It is an excellent location. It is directly across the street from the water and promenade walkway with tons of great places to eat and shop and a subway ride away from the heart of Athens. The view from the deck is incredible with great people watching. The rooms are very comfortable and it’s an excellent value for the $$. The staff is awesome and provide very personal attention to details. They offered airport pick-up. It was so nice to have a friendly face waiting for me after a long and stressful day of traveling that included lost luggage. He even offered to help me find some clothes to wear.

It can get a little noisy at night because it’s on a busy/popular street…but that’s a big part of its charm.

Staff were friendly and arranged collection from airport late at night and were ready and quick at reception. The room value was great and an amazing roof terrace. Hotel looked out onto sea and was in a local part of Pireaus with cafes, supermarket and short walk to the marina Zea nearby. Was the perfect location when we wanted to be by sea and near Athens all in one. Breakfasts were a good buffet style and available 0730-1030h. Local bus went from outside hotel and was on time. The whole integrated transport system in Athens was great, and the hotel had tickets you could by for £1.20 for 90 minute journeys. I was able to swim in the sea from the little rocky bay just outside, and a short 10 minutes away there was a more traditional beach. My favourite part was the garden roof terrace planted up with pot plants and sparrows flying in, and shades and lounger seats.

Nothing it really was one of the best value hotels you could hope for. We did not opt for a balcony room with sea view due to price, but I suspect we were quieter for it facing the residential rear.

Situated in walking distance from great restaurants and the marine, bus stop infront of the hotel, beautifull sea view with balcony (I strongly recommend a sea facing room), tv with satelite chanels (not only greek chanels like most islands). Friendly staff (Takis especially!). Welcome drinks were delivered to our room that we could enjoy on our balcony :-). Brand new towels, crisp bed linen, an actual double bed (not like some places that push 2 singles together) Could buy bus tickets at hotel. Check out only by 12, leaving you time to sleep in and have a great included breakfast. Takis referred us to a local Greek Tavern for supper, Faros, which is less than a 5 min walk. We could not find it on google Maps for the name written in Greek, but it is next to Sparus, on the corner of Akti Themistokleous and Kazanova street. You have to try them, but be warned, the portions are MUCH bigger and cheaper than the islands. We made a big mistake ordering way too much delicious food! I'm so sorry that we only booked one night. Would have liked to stay for another week!

We dont have any complaints, nothing bothered us. Our experience from other reviews: Yes, the street in front of the hotel is fairly busy at night - if you sleep with an open door it could bother some people (it was not a problem for us on the 2nd floor). Yes, the bathroom is small but not uncomfortable. We were able to take comfortable showers. Another review stated that the towels are warned, we did not experience that, we received new embroided towels, perhaps that was an old review

The best sea view, comfortable, good breakfast, helpful administrator. Shops and cafes are close.

One day the woman who cleans the room enter silently without knocking. It was unplesant.

The staff was amazing and always willing to help. Also, it was a great location so close to the cruise terminal. The sea view was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, with beach view, close to restaurants and businesses. Friendly staff and great bar downstairs. Does not have beach access.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights before our cruise. Traveled to Athens for one of the days and it was really easy to get there by underground. Breakfast was lovely and the view from the room fantastic. Would definately stay here again before a cruise.

we had a room at the front overlooking the bay - what an absolute treat to wake up to that view each day. The bed was so comfortable. After travelling and staying in 5 different hotels, this was by far the best and reasonably priced. The view!!

Great views, the location was amazing!

My family and our friends booked the rooms because we were going on a cruise. I communicated with Takis many times to make sure my friends were taken care of as they were booked under myself and we were arriving a day later, which Takis assured me our room would not be canceled. My family and my friends enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Housekeeping was awesome. The customer service was awesome especially Takis! He made sure we all were taken care of. Even after we checked out and stayed in Athens we arranged for Takis to take my friends and my daughter to the airport. He texted me after he dropped my daughter off which I loved..he said he delivered my package safely :) Our stay there is for sure memorable because of the friendliness! We would come back! The pics are accurate, and comfy and the location was perfect and able to walk everywhere. There is a bar right next door and we were good with it. Breakfast was nice as well.
