I liked the location of the hotel, very convenient and closed to the port and marina; the metro station is two blocks away. The room was modern, clean, tided up and big enough with plenty space. The crew was really kind, from to the reception to the breakfast team, all smiling, receptive and available the whole time.

There is only one lift, but the stairs are conveniently located, so if you are fit, you can easily use them as alternative. Otherwise, if you are at the 6-7 floor, it may take a while before you get to the reception. Just in case one is on a rush ;)

The breakfast items were displayed very well, but only minor niggle I would have would be that I thought it was strange not to have cutlery or additional plates on display. If you were having a bowl of cereal, you had to ask for a tablespoon which were kept behind the counter! Then if you used your one only plate which is on your table on arrival for some items, it was cleared but there were no plates, big or small on display if you wanted to have a croissant or other item with your tea. Again , to get a small spoon for your tea, it had to be got from the staff counter! I have never seen this anywhere before and maybe the hotel has a reason or a policy, I don't know, just an odd system! However, the food itself was top class.

Everything was excellent. Staff just couldn't do enough to help with anything asked of them. Just thought the cutlery and additional crockery availability as mentioned above was strange. I would like to know the reasoning for it? As said its a minor niggle that would certainly not stop me returning or recommended this hotel or its staff.

Room and balcony was wonderful. Breakfast was good enough. Staff wonderful and helpful. Booked our taxi to the port for us. Hotel manager supervised all the taxis coming to take guests to the cruise ships. Everyone got a taxi with no bad feelings. The restaurant attached to the hotel was unexpected. The meal we had was one of the best I have ever eaten. Nor a huge menu but delicious. Definitely would stay again if sailing from Athens.

Only one lift so a bit of a wait for everyone trying to leave at the same time. Luckily everyone was in good humour looking forward to their cruises.

The staff are lovely and helped with everything, the room was stunning, they upgraded free of charge, the view was beautiful, it was very clean and the shower was great. Perfect location, not far from the metro and just across the road from the port

Randomly decided to book a room for one night inside town, a bit far from where I live now in Athens and found this hotel. Among all the hotels that I searched for, this one click all the criteria that I need. (Plus, I like the turquoise - peacock blue tone color as well). The location is accessible from Piraeus metro. The check in lady, Nagia, is very friendly. She called my room not long after I entered to make sure I have everything I need. I took city view room because I want to have a big, wide window. The bed was really comfy and the bathroom has a basic amenities (shampoo, soap, towel, hairdryer). Ordered dinner from the restaurant downstair, Vibo Bistrot, and the breakfast was adequate. Oh, the coffee and snack corner in front of the elevator is a nice touch! And thank you to Katerina for our smooth check-out, and appreciate that we were granted a later check-out (coz we don't wanna leave the hotel!) 😆😆

There were some live music somewhere nearby at night until 3 am, because it's Saturday night so it was normal.

The staff go above and beyond to help with anything that's needed. And most are extremely friendly. The hotel and our room is decorated to a high standard. And the room was big enough for a disabled person. There's a pillow selection to choose from. There's a coffee machine as well as a kettle. There's fresh cake in the lobby every evening.

The shower screen could be bigger/wider (in an accessible room ) as water from the shower goes everywhere , all over the floor. The shower area could have done with handrails both sides and not just the one side.The elevator is not very big , my mother was unable to get her mobility scooter in the elevator to go to our room on the 3rd floor, so had to leave it in reception to charge every night . Thankfully she'd bought her walking rollator aid to walk with otherwise it would have been a massive problem as she's unable to walk unaided. WiFi is extremely slow !

Great hotel in an ideal location. Lots of restaurants and other shops within walking distance. Close proximity to all of the cruise & ferry ports as well as the train station. Staff were super friendly and helpful, even the housekeeping staff who didn't speak English were so friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfy. Didn't like that the toilet has a glass door on it though! You have to put your room key in the holder for the power to activate so this was a bit annoying as kept coming back to a very hot room, but it cooled down quickly. Air con was very efficient. Fantastic breakfast!

Very nice hotel in as great location near the port of Athens (Piraeus). I would recommend staying here if you need a place to stay between port arrival or departure and your Athens airport arrival or departure. Just a couple of blocks from the port and also from the metro and train station. Very nice room and bar and restaurant was great.

The shower has such a small glass partition from the toilet area that you end up spraying water everywhere in the Shower/WC room. At least there is a drain to get rid of the water. Thankfully, the sink area is separate from the WC by a door. This is such a common problem in so many European counties.

This hotel was perfectly located for us right next to the port. It was a couple blocks from the 1/3 train line so we were able to hop on the train to get to many attractions, and then when it was time to catch our boat we only needed to cross the street with our luggage. The breakfast provided has so many different choices we couldn’t try them all. The room was a nice size.

We weren’t able to control the thermostat from our room so while we had it lowered (by going to the front desk) our first night,by our second night it was hot again so just make sure you continue to request your desired temperature. Also the shower has no door so water did get outside after our shower making it slippery.

The Hotel is new and modern with friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. Furthermore the breakfast was very well organised and rich, personnel is friendly and always trying to help if e.g. you have questions on how to make your coffee on a very nice nespresso machine.

Well, just the remark that breakfast at first didn't seem to be included. Still, the next morning we just went for breakfast and when checking out we fortunately could show that it was included and it was no hassle. Maybe just some inexperience, no problem. The airconditioning was noisy and we couldn't get it working at a convenient speed/noise level. This is something though we didn't report at the reception so maybe there must be a way.
