The location to the metro and cruise terminal. A short walk to Zea Marina and coastal towns. The room was spacious and well appointed. I was grateful for air conditioning as the heat was stifling. Staff arranged a taxi for me to get to the cruise terminal. The gentleman that assisted me with locating to the hotel across the road and took my bags to my room was wonderful! He was kind, helpful and friendly.

I had breakfast included in my booking and they had no record of this. I had to show my booking on my phone as proof and was made to feel uncomfortable about the experience. They also seemed to not have my booking when I arrived ( they spoke in Greek and appeared confused) I was booked at Gallery suites and residences and was moved to the sister hotel across the road that was still being finished. The gym and sauna were not available as they were finalising equipment. My bed was so firm that I woke with a sore shoulder and neck. I found an almost empty bottle of Gin in the freezer and reported it to staff. It was not removed when my room was attended the next day.

I’ve stayed at this property many occasions. Overall, it’s absolutely amazing, if you are getting a boat or a flight at awkward times it is very convenient due to their 24 hour service. The staff are always welcoming and go above and beyond. The rooms are always impeccable and I cannot fault them at all. Very handy that the property has a lift. The prices are fantastic, especially for what you are given. I would always recommend.

The only thing I can fault is that the walls are quite thin and you can’t hear other guests. However, if you are a respectable guest, you’d hope you’d be quiet on your entry, especially in the early hours of the morning. More of a fault of the guests than the hotel.

The staff are 11/10. Nothing is too much and they are so friendly. I was surprised they offered complimentary cruise port transfers and it was a breeze. Honestly, their hospitality is what makes me want to go back. The room was huge compared to what I thought and generally comfy. It’s basic but more than enough for a night or two, I was staying before a cruise. Location is close to shops (including high street stores and a great wine shop amongst others) and bars or restaurants that are reasonably priced. Basic toiletries like soap/shampoo provided. There’s a fridge to keep anything cold and spacious areas to relax. Their communication was also 10/10 through booking.com and they helped me arrange a direct airport pickup with no fuss for when I landed in Athens. I would recommend this easily.

There’s a tiny bit of noise in the corridors, but that is expected with tiled flooring. The windows were a tiny bit tricky to shut for air con but that is me being very picky on my commentary. Get some earplugs and you won’t notice anything.

The location was in walking distance from the port. It was very clean, the junior suite felt spacious and the design of the room was very ‘smart’. The staff were very friendly and provided support when needed. The bed was comfortable and it was relatively quiet (on a Saturday night). We would absolutely stay there again (and we highly recommend it).

Very minor: we had issues with the room’s climate control; it seems the front desk had to ‘unlock’ our ability to use it, and even when we did, it was impossible to cool the room down. Also, the shower temperature could have been a bit warmer. As stated above, even with this minor issues, we would absolutely stay here again.

My second stay in two years in a row. This place has become by far the best hotel you can think of in entire Pireus. So close to the port and just minutes walk to Metro that connects to airport in just about an hour..Hotel is open 24/7 and smiling receptionists welcomes you with cool bottle of water.. Early checkin and late check out can be arranged depending on room availability. Big bed, good shower unit, slippers are nice addition.

Toaster would have been nice for quick meal.

The location was very good for an overnight stay after a ferry transfer. It was clean, comfortable and accessible via elevator.

The view from our room was basically a demolition site. The area around the hotel was quite grotty and not particularly nice. Although breakfast was included in our room rate, we were told by the staff in the restaurant that we were not 'on the list'. We had to walk back to reception to get this sorted out and then had a rude waiter on our return. The breakfast itself was not particularly pleasant - cereal, yoghurt, cold eggs, cheese and pastries. Would probably not book this place again.

Place is pretty new and super clean. Staff are really helpful and you don't hear NO on your demands. I asked for a safe box and they bring it in.

Room design has some problems (like the restroom door conflict with shower place) but is was not really a problem. Breakfast is really basic and can be improved easily. For example orange juice can be served cold since in a hot summer it is needed to be cold. or a toaster is really missing there.

This is a very modern hotel, looking very new inside and out. We were there with 2 of our teenage sons and were given two separate rooms, each with dedicated bathroom and the door in the hallway that were locking entrance to both rooms. Excellent setup. Our room was very spacious with very a large and beautiful balcony with a nice view. Very modern and clean bathroom. Super comfortable bed. Excellent location, very close to the port and just a couple minute walk to the metro and train station. There is a large roof patio for everybody to use with a nice view. The stuff was nice and very helpful. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Piraeus.

We were early as we were going on a tour at 7.30am.. I imagine it may get a bot crowded, but we were happy with it . The only problem we had which wasn’t a reflection on hotel was taxi drivers didnt seem to know how to get to where we wanted to go or back again..and allegedly english was poor. Again this is not a reflection on hotel , but it is billed as being close to the port - which it is … but you will need a taxi to get to cruise port as it is on the other side of the port.. Everywhere around seem to close around 9m.. somif you wanted something to do it was hard.
