We arrived earlier than the check-in time at the hotel, however the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and allowed us to check into our room. We loved and liked all about the hotel and staff. On our departure early in the morning, we were spoilt to a lovely "take-away" breakfast. Will definitely stay at the hotel again. Neat and tidy room and once again thank you Ideal hotel for making our stay so comfortable and your service were excellent. Also thank you for assisting us with our red bus sightseeing trip. Much appreciated.

The morning front desk clerk (Katherine pardon if I misspelled it), was THE BEST. When I realized my flight was arriving in Athens at 5:30 am, I contacted the Hotel via booking.com and booked the night before we arrived so that I could check in, nap, and drop our bags. Katherine responded quickly and made sure we had the same room for our entire 3 1/2 day stay. She gave us great recommendations for food, the easiest way to get into Athens, and then verified where our cruise ship was docked, and got us a taxi. She was so friendly we felt at “home.” The cleaning staff left fresh towels and did a great job on the room!!! Great place to stay before Orr after a cruise.!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was super clean, and the housekeeping staff changed our towels daily, which we really appreciated. The girl at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful – she gave us great recommendations, including which beach to visit, and made us feel very welcome. Despite some reviews mentioning noise, we didn’t experience any of that – it was peaceful throughout our stay. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but just down the street there’s a place called Bread Factory that serves a fantastic breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry departure gate, making it an ideal choice if you need to catch an early morning ferry. The staff at reception, both during check-in and check-out, were friendly and welcoming. The room itself is very basic but exactly what you'd expect for the price—small but clean bathroom, with a functioning air conditioner and a complimentary bottle of water. It provides the essentials, which is fine if you're looking for a simple place to stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you're seeking a budget-friendly, convenient option near the ferry terminal.

It's clear and modestly, but the bed is good, the bathroom is renovated and shines.

The air-conditioning. In the room 501 it will fan at you in any corner of the room, because the smoller 'quiet' position is too much anyway. The breakfast. I didn't reach (even after requesting it) "fantastic hot breakfast" as I saw in the feedbacks on Booking.com. Actually, it's very poor continental breakfast.

The staff were so so friendly and the bathroom was perfect after our long haul flight. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. Very short walk to a supermarket and about 12 min walk to the port.

The only thing I would say is that the third bed in our 3 bed room was quite uncomfortable and hard, but overall great value for money and would definitely stay here again ☺️☺️

That you had to leave your key card as soon as you left the hotel for dinner etc. Never experienced this at any hotel and I travel a lot...

The IDEAL place to stay if you have a few hours before taking a ferry, Excellent location a few minutes away from the port with a big number of restaurants and caffes under it, The staff are EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming, they made it possible to check in super early and offered free breakfast items, Will definitely stay here again if I need a hotel near the port!

The location is very convenient as it has many cafes, shops and bus/metro stations nearby Would definitely recommend and visit again in the future! Closeness to the ferry harbour, friendly and generous personnel, uncomplicated customer service, clean room and facilities, good places to eat in the neighborhood (recommended by staff members - thank you again).

Plumbing a bit overwhelmed, view of the regular economy room and a feeling some guests do not care for the non-smoking policy applied in the rooms.
