Good location, close to Rethymno, ( beautiful city), 15 km distance, but a rental car is recommended. The hotel provides all you need for a decent & pleasant staying ( all inclusive package) : accommodation, cleaning, pool, restaurant & private beach in front of the hotel. Food was good , fresh & diverse. Cleaning daily, if you want or need. We had a pleasant staying & appreciated the small details: welcome wine & fruits, bottled water daily, toiletries & beach towels ( 10 €/ deposit refundable). Thank you for a lovely staying!

Things that can be improved: food & deserts ( some of the ingredients could have better quality/taste), but generally the food was good & fresh; lunch to go( main course was a sandwich with 1 slice of cheese & 1 slice of ham), mosquito nests on door/window . If you don’t expect usual 5 star luxury ( the hotel is somewhere between 3 & 4 star), you’ll have a great staying in an all you need nice & decent hotel.

Great staff, sea view, beach

Location. Too isolated. no entertainment. It’s a European 3star hotel

The highlight was without a doubt the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our experience great. Our room was spotless, spacious, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a great view. The food was also excellent - lots of variety and consistently good quality.

Can't think of anything. The hotel and service exceeded our expectations in every way. We'll definitely be returning and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much for making our holiday a one to remember.

A very warm welcome on arrival, escorted to our room and given Wine/fruit platter on arrival. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food, there was a great salad selection, fresh fruit and a variety of hot meats. Great for a long weekend.

There was no entertainment in the evenings, and everyone had to be silent at 2300. Same play list on the speakers at the pool, this became repetitive.

It has it's own beach ⛱️ view is great it is an all inclusive hotel and so everything is taken care of

It was beautiful. Had the perfect view of the beach, was spotless and spacious.

Clean and nice rooms. Food always rich in variety and quality. Hotel staff very keen on a satysfing service. Very fast and friendly waiters. Room was filled with fresh water every morning and nice welcoming with a bottle of wine / fruits. Transfer to the hotel and back to the airport was organized very well and easy. Very chilled location without any disturbing noises. Interesting and beautiful Rethymno easy to reach by bus/taxi

This is one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. We had issues with our plane where it got over 10 hours delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night. The staff had left prepared us nice plates with food, which was greatly appreciated. The facilities are very clean. The staff were super kind, professional and helpful. The food was amazing too. There were new dishes to try everyday at every meal, both greek foods and also other things.

The only downside is the sound isolation. There is none. Anything happening in the hallways, regardless of floor, was heard right into the room. So if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll be struggling a bit.
