be a cultural shock. It is smelly. But then, if this is a problem, you should not choose a hotel near the port.

Such a great hotel, modern, stylish and very close to the port and metro. We had a family room, two double beds, and two bathrooms. Rooms 207 and 208 joined with one doors. The room had a spacious balcony as well. The cleaning was top notch, nice fragrances toiletries and soft towels. The breakfast was deliciously with plenty continental and the local choices. We loved the coffee machine providing real Greek coffee. The staff was always very smiley and helpful.

The only problems we had was with air condition. It was a modern digital system, which we couldn’t operate with. We had to go to the reception few times to be reset for the lower temperature. Also the telephone wasn’t working.
