Loved the all inclusive buffet and restaurant options, all delicious. Staff were really nice and helpful, even let us use our all inclusive benefits after checking out. The location is amazing and easy to get to the town of sissi. Ocean view is beautiful. Bed was really comfy and the air con and ceiling fan felt really luxurious in the heat. Private pool was great. Very romantic hotel. The Aperol spritz bar was really good. There was buffet options open until 4am which was nice. Desserts were to die for! Overall really beautiful and comfortable hotel and stay.

The double bed was two single beds pushed together which is not what I would expect for the price point of this hotel. The buffet food could do with covers as there were flies everywhere. The all inclusive cocktails were not great. To eat at the cretan or Asian restaurant you had to book but there were no spaces when we arrived. The website mentions a coffee house and crepe popup which we were unable to find. There was also mention of live music nights which we did not hear any mention of. It can be hard to find a sunbed during the day, and our private one didn’t always have sunlight .The hotel is really lovely but not quite value for money due to these reasons. I would suggest half-board or just the room.

I enjoyed the peacefull location yet close to many attractions within a short drive. The view is amazing from every angle. And the staff are all kind especially those from the buffet restaurant! Maria from the restaurant made my day brighter with her warm smile every time I came to eat, she really adds to your comfort at Santana - I will be back next year!

Everything was just perfect as it was! Maybe a tip for the future: a little plan or tour of the property would have been even more helpful. As ESI has lots to offer!

Amazing hotel with friendly stuff, big territory and nice room which was really clean and comfortable. Pool area looks very nice. Perfect accommodation for couples/families, so calm and chill atmosphere there.

There is no good beach around at this area

From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by a stunning, expansive resort 🌴 Right at check-in, the staff is welcoming and everything runs smoothly and effortlessly. Our room was perfectly cleaned every single day, and the view of the sea and pools? Simply chef's kiss! 🌊🏖️ The food and buffets change regularly, everything is fresh and delicious, and the staff is constantly making sure everything is topped up 🍽️👨‍🍳. You’ll notice there’s always enough staff around, so if you have any question or issue, there’s always someone happy to help – and with a smile 😊 We highly recommend this place – we enjoyed every minute of our stay and honestly, I’d go back in a heartbeat! 🧳✨

The only slight downside, from our experience, was the location – especially if you're planning to explore the island 🚗🌍. We had a rental car (picked up right after landing in Heraklion), and honestly, without it, we wouldn't have been able to see much. This part of the island definitely has a lot to offer, but many of the most beautiful beaches and places are on the opposite side 🏝️. So yes, some destinations are a bit further away – but with a car, it's totally manageable. Just something to keep in mind. That said, there are two really lovely beaches just a stone's throw from the hotel – so you're not missing out if you stay close by! 🌊☀️

Overall the hotel is amazing, very spacious and great for couples. The staff was also kind and always happy to help. The area is also very nice, with supermarkets nearby, cafes, tavernas etc. The room was fully equipped with everything needed and very modern looking with a zen a feel.

We did have an issue with cockroaches, which made sleeping and showering a bit uncomfortable. However, the staff did mention they have a way to help with it but we asked for it a bit later into out trip. I would suggest to ask for a room which is not on ground level if you are like me and do not like insects.

The hotel still has that new feel about it. The room was a superior double and had more than enough room for 2 of us, the bathroom was spotless with a very nice waterfall shower. The restaurant had a great variety of very good quality food for the buffet breakfast and dinner. The staff in all areas of the hotel were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Lack of storage..the rooms are large enough for a chest of draws to put clothes away + more hangers in the wardrobe. Towels reserving sunbeds, never got to lay at the main pool, but happy enough to lay at one of the other pools.

My husband and I had the best week at the hotel, The hotel is a paradise, the pools are perfect, it's exactly like the photos. Every detail thought out very well, from the towels for the pool to the daily cleaning of the rooms. It was the holiday to celebrate my birthday and it was memorable. Delicious and varied food, the dessert buffet excellent. And the best part is the team, all very kind, receptive without exception, (Maria - hostess of the buffet team) marked my birthday even more with a surprise cake and champagne, she is very kind. A lovely lady. We'll definitely be back. Thank you all.

BEAUTIFUL hotel, very modern and new, clean and comfortable to get around. First I must note the incredible employees at the front desk, especially Joanna, who were very attentive and helpful with a special situation that we had, and made us feel very welcome. We were in a room further from the lobby but it was still a 5 minute walk. The buffet is great, we were in an all inclusive package and loved all meals. There's also a snack bar with more food and drinks (regular and alcoholic) between meals. I do think the AI is worth it. We were in a swim up room and like it, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the room was spacious. We got bottled water every time the room was cleaned. Everything is accessible, we do wish we got a map with all restaurants and such because it took a bit of self exploring to figure out where everything is. Overall WONDERFUL experience and we'll be back- highly recommended.

Very few small things: - the rain shower head was a bit wonky - the door lock to the room from the outside was also a but wonky (not from the inside) - wait service at buffet can be slow - we really wanted to have dinner at the asian fusion restaurant, but could only reserve a table once we got to the hotel, and by the time we were there everything was sold out throughout our entire stay. Next time I'll make sure to ask the hotel to reserve a table in advance - no live music at night - not walking distance to a beach (this we already knew)

Hotel is newly built and the architecture is beautiful. I have never spent that much time in my hotel room realxing as in this hotel. Room had a nice balcony with private pool looking over the roofs and sea. Hotel is very near to small hidden sandy beaches between the cliffs. You are just 5 minutes walk away from good restaurants and entertaiment. Hotel restaurant is clean and they are offering food with high quality.

I loved it all! but if somebody does not like to walk at all and would like to be close to the beach, that could be a problem.
